In addition, the invention also discloses an automatic detection and packaging method for the electronic connector, which adopts an automatic detection and packaging production line for the electronic connector and comprises the following steps:
feeding an electronic connector: placing the electronic connector into a feeding device, and feeding the electronic connector to a connector overturning device by the feeding device;
(II) turning over the electronic connector: 1) the overturning feeding mechanism transmits the electronic connector conveyed by the feeding device to a feeding hole of the overturning clamping assembly; 2) the overturning movable clamping head stretches the overturning spring under the extrusion action of the input electronic connector, the overturning movable clamping head rotates around the overturning mandrel, and the electronic connector is clamped in a groove formed between the overturning fixed clamping head and the overturning movable clamping head; the overturning movable clamping head is subjected to pulling force provided by an overturning spring to tightly press the electronic connector; 3) the overturning driving cylinder acts to sequentially drive the overturning cylinder connecting rod and the overturning cylinder shaft to rotate; 4) the overturning cylinder shaft rotates to drive the overturning clamping assembly connected with the overturning cylinder shaft to rotate, and the overturning clamping assembly rotates to a position connected with the connector moving device; 5) the clamping opening cylinder acts, the extending end of the clamping opening cylinder compresses the movable clamping head to protrude, the overturning movable clamping head rotates around the overturning mandrel and the overturning spring is lengthened again; 6) the distance between the turnover movable clamping head and the turnover fixed clamping head is increased to loosen the electronic connector, and the connector moving device moves the electronic connector to finish the turnover process of the electronic connector;
And (III) clamping the electronic connector: 1) the connector moving mechanism drives the clamping head to move above the electronic connector, and the corresponding groove of the clamping head is aligned with the electronic connector; 2) the connector moving mechanism drives the clamping head to move downwards, the clamping head pressing block is extruded by the electronic connector to compress the clamping head spring, and the electronic connector is clamped into a groove between the clamping head connecting block and the clamping head pressing block to be clamped tightly; 3) the connector moving mechanism drives the clamping head to move to the next station and drives the electronic connector to move to the jig position of the station; 4) the clamping and poking cylinder acts to drive the clamping cylinder connecting piece, the clamping and connecting guide pillar and the clamping and poking rod to move downwards in sequence; 5) the clamping poke rod moves downwards to press down the clamping head pressing blocks in the clamping heads of the stations simultaneously; 6) the clamping head pressing blocks of the stations rotate simultaneously to compress the clamping head springs to loosen the electronic connectors simultaneously so as to finish the clamping process of the electronic connectors;
(IV) electronic connector movement: 1) the moving driving component rotates to drive the left and right pushing cams and the up and down pushing cams connected with the moving driving component to rotate simultaneously; 2) the left and right pushing cam rotates to drive the left and right pushing connecting rod module which is in contact with the left and right pushing cam to move, and a third connecting rod sliding groove in the left and right pushing connecting rod module moves left and right to drive a third connecting rod tensioning piece connected with the third connecting rod sliding groove to move left and right; the third connecting rod tensioning piece moves to drive the connector clamping mechanism connected with the third connecting rod tensioning piece to move left and right; at the moment, the up-and-down pushing assembly pushes the second guide rail module to move left and right along the up-and-down direction relative to the connector clamping mechanism; 3) when the left and right push cams move, the up and down push cams rotate to drive the up and down push connecting rod module which is contacted with the up and down push cams to move; the up-and-down pushing connecting rod module moves to sequentially drive the up-and-down pushing second guide rail module and the connector clamping mechanism which are connected with the up-and-down pushing connecting rod module to move up and down along the up-and-down pushing first guide rail module; at the moment, the left and right pushing assembly moves up and down relative to the connector clamping mechanism along the third connecting rod sliding groove to finish the moving process of the electronic connector;
And (V) testing the performance of the electronic connector: the connector moving device conveys the electronic connector to the connector performance testing device through a clamping and moving process, and the connector performance testing device conducts conductivity detection on a contact piece of the electronic connector and detects surface flaws on the upper end face of the electronic connector;
and (VI) static electricity removal and appearance detection: the connector moving device moves the electronic connector to the static removing device for static removing treatment, then moves the electronic connector to the connector appearance detection device for detecting the peripheral end faces of the electronic connector and confirming whether the peripheral end faces of the electronic connector have defects or not;
(VII) laser marking: the laser marking device marks the corresponding product information of the electronic connector on the surface of the electronic connector by laser marking;
(eighth) removing waste products: the connector moving device moves the electronic connector to a waste removing device, the waste removing device collects the electronic connector which is detected to be unqualified, and the connector moving device moves the qualified electronic connector to a static removing device for static removing treatment and then moves the electronic connector to a blanking device;
(nine) electronic connector packaging: 1) the carrier band conveying device and the membrane conveying device respectively convey the carrier band and the membrane to the carrier band slideway device, and the connector moving device moves the electronic connector to a corresponding groove of the carrier band; 2) the pressing and heating mechanism heats the pressing and driving mechanism, and the carrier tape slide device conveys the carrier tape, the electronic connector and the membrane to a station where the carrier tape pressing device is located; 3) the pressing driving mechanism acts to drive the pressing rotary bottom block, the pressing heating block and the pressing block to rotate along the pressing rotary base; 4) the bulge of the pressing block is contacted with the membrane and presses down to connect the membrane and the carrier band in a pressing way; 5) the pressing driving mechanism acts to drive the pressing block to lift and separate from the membrane, and the carrier band slideway device conveys the packaged electronic connector product to a blanking station to complete the packaging process of the electronic connector.
