The invention can thoroughly isolate impurities and avoid the damage to the flow valve core or the impeller caused by excessive impurities in the oil.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a combined filter, and belongs to the field of oil liquid filtering devices.
Background
At present, the dilution amount of a dilution well is controlled by a wellhead high-pressure automatic control flowmeter. However, iron falls off due to long-term pipe wall corrosion of the dilution pipeline or impurities are contained in the thin oil, and the iron filings and the impurities are easy to enter the flowmeter. Therefore, the conventional flow meter is equipped with a filter at the front section, and the filter can filter impurities for a layer of fine steel wire mesh around the cylindrical shape. However, during the use process, the situation that the valve core of the flowmeter is punctured or the impeller is damaged due to impurities often happens, and the reason is that all impurities cannot be effectively isolated by single filtration.
The traditional dilution flowmeter filter has the following defects: firstly, the filter screen is easy to damage or enlarge meshes after long-term use, and cannot effectively filter; secondly, the diameter of the filter screen is limited, the effect of filtering larger impurities of particles is better, but scrap iron, oil sludge and other substances with smaller particle diameter cannot be filtered; thirdly, the filter has smaller volume, and the more impurities are accumulated, the blockage is easy to cause; fourthly, the pressure of the dilution pipeline is generally more than 10MPa, the flow rate of the diluted oil is high, the front end of the flowmeter is not provided with a buffer part, and the valve core is damaged by the impact of liquid on the valve core.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides a combined filter which can thoroughly isolate impurities and avoid the damage to a flow valve core or an impeller caused by excessive impurities in oil.
The invention provides a combined filter, comprising:
an outer tube; the outer pipe is provided with a liquid inlet, a liquid outlet and a plurality of pressure relief liquid outlets; and
the inner core is arranged in the outer pipe and comprises a primary filtering section, a secondary filtering section and an umbrella cap body clamped with the outer pipe;
the fluid enters the inner core from the liquid inlet of the outer pipe, is filtered by the primary filtering section and the secondary filtering section and then is discharged from the liquid outlet.
The invention is further improved in that the liquid inlet is arranged on the side wall of one side of the outer pipe and is perpendicular to the outer pipe; the liquid outlet is arranged on the side wall of the other side of the outer tube and is perpendicular to the outer tube.
The invention has the further improvement that the pressure relief liquid outlet comprises a first pressure relief liquid outlet arranged at one end of the outer pipe, a second pressure relief liquid outlet arranged at the other end of the outer pipe and a third pressure relief liquid outlet arranged in the middle of the outer pipe.
The invention has the further improvement that the primary filtering section comprises an inner pipe which is coaxial with the outer pipe, two ends of the inner pipe are sealed, and the inner pipe wall of the inner pipe is provided with a plurality of through holes;

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
the combined filter can thoroughly isolate impurities, and avoids damage to the flow valve core or the impeller caused by excessive impurities in oil. The combined filter not only can effectively filter all impurities, reduces the times of checking the flowmeter due to the influence of the impurities, increases the time efficiency of an oil well, and improves the yield of the oil well, but also has cheap processing elements, simple processing procedures and higher economic return.

