judging whether people fall into water accidentally or not according to the monitoring information;
when the accident of falling into water is judged, the position information of the person falling into water is obtained;
controlling the life-saving object ejection device 20 to face the person falling into the water;
when the life-saving article ejection device 20 faces the person falling into the water, the life-saving article ejection device 20 is controlled to eject the life-saving article.
It is known to those skilled in the art how to determine whether a person accidentally falls into a water from the monitoring information, and therefore, the details thereof are not described herein. For example, at least one of body state recognition, infrared sensing, and thermal imaging may be employed.
In addition, the present invention is not limited to accidental water falling in the general sense. For example, in a river course where swimming is prohibited, if someone falls into water (including various situations such as normal swimming and careless falling into water), the river course can be regarded as 'accidental falling into water', so that the falling into water condition is not needed to be distinguished. In the river course allowing swimming, whether the person falling into water accidentally falls into water can be identified by means of posture identification and the like.
The position information of the drowner acquired here may be accurate position information, rough position information (e.g., which area is located), direction information, or the like, and is not limited herein. The manner of obtaining the location information is also easily known to those skilled in the art, and will not be described in detail herein, for example, the location information may be extracted from the monitoring information.
With regard to "controlling the life-saving article ejector 20 toward a drowner", the position of the life-saving article ejector 20 may not be adjusted if the life-saving article ejector 20 is already directed toward a drowner, and the position of the life-saving article ejector 20 may be adjusted if the life-saving article ejector 20 is not directed toward a drowner. The term "towards a person falling into a water" does not necessarily have to be directed completely towards a person falling into a water, for example, when the angle of adjustment of the life-saving object ejector 20 is limited, the position of the life-saving object ejector 20 may be a position relatively close to the person falling into a water in an angle.
The life-saving article referred to in the present invention may be a buoy, a life-saving rope, etc., and is not limited herein.
The river channel rescue equipment can monitor the water area condition of a river channel in real time by using the camera device 10, is provided with the lifesaving article ejection device 20 which can eject lifesaving articles and has an adjustable angle, can judge whether a person accidentally falls into the water and acquire the position information of the person falling into the water according to the acquired monitoring information, and can control the lifesaving article ejection device 20 to eject the lifesaving articles after the lifesaving article ejection device 20 faces the person falling into the water, so that the accident person falling into the water or a rescuer can acquire the lifesaving articles in time with a high probability, the probability that the accident person falling into the water alone breaks away from the dangerous situation is greatly improved, the probability of successful rescue, and the life safety of the accident person falling into the water and the rescuer is powerfully guaranteed.
In some embodiments, before "controlling the life-saving object ejector 20 to eject the life-saving object", the processor 30 further performs:
calculating the distance between the life-saving object ejection device 20 and the person falling into the water;
the ejection force of the life-saving article ejection device 20 is controlled according to the distance between the life-saving article ejection device 20 and the person falling into the water.
It is easy for those skilled in the art to know how to calculate the distance between the life saving object ejector 20 and the person falling into the water, and will not be described in detail herein.
The ejection force of the life-saving object ejection device 20 can be controlled according to the distance between the life-saving object ejection device 20 and the person falling into the water, so that the life-saving object can be ejected to a position closer to the person falling into the water, and the success rate of rescuing the person falling into the water can be increased.
In some embodiments, the river rescue apparatus further includes an audible and visual alarm device 40;
the processor 30 also performs:
when the person accidentally falls into the water, the audible and visual alarm device 40 is controlled to give an alarm.
Through this setting for near people can learn the alarm information that someone accident fell into water fast, thereby be favorable to rapidly launching the rescue to the person that falls into water, promoted the possibility that the person that falls into water rescued.
In some embodiments, processor 30 also performs:
when it is judged that someone falls into water accidentally, alarm information is sent to a background server (not shown).
Through the arrangement, the background server can immediately acquire alarm information of someone falling into the water accidentally, and then can immediately inform professional rescuers to carry out rescue, so that the possibility of rescuing the person falling into the water is favorably improved.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the invention further discloses a rescue method based on a river channel rescue device, the river channel rescue device includes a camera device 10 and a life saving article ejection device 20, the camera device 10 is configured to monitor the water area condition of the river channel in real time, the life saving article ejection device 20 is configured to eject life saving articles, the angle of the life saving article ejection device 20 is adjustable, and the rescue method includes:
101. Acquiring monitoring information from the camera device 10 in real time;