The automatic detection packaging production line and the detection packaging method for the electronic connector, which adopt the technical scheme, have the advantages that:
1. the connector turning device is characterized in that in the working process: the overturning feeding mechanism transmits the electronic connector conveyed by the feeding device to a feeding hole of the overturning clamping assembly; the overturning movable clamping head stretches the overturning spring under the extrusion action of the input electronic connector, the overturning movable clamping head rotates around the overturning mandrel, and the electronic connector is clamped in a groove formed between the overturning fixed clamping head and the overturning movable clamping head; the overturning movable clamping head is subjected to pulling force provided by an overturning spring to tightly press the electronic connector; the overturning driving cylinder acts to sequentially drive the overturning cylinder connecting rod and the overturning cylinder shaft to rotate; the overturning cylinder shaft rotates to drive the overturning clamping assembly connected with the overturning cylinder shaft to rotate, and the overturning clamping assembly rotates to a position connected with the connector moving device; the clamping opening cylinder acts, the extending end of the clamping opening cylinder compresses the movable clamping head to protrude, the overturning movable clamping head rotates around the overturning mandrel and the overturning spring is lengthened again; the electronic connector is loosened by increasing the distance between the turnover movable clamping head and the turnover fixed clamping head, and the connector moving device moves the electronic connector to complete the turnover process of the electronic connector. By arranging the overturning clamping mechanism, when the electronic connector is transmitted to the feeding hole of the overturning clamping assembly, the overturning movable clamping head is extruded by the input electronic connector to elongate the overturning spring, the overturning movable clamping head rotates around the overturning mandrel, and the electronic connector is clamped into a groove formed between the overturning fixed clamping head and the overturning movable clamping head; at the moment, the overturning movable clamping head is pressed tightly by the pulling force provided by the overturning spring; then, the overturning driving cylinder acts to drive the whole overturning clamping assembly to overturn; in the overturning process of the overturning clamping assembly, the overturning driving assembly and the clamping opening assembly which need to be driven by compressed gas only respectively play roles in providing overturning driving force and opening the overturning clamping assembly; the clamping force applied to the electronic connector in the overturning process is provided by pressing and overturning the movable clamping head by the overturning spring, and the clamping force is not provided by compressed gas when the electronic connector is clamped by the air cylinder; even compressed gas is under the condition of leaking or cutting off gas, the electronic connector can also be clamped by the pulling force provided by the turnover spring, so that the phenomenon that the electronic connector drops because the air source problem is not gripped by a pneumatic gripper in the turnover process is avoided, and the stability of the turnover process of the electronic connector is ensured.
2. The connector moving mechanism is in operation: the moving driving component rotates to drive the left and right pushing cams and the up and down pushing cams connected with the moving driving component to rotate simultaneously; the left and right pushing cam rotates to drive the left and right pushing connecting rod module which is in contact with the left and right pushing cam to move, and a third connecting rod sliding groove in the left and right pushing connecting rod module moves left and right to drive a third connecting rod tensioning piece connected with the third connecting rod sliding groove to move left and right; the third connecting rod tensioning piece moves to drive the connector clamping mechanism connected with the third connecting rod tensioning piece to move left and right; at the moment, the up-and-down pushing assembly pushes the second guide rail module to move left and right along the up-and-down direction relative to the connector clamping mechanism; when the left and right push cams move, the up and down push cams rotate to drive the up and down push connecting rod module which is contacted with the up and down push cams to move; the up-and-down pushing connecting rod module moves to sequentially drive the up-and-down pushing second guide rail module and the connector clamping mechanism which are connected with the up-and-down pushing connecting rod module to move up and down along the up-and-down pushing first guide rail module; at the moment, the left and right pushing assembly moves up and down relative to the connector clamping mechanism along the third connecting rod sliding groove to finish the moving process of the electronic connector; by arranging the up-down pushing assembly and the left-right pushing assembly, the moving driving assembly drives the left-right pushing cam and the up-down pushing cam which are connected with the moving driving assembly to rotate simultaneously when rotating; the left-right pushing cam and the up-down pushing cam respectively drive the left-right pushing connecting rod module and the up-down pushing connecting rod module which are contacted with the left-right pushing cam and the up-down pushing cam to move; the left-right pushing connecting rod module and the up-down pushing connecting rod module respectively move up, down, left and right along the surfaces of the left-right pushing cam and the up-down pushing cam according to a set track so as to drive the connector clamping mechanism to move up, down, left and right; in the whole movement process, only the moving driving assembly needs to rotate, and the connector clamping mechanism can move according to a certain rule under the control of the tracks of the left and right pushing cams and the tracks of the upper and lower pushing cam surfaces, so that the whole movement process only needs to control the rotating state of the moving driving assembly by one control step, the control steps of the moving device are reduced, and the complexity of the device is reduced.
