The composite sheet need suppress through hydraulic means when producing, general hydraulic means can only process the composite sheet of a type, can not satisfy the processing to the smooth or compound sheet that the surface is the flute form of surface, general hydraulic means can not realize the automatic spacing fixed to the raw materials simultaneously, lead to adding the problem that appears the deviation easily, and current hydraulic means can not clear up the dust on raw materials surface, if there is the granule foreign matter on raw materials surface, lead to raw materials surface impaired easily, and general gas blowing device can not adjust the wind direction, therefore, provide a hydraulic means for the composite sheet production to above-mentioned problem.

1. according to the invention, through the arrangement of the first bevel gear, the first screw rod, the first slide block, the push rod, the connecting plate, the push plates, the limiting rods and the baffle disc, the left and right push plates can simultaneously clamp and fix the raw materials under the action of the first screw rod, so that the raw materials are prevented from being deflected in the pressing process, and meanwhile, the push plates can slowly contact with the raw materials through the first springs, so that the raw materials are prevented from being instantly extruded by the push plates.
2. According to the invention, through the arrangement of the reinforcing block, the air inlet pipe, the second sliding block, the air outlet shell, the air outlet, the guide ring, the locking screw and the guide plate, the blowing shell can be driven by the second lead screw to clean the particle foreign matters on the surface of the raw material, so that the damage to the surface of the raw material in the pressing process of the particle foreign matters is prevented, and the blowing angle of the blowing shell can be adjusted through the guide plate, so that the use of workers is facilitated.
3. According to the invention, through the arrangement of the fixing frame, the clamping head, the telescopic rod, the second spring, the first pressing plate and the second pressing plate, the position of the second pressing plate can be quickly adjusted through the clamping head, so that a worker can conveniently adjust the position of the second pressing plate according to the use condition, and meanwhile, different types of composite plates can be pressed through the second pressing plate and the first pressing plate.

The working process comprises the following steps: before the composite board pressing machine is used, power is supplied through an external power supply, the air inlet pipe 203 is communicated with an external air source, a worker firstly selects the first pressing board 8 and the second pressing board 9 according to the type of a composite board to be processed, when the composite board with a smooth surface is pressed, the worker clamps the second pressing board 9 on the upper side of the first pressing board 8, the telescopic rod 303 and the second spring 304 on the upper side can drive the clamping head 302 to be clamped with the second pressing board 9, the limit on the second pressing board 9 is realized, then the worker places raw materials at the middle position of the bottom board 4, then the worker controls the first motor 101 to drive the first bevel gear 102 to rotate through the controller 6, then the first bevel gear 102 drives the first lead screw 104 to rotate through the second bevel gear 103, the first sliding blocks 105 on the left side and the right side can move towards the direction close to the raw materials along with the rotation of the first lead screw 104, then the first sliding block 105 drives the connecting plate 108, the limiting rod 110 and the push plate 109 to gradually clamp and fix the raw material through the push rod 107, meanwhile, the push plate 109 can realize buffering under the action of the first spring 111 in the process of contacting the raw material, so that the push plate 109 does not generate instant thrust on the raw material until the push plate 109 is attached to the connecting plate 108, then a worker controls the second motor 201 to drive the second lead screw 211 to rotate through the controller 6, then the second lead screw 211 drives the second sliding block 204 to move along the connecting frame 5 in the horizontal direction, meanwhile, an external air source cleans particulate foreign matters on the surface of the raw material through the air inlet pipe 203, the air outlet shell 205 and the air outlet 206, and the worker can adjust the position of the guide plate 210 by moving the position of the rotating rod 208 on the inner side of the guide ring 207, thereby realizing the direction of air blowing of the air outlet shell 205, after the cleaning, the worker controls the hydraulic rod 7 to drive the first pressing plate 8 to press the raw material through the fixing frame 301 through the controller 6, until the pressing is completed.
The same parts as those in embodiment 1 are not described again in embodiment 2, except that when the corrugated composite board needs to be pressed, the worker takes down the second pressing plate 9 on the upper side of the first pressing plate 8 and then places the second pressing plate in clamping with the clamping head 302 on the lower side of the first pressing plate 8, so that the raw material is pressed through the second pressing plate 9.
