Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention comprises an inner cross member 1, an outer cross member 2 and a reinforcement beam 3 (the outer cross member faces the front part of the vehicle body and the inner cross member faces the rear part of the vehicle body, depending on the direction of use), wherein the three parts are made of steel plates or steel strips of the same material or different materials as the base material, and are formed and processed first, and then the three parts are formed into a whole by tailor welding. The inner side cross beam is of a semi-closed structure with three closed surfaces and one open surface, wherein the semi-closed structure is formed by an upper wall 1-1, a rear wall 1-2 and a lower wall 1-3, the middle part of the outer side cross beam is inwards concave, the upper end and the lower end of the outer side cross beam are in lap joint with the inner side cross beam, and the upper end and the lower end of the outer side cross beam and the inner side cross. The stiffening beam is welded in the closed cavity, extends in the length direction of the automobile beam in the closed cavity, and divides the closed cavity into two parts. Referring to fig. 2, the structure of the second embodiment shown differs from that of the first embodiment in that the reinforcing grooves are provided only on the rear wall, and this relatively simple structure is suitable for a small displacement vehicle.
Referring to fig. 3, a third embodiment is shown in which reinforcing folds 5 are provided on the upper wall and the lower wall of the inner side cross member, respectively, and the height dimension of the inner side cross member is increased by the reinforcing folds. The structure is characterized in that the inner side cross beam and the outer side cross beam form a closed cavity with a section similar to a trapezoid, so that the overall stress state of the cross beam is more reasonable on the basis of improving the performance of the inner side cross beam.
Referring to fig. 4, in the fourth embodiment, the reinforcing beam divides the closed cavity formed by the outer beam of the inner beam into two parts with different upper and lower areas, the upper wall and the lower wall of the inner beam are respectively provided with a reinforcing groove 4, and the rear wall of the inner beam corresponding to the larger area of the closed cavity is provided with the reinforcing groove 4. The structure uses the reinforcing groove and the bending part with the longer size at one side of the reinforcing beam to play a role, improves the performance of the rear wall of the inner side cross beam, and is suitable for small automobiles with compact structures.
Referring to fig. 5, the fifth embodiment is shown in which two reinforcing beams are adopted, two sides of each reinforcing beam are bent at different lengths, the backs of the two reinforcing beams are welded to form an i shape, the longer bent parts of the two reinforcing beams are welded to the inner side cross beam, and the shorter bent parts of the two reinforcing beams are welded to the outer side cross beam. The upper wall and the lower wall of the inner side cross beam are respectively provided with a reinforced bend 5. The structure gives full play to the reinforcing function of the reinforcing beams, improves the strength and the bending resistance of the inner side beam by the longer bending parts of the two reinforcing beams, can obviously improve the strength and the bending resistance of the beam by matching the arrangement of reinforcing and bending the upper wall and the lower wall of the inner side beam, and is suitable for vehicle types with larger discharge capacity.
Referring to fig. 6, oblong plug welding holes 1-4 are distributed on the inner side cross beam. When the anti-collision beam is manufactured, the inner side beam and the outer side beam are welded in a full welding mode or in a segmented welding mode, and the stiffening beam and the outer side beam are welded in a full welding mode or in a segmented welding mode. And after the inner side cross beam and the outer side cross beam are welded and closed, the stiffening beam is subjected to plug welding with the inner side cross beam through the plug welding hole. If the inner side cross beam and the outer side cross beam are welded in sections or the reinforcing beam and the outer side cross beam are welded in sections, the positions of the plug welding of the reinforcing beam and the inner side cross beam and the positions of the section welding need to be distributed in a staggered mode.
The invention adopts a structure of selecting materials in parts, forming in parts and then welding, can flexibly design the structure of each part, and achieves the purpose of being most adaptive to the vehicle type through the structural improvement of different parts.