3. The connector clamping mechanism is characterized in that in the working process: the connector moving mechanism drives the clamping head to move above the electronic connector, and the corresponding groove of the clamping head is aligned with the electronic connector; the connector moving mechanism drives the clamping head to move downwards, the clamping head pressing block is extruded by the electronic connector to compress the clamping head spring, and the electronic connector is clamped into a groove between the clamping head connecting block and the clamping head pressing block to be clamped tightly; the connector moving mechanism drives the clamping head to move to the next station and drives the electronic connector to move to the jig position of the station; the clamping and poking cylinder acts to drive the clamping cylinder connecting piece, the clamping and connecting guide pillar and the clamping and poking rod to move downwards in sequence; the clamping poke rod moves downwards to press down the clamping head pressing blocks in the clamping heads of the stations simultaneously; the clamping head pressing blocks of the stations rotate simultaneously to compress the clamping head springs to loosen the electronic connectors simultaneously so as to finish the clamping process of the electronic connectors; the clamping toggle assembly and the clamping head are arranged; the clamping poke rod in the clamping poke assembly is simultaneously contacted with the plurality of clamping head pressing blocks, and the clamping poke rod is a rigid piece and can integrally and simultaneously move, so that the situations that deformation is caused when the clamping poke rod is pressed down, and compressed gas cannot simultaneously reach the air cylinder due to different distances when the clamping poke rod is driven by the compressed gas are avoided; when the clamping poking cylinder acts to drive the clamping poking rod to move downwards, the rigid clamping poking rod can be ensured to be simultaneously contacted with the clamping head pressing blocks of a plurality of stations, so that the clamping heads of the stations are simultaneously loosened; the situation that the electronic connector is clamped or loosened at different stations is avoided, and therefore accurate moving of the electronic connector is guaranteed.
4. The electronic connector packaging equipment is in the working process: the carrier band conveying device and the membrane conveying device respectively convey the carrier band and the membrane to the carrier band slideway device, and the connector moving device moves the electronic connector to a corresponding groove of the carrier band; the pressing and heating mechanism heats the pressing and driving mechanism, and the carrier tape slide device conveys the carrier tape, the electronic connector and the membrane to a station where the carrier tape pressing device is located; the pressing driving mechanism acts to drive the pressing rotary bottom block, the pressing heating block and the pressing block to rotate along the pressing rotary base; the bulge of the pressing block is contacted with the membrane and presses down to connect the membrane and the carrier band in a pressing way; the pressing driving mechanism acts to drive the pressing block to lift and separate from the membrane, and the carrier band slideway device conveys the packaged electronic connector product to a blanking station to complete the packaging process of the electronic connector. By arranging the carrier band pressing device, a pressing heater in the carrier band pressing device heats the pressing heating block before the carrier band pressing device is pressed, and the heated pressing heating block transfers heat to the pressing block; when the pressing driving mechanism acts, the heated pressing block is contacted with the membrane; when the heated pressing block is contacted with the membrane, the membrane can be softened, and when the deformation of the membrane due to the influence of factors such as membrane materials, a manufacturing method, the temperature of the use environment of the membrane and the like is small, the plastic deformation of the membrane after being heated and softened can be increased, so that the membrane and the carrier band can be in press connection due to the increase of the plastic deformation; therefore, the connection between the film and the carrier band is firmer, and the packaging quality of the electronic connector is ensured.

An automatic electronic connector detection and packaging production line as shown in fig. 1 comprises a rack, and an electronic connector detection device 1 and an electronic connector packaging device 2 which are fixed on the rack; a feed port of the electronic connector detection equipment 1 is connected with a feeding station, and a discharge port of the electronic connector detection equipment 1 is connected with a feed port of the electronic connector packaging equipment 2; the electronic connector detection device 1 is used for conveying and detecting the electronic connector; the electronic connector packing apparatus 2 is used for automatically packing electronic connectors.

The product flow direction of the electronic connector in the electronic connector automatic detection packaging production line is as follows: an electronic connector inspection apparatus 1 to an electronic connector packing apparatus 2. The product flow direction of the electronic connector in the connector inspection apparatus 1 is: a loading device 11 to a connector turnover device 12 to a connector moving device 13 to a connector performance testing device 14 to a static electricity removing device 15 to a connector appearance detecting device 16 to a laser marking device 17 to a waste removing device 18 to a blanking device 19.
Fig. 2 is a schematic product structure diagram of the electronic connector. The electronic connector consists of a base body a, a contact piece b and a base c: the lower end of the conductive contact piece b is inserted into the base c, and the tail end of the contact piece b extends out of the base c; the upper end of the contact piece b is matched with the corresponding hole position on the seat body a, and the lower end of the seat body a is embedded and fixed in the corresponding groove of the base c.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a packaged electronic connector product. The packaged electronic connector product consists of a carrier tape f, an electronic connector e and a film d: the electronic connector e is embedded in the corresponding groove of the carrier band f; the film d is covered above the electronic connector e, and the film d and the upper end face of the carrier band f are mutually pressed and fixed.
