Description

Use method of combined defoaming agent for amine flotation collector
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of mineral flotation reagents, and particularly relates to a combined defoaming agent for an amine flotation collector and a using method thereof.
Background
At present, the poor ore sorting work has the problems of low efficiency, high cost, greater difficulty and the like. Flotation is a technology for separating in gas-liquid-solid three-phase fluid based on physical and chemical properties of various particles or particle surfaces; feeding the adjusted ore pulp into a flotation tank, stirring and aerating; the ore particles in the ore pulp contact and collide with the bubbles, the ore particles with good floatability selectively adhere to the bubbles and are carried to rise to form a mineralized foam layer consisting of gas-liquid-solid three phases, and the mineralized foam layer is mechanically scraped or overflows from the surface of the ore pulp, dehydrated and dried to form an ore concentrate product; in the flotation process, the problem of groove running caused by excessive foam is often generated, particularly in the cation flotation process, and the foam is sticky, large in quantity and difficult to dissipate.
The defoaming agent affects the half-life period of foam by acting on the foam structure, and further affects the volume of the foam generated in the actual flotation process; the mechanism of foam structure destruction of defoamers varies and is determined by their structure and properties and the foam system targeted; mainly comprises the following steps of reducing the viscosity of the foam, spreading and reducing the surface tension of a spreading part, and carrying out chemical reaction with components in a foam system.
The defoaming is carried out by adopting a physical method alone, the effect is poor, and the popularization and the application in the flotation industry are difficult. At present, a fluid jet method, namely water jet defoaming, is a commonly adopted physical method in the aspect of flotation foam elimination, the defoaming is insufficient, a large amount of water resources are wasted, and ore pulp is diluted. Still other plants use cofferdams to enclose the foam by standing, and the main function of the defoaming agent is to destroy the stability of the foam, so the method has low efficiency and large workload. The defoaming agent has the functions of accelerating the foam to break, preventing the foam from running out of the tank and promoting the flotation process to be more stable.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a combined defoaming agent for an amine flotation collector and a using method thereof, and aims to design the combined defoaming agent which can efficiently reduce the foam amount and quickly defoam aiming at solving the problems of viscous foam, large foam amount, difficult defoaming and the like of the existing amine flotation collector, and quickly defoam to ensure that the flotation process is more stable.
The combined defoaming agent for the amine flotation collector consists of phenol ether derivatives, short-chain mixed hydrocarbon and polydimethylsiloxane; the molecular formula of the phenol ether derivative is C8H17-Ph-O- [ CH2-CH2-O ] n-H, wherein n is 1-100; the short-chain mixed hydrocarbon is a mixture of straight-chain alkane, branched-chain alkane, cycloalkane and aromatic hydrocarbon with 9-18C atoms; the molecular weight of the polydimethylsiloxane is 5000-100000.
The mass ratio of the phenol ether derivative, the short-chain mixed hydrocarbon and the polydimethylsiloxane in the combined defoaming agent for the amine flotation collector is (0.5-0.8): (1-1.4): 2-4).
The preparation method of the combined defoaming agent for the amine flotation collector comprises the following steps:
uniformly mixing the phenol ether derivative, the short-chain mixed hydrocarbon and the polydimethylsiloxane according to the mass ratio of (0.5-0.8) to (1-1.4) to (2-4).
The use method of the combined defoaming agent for the amine flotation collector comprises the following steps:
in the process of iron ore flotation, when quartz in iron ore is captured, before an amine flotation collector is added, a combined defoaming agent for the amine flotation collector is added into the amine flotation collector and uniformly mixed, and the mixing proportion is 1 (100-400) of the combined defoaming agent for the amine flotation collector according to the mass ratio; and then collecting the quartz by taking the mixed material as a defoaming collector.
After the combined defoaming agent for the amine flotation collector is used in the above mode, the volume ratio of the foam formed after the flotation is finished is reduced by 1/3-1/2 without adding the combined defoaming agent for the amine flotation collector.
The combined defoaming agent for the amine flotation collector can reduce the surface tension of foam, enables active ingredients to be better dispersed in a foam system, and has a defoaming effect on the flotation collector of oxidized ore (iron ore) through the combined action of the foam and the active ingredients.
The flotation combined medicament has the advantages of safe and nontoxic raw materials, simple preparation method, stable chemical components and properties, and small using amount in use, and can effectively reduce foams generated in the flotation process, so that the flotation process is more stable.
