Abstract

The automobile interior decoration adopts the processing mode of glue spraying, so that the condition of uneven glue spraying is easy to occur, the product reject ratio is higher, and the processing period is longer. In addition, the interior trim part template has the place that the slot is too deep to spout the glue and can't spout into.
In addition, the compound hot melt adhesive in automotive interior spare epidermis back must heat just can activate the colloid, and the hot melt adhesive cooling is also very fast simultaneously, and is long to some complicated molding cladding process cycles, and easy inefficacy is unfavorable for improving production efficiency.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention has the advantages of rapid processing and high production efficiency. The processing time of spraying the traditional solvent-based glue is about 220S from glue spraying to preparation completion, the glue spraying time of the traditional water-based glue is about 400S, the time of spraying the traditional hot melt glue is about 220S, and the invention only needs 60S.
2. The invention has simple process, less personnel and high economic benefit. The invention only needs 2 persons to process, and the traditional procedure needs the in-line spraying/gluing and baking procedures, at least more than 4 persons.
3. The invention can realize the rapid embedding process of the groove structure, avoids the defect that the traditional glue can not be rapidly sprayed into the groove, can integrate products to improve the strength performance of the products, the processing cost of the parts and the number of dies, simplifies the design, improves the performance and reduces the product cost.
4. Compared with a solvent-spraying adhesive mode, the invention is more environment-friendly, and the harmful VOC (volatile organic compounds) is obviously reduced by compounding the double faced adhesive tape. The acetaldehyde content of the traditional solvent-spraying glue process is 2.025 mu g/bag, the toluene content is 0.731 mu g/bag, and the acetaldehyde content is 1.275 mu g/bag and the toluene content is 0.342 mu g/bag by adopting a composite double-sided glue process.
5. The invention adopts a method of puncturing the adhesive film layer, can effectively realize the function of laminating and exhausting, improves the bonding strength, avoids the occurrence of failure mode, and reduces the bad proportion from the original 6 percent to 2.2 percent.
6. The invention adopts the peripheral automatic embedding and automatic edge covering technology, improves the production efficiency and the yield, adopts the pneumatic embedding knife to turn the flanging into the gap in one step, does not have the embedding knife to turn the flanging manually by using a tool, is easy to scratch the template by the tool, and has low speed and high reject ratio. The instability of manual inlaying or manual edge covering is avoided, and the occurrence of defects is avoided. The reject ratio of the product is reduced from 2 percent to 0.5 percent.
7. The invention adds an electric spark process to discharge and release on the surface of the template, activates the surface polarity of the PP material, improves the surface dyne coefficient and makes the surface of the template have stronger adhesiveness.
8. The invention adopts the pneumatic insert, has strong insert force, is successful once, has no damage, has the product reject ratio of 2 percent caused by the traditional manual flanging, can reduce the product reject ratio to 0.5 percent, and effectively saves the production cost.

Detailed Description
The invention will be further illustrated with reference to specific examples:
example 1:
(1) compounding a low-VOC (volatile organic compound) acrylic non-woven fabric substrate double-faced adhesive tape on the back of the surface skin;
(2) the back of the epidermis compounded with the double-sided adhesive is placed upwards to be punctured in a puncturing machine, and because the density of the double-sided adhesive layer is high, a layer of film is formed, air is easily wrapped in the double-sided adhesive layer during cladding and is not discharged out, so that the bulging phenomenon is caused, dense and tiny holes are punctured in the double-sided adhesive layer by the puncturing machine, the cladding processing is convenient, and the trapping of air and the bulging during cladding can be prevented;
(3) putting the PP material interior plate into an electric spark jig, and carrying out spark treatment on the complex modeling part of the PP material interior plate through an electric spark process (as shown in figure 2), so that the adhesion force is stronger when the electric spark area on the plate is attached to the surface skin;
(4) placing the punctured skin with the front surface facing downwards into a skin attaching jig, placing the attaching surface of the PP material interior decoration template treated by the electric spark process with the attaching surface facing downwards into a movable die, and then pressing down the movable die to attach the skin to the large surface of the PP material interior decoration template;
(5) starting the pneumatic insert 5, punching the skin turning sheet on the pneumatic insert 5 into a reserved gap 6 of the PP material template (as shown in figure 3);
(6) And (5) manually turning the residual turned edge by a worker to obtain the automobile door interior trimming panel product attached with the skin.

(3) placing the punctured surface skin with the front side facing downwards into a surface skin attaching jig, placing the attaching surface of the ABS material interior trimming template with the attaching surface facing downwards into a movable die, and then pressing down the movable die to attach the surface skin to the large surface of the ABS interior trimming template;
(4) starting the pneumatic inserted knife, and punching the skin turning sheet into a reserved gap of the template by using an upper punch of the pneumatic inserted knife;
(5) and starting the automatic flanging mechanism to flange the surface skin, and taking out the product by a worker to obtain the automobile door interior trim panel product attached with the surface skin.
Example 3:
(1) compounding double-sided adhesive tape on the back of the surface skin;
(2) the processing is carried out on the template with a moderate shape, so that the puncture needles in the area which is not easy to bulge can be detached, or part of the puncture needles can be detached to increase the needle spacing, and the specific spacing can be adjusted as required. (4) placing the punctured skin with the front surface facing downwards into a skin attaching jig, placing the attaching surface of the PP material interior decoration template treated by the electric spark process with the attaching surface facing downwards into a movable die, and then pressing down the movable die to attach the skin to the large surface of the PP material interior decoration template;
(5) and (5) manually turning the residual turned edge by a worker to obtain the automobile door interior trimming panel product attached with the skin.