As shown in fig. 4, the connector turnover device 12 includes a turnover frame 121, and a turnover feeding mechanism 122 and a turnover holding mechanism 123 fixed to the turnover frame 121; the overturning frame 121 is fixed on the workbench; one end of the turnover feeding mechanism 122 is connected with the feeding device 11, and the other end of the turnover feeding mechanism 122 is connected with the turnover clamping mechanism 123; the overturning clamping mechanism 123 is connected with the connector moving device 13; the flip-over feeding mechanism 122 is used for feeding of the electronic connectors; the overturning and clamping mechanism 123 is used for overturning and conveying the electronic connector; the overturning clamping mechanism 123 comprises an overturning driving assembly 1231, an overturning clamping assembly 1232 and a clamping opening assembly 1233; the overturning driving assembly 1231 and the clamping and opening assembly 1233 are both fixed on the overturning frame 121; the output end of the overturning driving assembly 1231 is connected with the overturning clamping assembly 1232; the clamping end of the overturning clamping assembly 1232 is connected with the connector; the output end of the clamping and opening assembly 1233 is connected with the overturning and clamping assembly 1232; the overturning driving assembly 1231 is used for driving the overturning clamping assembly 1232 to rotate; the flip clamp assembly 1232 is used to clamp or unclamp the electronic connector; the grip opening assembly 1233 is used to control the flip clamp assembly 1232 to grip or release the electrical connector.
As shown in fig. 5, the inversion clamp assembly 1232 includes an inversion clamp base plate 12321, an inversion fixed clamp head 12322, an inversion movable clamp head 12323, an inversion spindle 12324, and an inversion spring 12325; the overturning clamping base plate 12321 is connected with an overturning driving assembly 1231; the overturning fixed clamping head 12322 is fixed on the overturning clamping base plate 12321; the flip movable clamp head 12323 is engaged with the flip mandrel 12324, the flip movable clamp head 12323 is aligned with the flip fixed clamp head 12322, and the flip movable clamp head 12323 is engaged with the clamp opening assembly 1233; the overturning mandrel 12324 is fixed on the overturning clamping base plate 12321; one end of the flip spring 12325 contacts the flip movable clamp head 12323, and the other end of the flip spring 12325 contacts the flip clamp base 12321.
As shown in fig. 6, the tumble drive assembly 1231 includes a tumble drive cylinder 12311, a tumble cylinder link 12312, and a tumble cylinder shaft 12313; the overturning driving cylinder 12311 is fixed on the overturning frame 121; one end of the turning cylinder connecting rod 12312 is connected with the extending end of the turning driving cylinder 12311, and the other end of the turning cylinder connecting rod 12312 is connected with the turning cylinder shaft 12313; one end of the turning cylinder shaft 12313 is embedded in the turning frame 121, and the other end of the turning cylinder shaft 12313 is connected with the turning clamping bottom plate 12321; the tumble cylinder link 12312 includes a tumble cylinder upper link 123121 and a tumble cylinder roller 123122; the rear end of the upper connecting rod 123121 of the turnover cylinder is matched with an inner hole of a roller 123122 of the turnover cylinder; the front end of the upper connecting rod 123121 of the turning cylinder is connected with a turning cylinder shaft 12313; the outer surface of the tumble cylinder roller 123122 mates with a corresponding groove in the extended end of the tumble drive cylinder 12311.
As shown in fig. 5, the flipping clamp base plate 12321 includes a flipping clamp base plate main body 123211, a flipping clamp base plate elastic slot 123212, a flipping clamp base plate axle hole 123213, and a flipping clamp base plate sliding slot 123214; the turnover clamping base plate elastic groove 123212 is a rectangular sliding groove, and the turnover clamping base plate elastic groove 123212 is communicated with the turnover clamping base plate shaft hole 123213; the overturning clamping base plate shaft hole 123213 is a slotted hole with a key, and the overturning clamping base plate shaft hole 123213 is matched with an overturning cylinder shaft 12313; the turnover clamping base plate sliding groove 123214 is an open rectangular sliding groove, and the turnover clamping base plate sliding groove 123214 is matched with the turnover movable clamping head 12323.
As shown in fig. 7, the flip movable clamp head 12323 includes a movable clamp head body 123231, a movable clamp head axle aperture 123232, a movable clamp head groove 123233, and a movable clamp head protrusion 123234; the movable clamping head shaft hole 123232 is matched with the overturning mandrel 12324; the rear end of the movable clamping head groove 123233 is a linear groove, the front end of the movable clamping head groove 123233 is a circular arc groove, and the movable clamping head groove 123233 is not in contact with the overturning cylinder shaft 12313; the movable clamp head protrusion 123234 engages the output end of the clamp opening assembly 1233.