The invention will be further explained with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 schematically illustrates a combination filter according to one embodiment of the invention. The combined filter can thoroughly isolate impurities, and avoids damage to the flow valve core or the impeller caused by excessive impurities in oil.
As shown in fig. 1, the combined filter of the present embodiment includes an outer tube 1. The outer pipe 1 is provided with a liquid inlet 11, a liquid outlet 12 and a plurality of pressure relief liquid outlets. The combined filter of the embodiment also comprises an inner core 2, and the inner core 2 is arranged inside the outer tube 1. Wherein, the inner core 2 comprises a first-stage filtering section 21, a second-stage filtering section 22 and an umbrella cap body 23. The first filtering section 21 performs coarse filtering on the fluid, and the second filtering section 22 performs fine filtering on the fluid. The umbrella cap body 23 is used for clamping with the outer tube 1, so that the inner core 2 is kept stable in the outer tube 1. In this embodiment, the fluid enters the inner core 2 from the liquid inlet 11 of the outer tube 1, and is filtered by the primary filtering section 21 and the secondary filtering section 22 and then discharged from the liquid outlet 12.
When the combined filter according to the present embodiment is used, the liquid inlet 11 and the liquid outlet 12 of the outer tube 1 are connected to the dilution line, respectively. The thin oil enters the outer pipe 1 from the liquid inlet 11, and then is subjected to coarse filtration through the primary filtering section 21 to filter out larger particles and impurities. Then the fine filtration is carried out by a second-stage filtration section 22 to filter out smaller impurities. The oil liquid after two-stage filtration is discharged from the liquid outlet 12. In this embodiment, through the two-stage filtration, can keep apart most of impurity, avoid containing impurity in the fluid to parts such as flowmeter case thorn bad or harm impeller, improved the security of equipment.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the loading port 11 is disposed on a side wall of one side of the outer tube 1, and is disposed perpendicular to the outer tube 1. The liquid outlet 12 is arranged on the side wall of the other side of the outer tube 1 and is perpendicular to the outer tube 1.
In the combined filter according to the present embodiment, the liquid inlet 11 and the liquid outlet 12 are respectively disposed on the side wall of the outer tube 1, and the installation and the removal of the inner core 2 are not affected. When the inner core 2 is disassembled, the liquid inlet 11 and the liquid outlet 12 do not need to be operated, and the disassembling efficiency is improved.
In a preferred embodiment, the number of pressure relief drains is three, wherein the pressure relief drains comprise a first pressure relief drain 13, and the first pressure relief drain 13 is arranged at the end of the outer tube 1, near the loading port 11. The pressure relief liquid outlet further comprises a second pressure relief liquid outlet 14, and the second pressure relief liquid outlet 14 is arranged at the end part of the other side of the outer pipe 1 and at one end close to the liquid outlet 12. And a third pressure relief liquid outlet 15 is formed in the middle of the outer pipe 1.
When using the combination formula filter according to this embodiment, the pressure release leakage fluid dram can carry out the pressure release, and after inner core 2's filter equipment blockked up, pressure can rise, can carry out the pressure release through the hydraulic pressure leakage fluid dram. The first pressure relief liquid discharge port 13 and the second pressure relief liquid discharge port 14 are opened, and the core 2 can be taken out or mounted as a mounting/dismounting port of the core 2.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the primary filter stage 21 includes an inner tube 24, and the inner tube 24 is sleeved in the outer tube 1 and is coaxially arranged with the outer tube 1. The inner pipe 24 is hollow, two ends of the inner pipe are sealed, and a plurality of through holes 25 are formed in the side wall of the inner pipe 24. In this embodiment, the inner pipe 24 is provided with a packer 27, and the packer 27 is positioned on the outer pipe 1 at a position offset to the secondary filter section 22. The packer 27 is an annular structure which is arranged in the annulus between the inner pipe 24 and the outer pipe 1, and the inner sidewall of the packer 27 is sealingly connected to the outer wall of said inner pipe 24 and the outer sidewall is connected to the inner wall of the outer pipe 1. The outer wall of the inner pipe 24 is coated with a coarse filter 26, and the coarse filter 26 is arranged on one side of the packer 27 and is positioned on one side close to the liquid inlet 11.
When the combined filter according to the present embodiment is used, the liquid enters the annular space between the inner pipe 24 and the outer pipe 1 from the liquid inlet 11, passes through the coarse filter 26 and the through holes 25, and enters the inner part of the inner pipe 24. The liquid flows inside the inner tube 24 to a position on the other side of the packer 27 and out through the through holes 25 and into the secondary filter section 22 for filtration.
In one embodiment, the secondary filter stage 22 includes a support 28, the support 28 being a cylindrical structure that is attached to the end of the inner tube 24. The diameter of the support 28 is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the outer tube 1, and the outer edge of the support 28 is connected to the inner wall of the outer tube 1. In this embodiment, the support 28 is provided with holes or slits aligned with the annulus of the outer pipe 1 and the inner pipe 24, and a fine screen 29 is provided in the holes or slits.
In the combi filter according to the present embodiment, the fluid flowing out of the through-holes 25 of the inner pipe 24 is in the annulus between the inner pipe 24 and the outer pipe 1 and in the space between the packer 27 and the support 28. As the fluid in the inner tube 24 exits, it passes through the fine screen 29, where it is filtered and directed into the umbrella head body 23.
In one embodiment, a first pressure gauge 16 and a second pressure gauge 17 are arranged on the outer tube 1, and the first pressure gauge 16 and the second pressure gauge 17 are respectively arranged on two sides of the packer 27. The first pressure gauge 16 detects the pressure in the annulus between the coarse filter screen 26 of the inner tube 24 and the outer tube 1, and determines whether the coarse filter tube is blocked or not according to the pressure value. The second pressure gauge 17 detects the pressure in the area between the outer pipe 1 and the inner pipe 24 and between the packer 27 and the support 28, and determines whether the fine screen 29 is clogged or not by the pressure value.
In one embodiment, the cap body 23 includes a hollow cap 30, the main body of the hollow cap 30 is a cylindrical structure, and the front end (the end near the secondary filtering section 22) is an umbrella-shaped structure or a conical structure. One conical end of the hollow umbrella cap 30 is connected with the secondary filtering section 22 through a pull ring 31, and the other end is provided with a hollow pipe 32. The front end of the hollow tube 32 is communicated with the inside of the hollow umbrella cap through a hole 36, and the rear end of the hollow tube 32 is communicated with the liquid outlet 12. Fluid exiting the secondary filter stage 22 enters the hollow cap 30, passes through the holes 36 into the hollow tube 32, and exits through the exit port 12.
In a preferred embodiment, the hollow umbrella cap 30 is provided with a magnetic filtering device 33; the fluid passing through the secondary filter stage 22 passes through the magnetic filter device 33 into the hollow umbrella crown 30. The magnetic filter device 33 can perform a third filtration by magnetically adsorbing the fluid, and then enter the hollow umbrella cap 30. Through setting up magnetic filter device 33, can play the effect of water conservancy diversion on the one hand, on the other hand can further filter, has guaranteed filterable effect.
In a preferred embodiment, the magnetic filter device 33 comprises a strong magnet 34, and the strong magnet 34 is disposed at the end of the umbrella cap 23 and can guide the fluid flow by magnetic force. the fluid enters the inner core (2) from the liquid inlet (11) of the outer pipe (1), is filtered by the primary filtering section (21) and the secondary filtering section (22) and then is discharged from the liquid outlet (12).

A combined filter according to claim 1, characterised in that the liquid inlet (11) is arranged in a side wall of one side of the outer tube (1) and is arranged perpendicularly to the outer tube (1); the liquid outlet (12) is arranged on the side wall of the other side of the outer pipe (1) and is vertical to the outer pipe (1).
