Referring to fig. 2, a glue supplementing scraper 6 connected with the frame 3 and attached to the glue spreader 21 is arranged beside the glue supplementing pipe 7, and the glue supplementing scraper 6 and the glue supplementing pipe 7 are sequentially arranged along the rotation direction of the glue spreader 21; under the effect of mending the gluey scraper 6, can scrape the sizing material of scribbling to the glue spreader 21 through mending gluey pipe 7, and then will store up the sizing material except that scraping in the gluey groove 211, avoid the overflow of sizing material on the glue spreader 21 to save the sizing material resource. The glue supplementing scraper 6 extends along the direction of the glue spreading roller 21, and two ends of the glue supplementing scraper 6 are respectively fixedly connected with the rack 3; the glue supplementing scraper 6 is obliquely arranged from bottom to top in the direction far away from the glue supplementing pipe 7 so as to increase the angle of the glue supplementing scraper 6 and the glue spreader 21, and therefore glue materials can be better scraped.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the two ends of the gluing scraper 5 close to one side of the glue spreader 21 are both provided with glue receiving openings 51, and the two glue receiving openings 51 are both arranged above the notch of the glue receiving groove 4; the sizing material can be piled up on the glue spreader 21 under the scraping effect of the glue supplementing scraper 6, and then can flow to the gluing scraper 5 along the roll surface of the glue spreader 21, and pile up on the gluing scraper 5, when piling up to the glue collecting opening 51 at the two ends of the gluing scraper 5, the sizing material can pass through the glue collecting opening 51 and fall into the glue collecting groove 4, and the collection of the sizing material is realized.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, a rubber guide tube 52 extending to the rubber collection groove 4 is communicated below each rubber collection opening 51, and rubber materials passing through the rubber collection openings 51 can be guided under the action of the rubber guide tube 52, so that the rubber materials fall down intensively.
The implementation principle of the scouring pad glue spreader in the embodiment of the application is as follows: when the cleaning cloth is used, the transmission motor 13 is started firstly, then the transmission roller 11 drives the transmission belt 12 to move under the driving of the transmission motor 13, and further the cleaning cloth arranged on the transmission belt 12 moves together; meanwhile, the gluing pump 25 is started, the glue stock in the glue barrel 24 can be conveyed into the gluing pipe 23 under the driving of the gluing pump 25 and is coated on the glue spreader 21 through the plurality of gluing ports 231, and then the glue stock can move along with the glue spreader 21; when the scouring pad moves to the lower part of the glue spreader 21 along with the transmission belt 12, the glue on the glue spreader 21 can be spread on the scouring pad, thereby realizing the automatic glue spreading of the scouring pad and achieving the effect of improving the glue spreading efficiency of the scouring pad.