As shown in fig. 4, the grip opening assembly 1233 includes a grip opening base plate 12331 and a grip opening cylinder 12332; the clamping opening bottom plate 12331 is fixed on the overturning frame 121; the clamp opening cylinder 12332 is fixed on the clamp opening base plate 12331, and the extending end of the clamp opening cylinder 12332 is connected with the movable clamp head protrusion 123234.
The connector turnover device 12, during operation: 1) the overturning feeding mechanism 122 transmits the electronic connector conveyed by the feeding device 11 to the feeding hole of the overturning clamping assembly 1232; 2) the flip movable clamp head 12323 is squeezed by the input electrical connector to stretch the flip spring 12325, and the flip movable clamp head 12323 rotates around the flip core shaft 12324, the electrical connector snaps into the groove formed between the flip fixed clamp head 12322 and the flip movable clamp head 12323; and the flip movable clamp head 12323 is pulled by the flip spring 12325 to compress the electrical connector; 3) the overturning driving cylinder 12311 acts to drive the overturning cylinder connecting rod 12312 and the overturning cylinder shaft 12313 to rotate in turn; 3) the turning cylinder shaft 12313 rotates to drive the turning clamping component 1232 connected with the turning cylinder shaft to rotate, and the turning clamping component 1232 rotates to a position connected with the connector moving device 13; 4) the clamp opening cylinder 12332 is actuated, the extended end of the clamp opening cylinder 12332 compresses the movable clamp head protrusion 123234, the tilt movable clamp head 12323 rotates around the tilt spindle 12324 and the tilt spring 12325 is again extended; 5) the distance between the flip movable clamping head 12323 and the flip fixed clamping head 12322 is increased to loosen the electronic connector, and the connector moving device 13 moves the electronic connector to complete the flip process of the electronic connector.
The connector overturning device 12 is used for clamping the electronic connector by adopting a pneumatic gripper when the electronic connector is overturned, and then the pneumatic gripper is driven to rotate by the rotating device to complete the overturning process of the electronic connector; the electronic connector is firmly gripped and fixed by a pneumatic gripper in the overturning process, and the pneumatic gripper is driven by compressed gas; when the compressed gas leaks or the condition of gas is disconnected, pneumatic tongs then can not grasp electronic connector because the air feed is not enough, cause the electronic connector in the upset process and drop because of not being grasped by pneumatic tongs to influence the stable problem of electronic connector upset process. By providing the flipping clamp mechanism 123, when the electronic connector is transferred to the feeding port of the flipping clamp assembly 1232, the flipping movable clamp head 12323 is squeezed by the input electronic connector to stretch the flipping spring 12325, and the flipping movable clamp head 12323 rotates around the flipping mandrel 12324, and the electronic connector is snapped into the groove formed between the flipping fixed clamp head 12322 and the flipping movable clamp head 12323; and at this time, the flip movable clamping head 12323 is pulled by the flip spring 12325 to press the electronic connector tightly; then, the overturning driving cylinder 12311 acts to drive the whole overturning clamping assembly 1232 to overturn; in the overturning process of the overturning clamping assembly 1232, the overturning driving assembly 1231 and the clamping opening assembly 1233 which need to be driven by compressed gas only respectively play roles of providing overturning driving force and opening the overturning clamping assembly 1232; the clamping force applied to the electronic connector during the overturning process is provided by the overturning spring 12325 pressing the overturning movable clamping head 12323, and the clamping force is not required to be provided by compressed gas as in the air cylinder clamping process; even if compressed gas leaks or the circumstances of cutting off the gas, the pulling force that upset spring 12325 provided also can press from both sides tight electronic connector to avoid the electronic connector in the upset process to drop because of the air supply problem is not gripped by pneumatic tongs, guaranteed the stability of electronic connector upset process.
As shown in fig. 8, the connector moving device 13 includes a connector moving mechanism 131 and a connector holding mechanism 132; the connector moving mechanism 131 is fixed on the table, and the connector moving mechanism 131 is connected with the connector holding mechanism 132; the connector clamping mechanism 132 is in contact with the electronic connector; the connector moving mechanism 131 is used for driving the connector clamping mechanism 132 to move circularly; a connector clamping mechanism 132 for clamping the electronic connector; connector moving mechanism 131 includes a carry drive assembly 1311, a left-right pushing assembly 1312, and an up-down pushing assembly 1313; the movement driving component 1311 is fixed on the workbench; the output end of the moving driving component 1311 is connected to the lower ends of the left and right pushing components 1312 and the plurality of up and down pushing components 1313 respectively; the upper ends of the left-right pushing assembly 1312 and the plurality of up-down pushing assemblies 1313 are connected to the connector holding mechanism 132, respectively; a carry drive assembly 1311 for driving the left-right push assembly 1312 and the up-down push assembly 1313; a left-right pushing assembly 1312 and an up-down pushing assembly 1313 for pushing the connector clamping mechanism 132 left-right and up-down; left-right push assembly 1312 includes left-right push cam 13121, left-right push link module 13122, and left-right push rail module 13123; the left-right pushing cam 13121 is fixed to the conveyance drive component 1311; the tail end of the left-right pushing connecting rod module 13122 is contacted with the surface of the left-right pushing cam 13121, and the head end of the left-right pushing connecting rod module 13122 is connected with the left-right pushing guide rail module 13123; left and right push rail modules 13123 are secured to connector clamping mechanism 132; the up-down pushing assembly 1313 comprises an up-down pushing cam 13131, an up-down pushing link module 13132, an up-down pushing first rail module 13133, and an up-down pushing second rail module 13134; the up-down pushing cam 13131 is fixed to the conveyance drive component 1311; the tail end of the up-down push link module 13132 is in contact with the surface of the up-down push cam 13131, and the head end of the up-down push link module 13132 is connected with the up-down push first rail module 13133 and the up-down push second rail module 13134, respectively; pushing the first rail module 13133 up and down to be fixed on the workbench; pushing second rail module 13134 up and down secures to connector clamping mechanism 132.
