Further, as shown in fig. 1, the engineering code scanning head controller 2 and the commodity code scanning head controller 3 are disposed on the side of the mounting bracket 9, and are respectively connected to the engineering code scanning head 1 and the commodity code scanning head 4, and can effectively process the engineering code information transmitted from the engineering code scanning head 1 and the commodity code information transmitted from the commodity code scanning head 4, convert the graphic signal into a digital signal, for example, a high level corresponds to 1, a low level corresponds to 0, and transmit the digital signal to the programmable logic controller 7.
The error correction device for the finished cigarette boxes further comprises a cigarette box conveying belt 11 for conveying the cigarette boxes 10. Under the condition that the color of the engineering code on the front surface of the smoke box 10 identified by the color mark sensor 12 is white and the comparison result judged by the programmable logic controller 7 is consistent, the output signal of the programmable logic controller 7 controls the smoke box conveyer belt 11 driven by the motor to push the smoke box 10 to enter a finished product warehouse channel; under the condition that the color of the engineering code on the front surface of the cigarette box 10 identified by the color mark sensor 12 is yellow and the comparison result judged by the programmable logic controller 7 is consistent, the output signal of the programmable logic controller 7 controls the cigarette box conveying belt 11 driven by the motor to push the cigarette box 10 to enter the channel of the reinspection product warehouse.
The error correction device for the finished cigarette cases further comprises a power supply (not shown), and the power supply is connected with the color mark sensor 12, the engineering code scanning wharf 1, the engineering code scanning wharf controller 2, the commodity code scanning wharf 4 and the commodity code scanning wharf controller 3 and used for providing electric energy. Specifically, the power supply is a 24V direct current power supply, and the 24V direct current power supply is collected from an original main cabinet of the machine and supplies power to all input end power supply parts of the error correction device for the finished cigarette boxes. The engineering code scanning port 1 and the commodity code scanning port 4 are powered by a 24V direct-current power supply, can effectively scan the bar codes in real time, and respectively transmit the bar code information to the engineering code scanning port controller 2 and the commodity code scanning port controller 3, and are high in detection rate, convenient and fast.
According to the error correction device for the cigarette finished product cigarette boxes, provided by the embodiment of the invention, the project code can be identified through the color code sensor, so that the project code I and the in-factory identification code can be effectively distinguished, finished products and reinspected products can be effectively distinguished, the cigarette boxes with different project codes are sent into the corresponding storage areas, manual classification is avoided, and the labor cost is reduced; by scanning the engineering code on the front side of the smoke box and the commodity code on the side surface of the smoke box simultaneously and comparing the two codes, the smoke box with inconsistent commodity information of the two code sections is effectively identified and removed, so that the smoke box with inconsistent two codes can be effectively corrected; the cigarette boxes with mistaken construction codes can be identified, the serial numbers of the cigarette boxes are avoided, unqualified products are prevented from flowing into the next procedure, and waste of raw and auxiliary materials caused by the unqualified products is avoided; and the error correction device for the finished cigarette box has the advantages of stable operation, high efficiency, reliability, high precision, good detection performance and easy adjustment and maintenance.

3. The finished cigarette pack correction device of claim 2, wherein the alarm comprises an audible and visual alarm.
4. The finished cigarette box error correction device of claim 2, further comprising a human-computer interface connected to the programmable logic controller for displaying alarm information and processing faults according to the alarm information.

The finished cigarette carton error correction device of claim 1, further comprising a rejection solenoid valve connected to the programmable logic controller for pushing the carton into the rejection channel when the engineering code information is inconsistent with the commodity code information.
6. The finished cigarette pack correction device of claim 1, further comprising a mounting bracket for supporting the color scale sensor, the engineering code scanner head controller, the commodity code scanner head, and the commodity code scanner head controller.
7. The finished cigarette pack correction device of claim 1, further comprising a pack conveyor belt for conveying packs.
8. The finished cigarette box error correction device of claim 1, wherein the programmable logic controller comprises a siemens S7-300 programmable logic controller.
9. The finished cigarette carton error correction device of claim 1, further comprising a power source connected to the color scale sensor, the engineering code scanning head controller, the commodity code scanning head and the commodity code scanning head controller for providing electrical energy.
10. The finished cigarette pack correction device of claim 9, wherein the power source comprises a 24V dc power source.
