Technical Field

Background
With the rapid development of PVC plates, the surface treatment of PVC plates is concerned at present. In the traditional production line, the embossing and hot stamping device is large in size and complex in structure, cannot be installed in a PVC plate extrusion production line, cannot finish online embossing and hot stamping of PVC plates, the extruded and shaped PVC plates are generally directly stacked and stored, and when the embossing and hot stamping treatment is required to be carried out on the surfaces of the PVC plates, the PVC plates are sent into the embossing and hot stamping device for embossing and hot stamping treatment.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to an embossing system for PVC sheets and a method for using the same to solve the above problems.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: an embossing system for PVC plates comprises a feeding device, a feeding mechanism, an embossing mechanism and a discharging device, wherein the feeding device is positioned at the left end of the feeding mechanism, the feeding device and the feeding mechanism are matched with each other, the feeding device adopts a vacuum chuck for feeding, two groups of stations to be fed are arranged, one feeding station is used for feeding, one material is used for supplementing, the feeding efficiency is greatly increased, the embossing mechanism is positioned above the feeding mechanism, the embossing mechanism is arranged on the feeding mechanism in a sliding mode, the embossing mechanism and the feeding mechanism move synchronously, the embossing accuracy is improved, the discharging device is positioned at the right end of the feeding mechanism, and the discharging device and the feeding mechanism are matched with each other; The use method of the embossing system for the PVC plate comprises the following steps:

The invention has the technical effects and advantages that:

It should be noted that: in the present application, the driving motor a104, the driving motor b3071, the cylinder a1014 and the cylinder b402 are conventional devices, and the present application is only applied, and the working principle and the electrical connection relationship thereof belong to the prior art, and therefore are not described in detail.