As shown in fig. 9, the left and right push link module 13122 includes left and right first link holders 131221, left and right first links 131222, left and right second links 131223, a third link holder 131224, a third link 131225, and left and right link tighteners 131226; the left and right first link fixing seats 131221, the third link fixing seat 131224 and the left and right link tensioning device 131226 are all fixed on the workbench; the head and tail ends of the left and right first connecting rods 131222 are respectively connected with the left and right first connecting rod fixing seats 131221 and one end of the left and right second connecting rods 131223, and the middle ends of the left and right first connecting rods 131222 are in contact with the left and right push cams 13121; the other end of the left and right second connecting rods 131223 is connected with one end of a third connecting rod 131225; the other end of the third link 131225 is connected with the left and right push rail module 13123; the left and right link tensioning devices 131226 are connected to the left and right first links 131222 and the third link 131225, respectively; the third link 131225 is an L-shaped link; the left and right second links 131223 include left and right second lower bars 1312231, left and right second upper bars 1312232, and left and right second connecting bars 1312233; the left and right second lower rods 1312231 are fixedly connected with the left and right second upper rods 1312232 through sliding grooves; the lower end hole position of the left and right second lower rods 1312231 is hinged with the left and right first connecting rods 131222, and the upper ends of the left and right second lower rods 1312231 are connected with the upper ends of the left and right second connecting rods 1312233; the lower ends of the left and right second upper bars 1312232 are connected with the lower ends of left and right second connecting bars 1312233; the upper end hole position of the left and right second upper rods 1312232 is hinged with a third connecting rod 131225.
As shown in fig. 10, the third link 131225 includes a third link lower lever 1312251, a third link pusher 1312252, a third link upper lever 1312253, a third link roller 1312254, a third link sliding slot 1312255, and a third link tension; the lower end of the third lower link lever 1312251 is hinged with a third link lever fixing seat 131224 and a left and right second upper lever 1312232 respectively; the third link pushing piece 1312252 is fixed on the third link lower rod 1312251, and the pushing end of the third link pushing piece 1312252 is connected with the lower end of the third link upper rod 1312253; the third upper connecting rod 1312253 is connected with the third lower connecting rod 1312251 through a sliding chute, and the third upper connecting rod 1312253 is matched with a corresponding hole position of the third lower connecting rod 1312251; the third link roller 1312254 is hinged with the upper end of the third link upper rod 1312253, and the third link roller 1312254 is embedded in the third link sliding groove 1312255; the third link runner 1312255 is fixed on the left and right push rail module 13123; one end of the third link tension member is connected to the third link slide slot 1312255 and the other end of the third link tension member is connected to the connector clamping mechanism 132.
As shown in fig. 9, the left and right link tensioning device 131226 includes left and right tensioning mounts 1312261 and left and right tensioning springs 1312262; the left and right tensioning bases 1312261 are fixed on the workbench; one end of the left and right tension springs 1312262 is connected to the left and right tension base 1312261, and the other end of the left and right tension springs 1312262 is connected to the left and right first link 131222 and the third link 131225, respectively.
As shown in fig. 11, the up-down push link module 13132 includes an up-down first link seat 131321, an up-down first link 131322, and an up-down second link 131323; the upper and lower first link seats 131321 are fixed on the workbench; the tail ends of the upper and lower first connecting rods 131322 are hinged with the upper and lower first connecting rod seats 131321, and the head ends of the upper and lower first connecting rods 131322 are hinged with the lower ends of the upper and lower second connecting rods 131323; the upper ends of the upper and lower second connecting rods 131323 are hinged with the upper and lower pushing first guide rail module 13133; the up-down push first rail module 13133 includes an up-down first rail base 131331, an up-down first rail slider 131332, and an up-down first rail connection plate 131333; the upper and lower first guide rail bases 131331 are fixed on the workbench; the guide rails in the upper and lower first guide rail sliders 131332 are fixed on the upper and lower first guide rail bases 131331; the slide block of the upper and lower first guide rail slide blocks 131332 is connected with one end of an upper and lower first guide rail connecting plate 131333; the other end of the upper and lower first rail attachment plates 131333 is connected to a slider that pushes the second rail module 13134 up and down.
