Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of logistics transportation, in particular to a foldable container.
Background
Due to differences in regional economic development, there is a serious imbalance in international trade and maritime traffic worldwide, with asian, north american and asian routes behaving particularly prominently. This imbalance causes a large number of empty boxes to circulate around the world. In the 70's of the 20 th century, Sea Container and Fallpac AB and Brasco Technik introduced collapsible containers in tandem, but all stopped at the prototype or in small series and were not in widespread use. According to the statistics of European Union, more than 20 percent of global shipping containers are empty containers and about 40 percent of global shipping containers are empty containers between 2005 and 2009, according to the investigation of relevant companies, the idle time and the dispatching time of the empty containers account for about 56 percent in the using process of the containers, and in order to solve the problem of dispatching the empty containers, the shipping companies have to consume a large amount of manpower and material resources; the cost of global shipping companies for air-box distribution in 2008 is up to about $ 330 million. To reduce the increased costs associated with empty containers left unused and shipped, the industry has begun to develop collapsible containers.
The SIO Container is a 20 foot collapsible dry Container developed by SIO Container, switzerland consisting of 7 detachable parts, the empty Container mass of which is heavier than that of a normal Container, and the stack volume of 6 containers after detachment is equivalent to the volume of one normal Container. Except that door end part passes through hinged joint, other parts all rely on locking mechanical system fixed, are dismantled and are expanded by 3 operating personnel under a fork truck or the cooperation of assistance-localization real-time frock.
The folding method of the Fallpac container is that firstly the top plate is disassembled, then the short plate and the side plate are folded towards the direction of the bottom plate, finally the top plate is covered, 2 workers fold or unfold under the cooperation of one forklift, the Fallpac container is mainly applied to railway transportation, although obvious technical problems or serious design defects are not found, the transportation and hoisting efficiency is low due to the fact that the empty container is heavy, and the Fallpac container is difficult to popularize and apply.
The Cargoshell container is made of composite materials, the weight of an empty container is 25% lighter than that of an European-Union container, electronic signals are not interfered by the container body, and the Cargoshell container is beneficial to installation of electronic equipment such as a global positioning system and the like in the container. CO in the production process2The discharge amount is only CO in the production process of the common container 21/3 for discharge. The box need not to spray paint, can effectively reduce the environmental pollution because of spraying paint and causing, and the box is insulating and corrosion-resistant, and the maintenance cost is lower, and height after folding only is 1/4 of height under the expansion state. The design of the door is changed from the original rolling door to a double-door structure as the common container. When the folding and unfolding operation is carried out, the lifting can be carried out from the middle part of the top plate of the container at a single point, so that the bending deformation of the top plate is avoided.
The Foltainer container is also a 20 foot collapsed dry cargo container, the collapsed height being 1/3 in the expanded position. The Foltainer container is similar to the Cargoshell container, the side plates of the Foltainer container and the Cargoshell container are folded inwards in an X shape, the difference is that the front end part and the rear end part of the Foltainer container are folded inwards around a threshold or two hinges below the front end part, and the bottom of the Foltainer container is provided with a spring, so that the impact force in the folding and unfolding processes can be reduced. When the Foltainer container is folded, the outer upright post of the outer door frame is folded along with the side plate, the inner upright post of the inner door frame is folded along with the door plate component, and after the box body is unfolded, the upper lintel beam of the outer door frame is connected with the lower lintel beam of the inner door frame by the small locking rod, so that the inner door frame and the outer door frame are connected together. In addition, the door section hinge adopts a special design, two rows of hinges are arranged on a single door leaf, and the 2 rows of hinges are connected through a connecting plate, so that the door leaf can turn over around two sets of turning shafts, and the opening angle can reach 270 degrees.
In conclusion, the existing foldable container has scattered components and a complex structure, and when the container is folded and unfolded, the operation can be completed by the assistance of large-scale machinery besides manpower, and meanwhile, a large space is needed, and the operation flexibility is greatly limited.
