Background
The nano-grade paraffin has important application in the aspects of wood corrosion prevention, waterproof materials, phase change energy storage, drilling fluid treatment and the like. At present, the preparation method of nano-scale paraffin depends mainly on wet chemical methods, such as: chinese patent CN109912813A discloses a method for preparing cationic paraffin emulsion, which comprises the steps of firstly feeding water, paraffin, fatty amine polyoxyethylene ether and glacial acetic acid into a reaction kettle, heating to 80-105 ℃, then carrying out heat preservation reaction for 1-5 hours, then controlling the temperature in the reaction kettle to 70-95 ℃, and finally cooling to room temperature to obtain the paraffin emulsion; however, this method is complicated in preparation process, long in treatment process, and various in the kinds of chemical reagents used.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the preparation method of the paraffin nanosheet, which is simple in preparation process, short in treatment flow and less in chemical reagent.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a preparation method of paraffin nanosheets comprises the steps of melting paraffin in a liquid solvent to form a liquid state, then carrying out ultrasonic dispersion on the liquid paraffin in the liquid solvent, and cooling to obtain a colloidal solution of the paraffin nanosheets.
Preferably, the liquid solvent is at least one of water, ethanol, methanol, toluene and benzene.
Preferably, the ultrasonic frequency of the ultrasonic dispersion is 20kHz to 30kHz, and the ultrasonic intensity is not lower than 0.1mW/cm2The ultrasonic time is not less than 30 s.
Preferably, a stabilizer is added into the liquid solvent. The stabilizer is at least one of cetyl ammonium bromide, cetyl ammonium chloride and lauryl sodium sulfate.
According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the preparation method of the paraffin nanosheet provided by the invention has the advantages that the paraffin is firstly melted in the liquid to form the liquid state, then the liquid paraffin is crushed and dispersed by utilizing ultrasonic waves, the nano-sol of the liquid paraffin is rapidly realized, and the paraffin nanosheet can be formed after cooling; the preparation method has the advantages of simple preparation process, short treatment flow and less chemical reagents.
Drawings
In order to more clearly illustrate the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention, the drawings needed to be used in the description of the embodiments are briefly introduced below, and it is obvious that the drawings in the following description are only some embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious for those skilled in the art to obtain other drawings based on the drawings without creative efforts.

The preparation method of the paraffin nanosheet provided by the invention is described in detail below. Details which are not described in detail in the embodiments of the invention belong to the prior art which is known to the person skilled in the art.
A preparation method of paraffin nanosheets comprises the steps of putting paraffin and a stabilizer into a liquid solvent, then melting the paraffin into a liquid state in the liquid solvent through heating, then carrying out ultrasonic dispersion on the liquid paraffin in the liquid solvent, and cooling to obtain a colloidal solution of the paraffin nanosheets.
Specifically, the preparation method of the paraffin nanosheet may include the following embodiments:
(1) the liquid solvent can be water, ethanol, methanol, toluene, benzene and other conventional liquid solvents.
(2) The ultrasonic frequency of the ultrasonic dispersion is 20kHz to 30kHz, ultrasonic intensity not less than 0.1mW/cm2The ultrasonic time is not less than 30 s.
(3) The stabilizer can adopt common surfactants such as cetyl ammonium bromide, cetyl ammonium chloride, lauryl sodium sulfate and the like.
Furthermore, the invention rapidly realizes the nanometer sol of the liquid paraffin by the ultrasonic dispersion technology, and the paraffin nanosheet can be formed after cooling, so the preparation process is simple, the treatment process is short, and the chemical reagent is less.
In conclusion, the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of simple preparation process, short treatment flow and less chemical reagents.