The connector moving mechanism 131, in operation: 1) the moving driving component 1311 rotates to drive the left-right pushing cam 13121 and the up-down pushing cam 13131 connected with the moving driving component to rotate simultaneously; 2) the left-right pushing cam 13121 rotates to drive the left-right pushing link module 13122 in contact with the left-right pushing cam 13121 to move, and the third link sliding groove 1312255 in the left-right pushing link module 13122 moves left and right to drive the third link tensioning piece connected with the third link sliding groove 1312255 to move left and right; the third connecting rod tensioning piece moves to drive the connector clamping mechanism 132 connected with the third connecting rod tensioning piece to move left and right; at this time, the up-down pushing assembly 1313 moves left and right along the up-down pushing second rail module 13134 with respect to the connector holding mechanism 132; 3) when the left-right pushing cam 13121 moves, the up-down pushing cam 13131 rotates to drive the up-down pushing link module 13132 which is in contact with the up-down pushing cam 13131 to move; the up-down pushing link module 13132 moves to drive the up-down pushing second rail module 13134 and the connector clamping mechanism 132 connected thereto to move up and down along the up-down pushing first rail module 13133; at this time, the left-right pushing assembly 1312 moves up and down along the third link sliding slot 1312255 relative to the connector clamping mechanism 132 to complete the moving process of the electronic connector.
The connector moving mechanism 131 solves the problem that in the process of moving the electronic connector, a left-right moving mechanism and an up-down moving mechanism are adopted to respectively act so as to realize the movement of the whole moving device in the left-right direction and the up-down direction; the left-right moving mechanism and the up-down moving mechanism need to be respectively provided with two driving motors, a screw rod guide rail and other driving mechanisms, and two control steps of controlling the up-down movement of the moving device and controlling the left-right movement of the moving device are needed during working, so that the problems that the number of control steps of the whole moving device is large, and the complexity of the device is increased are caused. By arranging the up-down pushing component 1313 and the left-right pushing component 1312, the moving driving component 1311 drives the left-right pushing cam 13121 and the up-down pushing cam 13131 connected with the moving driving component to rotate simultaneously when rotating; the left-right pushing cam 13121 and the up-down pushing cam 13131 respectively drive the left-right pushing link module 13122 and the up-down pushing link module 13132 which are in contact with the left-right pushing cam 13121 and the up-down pushing cam 13131 to move; the left-right push link module 13122 and the up-down push link module 13132 respectively move up and down, left and right along the surfaces of the left-right push cam 13121 and the up-down push cam 13131 according to a set trajectory to drive the connector holding mechanism 132 to move up and down, left and right; in the whole movement process, only the moving driving component 1311 needs to rotate, and the connector clamping mechanism 132 can move according to a certain rule under the control of the surface tracks of the left-right pushing cam 13121 and the upper-lower pushing cam 13131, so that the whole movement process only needs to control the rotating state of the moving driving component 1311 by one control step, the control steps of the moving device are reduced, and the complexity of the device is reduced.
As shown in fig. 12, connector clamping mechanism 132 includes a connector clamping frame 1321, a clamping toggle assembly 1322, and a clamping head 1323; the connector holding frame 1321 is connected to the connector moving mechanism 131; the clamping and shifting assembly 1322 is fixed on the connector clamping frame 1321, and the clamping and shifting assembly 1322 is connected with a plurality of clamping heads 1323; a plurality of clamping heads 1323 are fixed on the connector clamping frame 1321, and the plurality of clamping heads 1323 are respectively in contact with the electronic connectors; the clamping toggle assembly 1322 is used for controlling the opening or closing of the plurality of clamping heads 1323; the clamping head 1323 is used for clamping or loosening the electronic connector; the clamping and toggle assembly 1322 comprises a clamping and toggle cylinder 13221, a clamping cylinder connector 13222, a clamping and connecting guide post 13223 and a clamping and toggle rod 13224; the clamping toggle cylinders 13221 are multiple, the clamping toggle cylinders 13221 are all fixed on the connector clamping frame 1321, and the extending ends of the clamping toggle cylinders 13221 are all connected with the clamping cylinder connecting piece 13222; the plurality of clamping connection guide pillars 13223 pass through the connector clamping frame 1321, one end of the plurality of clamping connection guide pillars 13223 is connected with the clamping cylinder connector 13222, and the other end of the plurality of clamping connection guide pillars 13223 is connected with the clamping tap lever 13224; the grip tap lever 13224 is in contact with a plurality of gripping elements 1323.
As shown in FIG. 13, clamp head 1323 includes clamp head mount 13231, clamp head attachment block 13232, clamp head press block 13233, and clamp head spring 13234; the clamping head mount 13231 is fixed to the connector clamping bay 1321; the clamp head attachment block 13232 is secured to the clamp head base 13231; the clamp head mass 13233 mates with the clamp head connector block 13232, the clamp head mass 13233 aligns with the clamp head connector block 13232, and the clamp head mass 13233 contacts the clamp tap lever 13224; the clamp head spring 13234 is engaged with the clamp head connection block 13232, one end of the clamp head spring 13234 contacts with the clamp head connection block 13232, and the other end of the clamp head spring 13234 contacts with the clamp head pressing block 13233.
As shown in fig. 14, the clamping head connector block 13232 includes a clamping head connector block body 132321, a clamping connector block slide slot 132322, and a clamping connector block groove 132323; the clamping connecting block sliding groove 132322 is matched with a corresponding shaft column of the clamping head base 13231; the clamp link channel 132323 mates with the clamp head press block 13233.
As shown in fig. 15, the clamp head press 13233 includes a clamp head press body 132331, a clamp head press hole 132332, and a clamp head press groove 132333; the clamping head pressing block main body 132331 is L-shaped; the clamp head briquetting holes 132332 mate with corresponding studs of the clamp cylinder connector 13222; the clamp head pressure block groove 132333 mates with the clamp head spring 13234; the clamping head pressing block groove 132333 is a square groove; the head of the clamping head connecting block 13232 and the head of the clamping head pressing block 13233 are stepped grooves, and the height of the stepped grooves is matched with the shape of the electronic connector.
During operation of the connector clamping mechanism 132: 1) the connector moving mechanism 131 drives the clamping head 1323 to move above the electronic connector, and the corresponding groove of the clamping head 1323 is aligned with the electronic connector; 2) the connector moving mechanism 131 drives the clamping head 1323 to move downwards, the clamping head pressing block 13233 is pressed by the electronic connector to compress the clamping head spring 13234, and the electronic connector is clamped in a groove between the clamping head connecting block 13232 and the clamping head pressing block 13233; 3) the connector moving mechanism 131 drives the clamping head 1323 to move to the next station and drives the electronic connector to move to the jig position of the station; 4) the clamping toggle cylinder 13221 acts to drive the clamping cylinder connecting piece 13222, the clamping connecting guide post 13223 and the clamping toggle rod 13224 to move downwards in sequence; 5) the clamping toggle rod 13224 moves downwards to simultaneously press down the clamping head pressing blocks 13233 in the clamping heads 1323 of the plurality of stations; 6) the simultaneous rotation of clamp head compacts 13233 at multiple stations compresses clamp head springs 13234 to release the electrical connectors simultaneously to complete the electrical connector clamping process.
The connector clamping mechanism 132 solves the problems that in the process of moving the electronic connector, the electronic connector is clamped by the air cylinder, and the air cylinder is controlled to clamp or release the electronic connector simultaneously by controlling the air circuit connected with the air cylinder; when the electronic connector is moved, the electronic connectors of a plurality of stations need to be clamped or loosened at the same time, and due to the fact that the number of the stations is large and the plurality of stations have long distances, the total length of the clamping device corresponding to the stations is long, and the distance difference between the clamping cylinders of different stations and the air source is large; when compressed gas of a gas source is transferred to the cylinders of all stations through the gas circuits, at the same moment, the opening and closing actions of the cylinders of different stations are inconsistent because the time for the compressed gas to reach the cylinders is inconsistent between the cylinders close to the gas source and the cylinders far away from the gas source; when the electronic connector is moved by the moving device, the cylinders at different stations clamp or loosen the electronic connector in different states, so that the problem of accurate moving of the electronic connector is influenced. By arranging the clamping toggle assembly 1322 and the clamping head 1323; the clamping poking rod 13224 in the clamping poking assembly 1322 is simultaneously contacted with a plurality of clamping head pressing blocks 13233, and the clamping poking rod 13224 is a rigid piece which can integrally and simultaneously move, so that the situations that deformation is caused when the clamping poking rod is pressed downwards and compressed gas cannot simultaneously reach the air cylinder due to different distances when the clamping poking rod 13224 is driven by the compressed gas are avoided; when the clamping toggle cylinder 13221 acts to drive the clamping toggle rod 13224 to move downwards, the rigid clamping toggle rod 13224 can ensure to be simultaneously contacted with the clamping head pressing blocks 13233 of a plurality of stations, so that the clamping heads 1323 of the plurality of stations are simultaneously loosened; the situation that the electronic connector is clamped or loosened at different stations is avoided, and therefore accurate moving of the electronic connector is guaranteed.
As shown in fig. 16, the electronic connector packaging apparatus 2 includes a packaging rack, a carrier tape conveying device 21, a film conveying device 22, a carrier tape slide device 23, and a carrier tape stitching device 24; the carrier band conveying device 21, the film conveying device 22 and the carrier band slideway device 23 are all fixed on the packaging rack; the carrier band conveying device 21 and the film conveying device 22 are respectively connected with a carrier band slideway device 23; a plurality of carrier tape pressing devices 24 are provided, the carrier tape pressing devices 24 are all fixed on the carrier tape slide rail device 23, and the carrier tape pressing devices 24 are respectively connected with the connector membranes; the carrier tape conveying device 21 and the film conveying device 22 are used for feeding carrier tapes and films respectively; the carrier tape slide device 23 is used for conveying carrier tapes and films; the carrier tape press-fitting device 24 is used for press-fitting between the film sheet and the carrier tape.
