In the sewage treatment system provided by the invention, the filtering chamber is arranged above the sedimentation tank to form an integrated purification device, so that the traditional filtering tank and sedimentation tank are replaced, the occupied area is small, and the operation safety is improved.

In the sewage treatment system, the lower surface of the top plate of the settling chamber is connected with a taper pipe, and the small-diameter section of the taper pipe is upward; the straight tube is inserted into the conical tube.

The sewage treatment system comprises a sewage pool 1, a clean water pool 4, a water pump 2 and a purification device 3; the purification device 3 comprises a settling chamber 32 and a filter chamber 31 arranged on the settling chamber; a filter 33 is arranged in the filter chamber 31; a straight pipe 34 is arranged in the middle of the bottom plate of the filtering chamber and is inserted into the settling chamber; the upper part of the settling chamber 32 is provided with a drain pipe 38, which drain pipe 38 is connected to the clean water basin 4; the lower part of the settling chamber is provided with a row 39; the drain pipe is provided with a drain valve 381; the drain is provided with a drain valve 391; an inlet pipeline 21 of the water pump 2 is connected to the sewage tank 1, and an outlet pipeline 22 of the water pump is connected to the filtering chamber 31; the outlet line of the water pump is provided with a check valve 221. That is, the water pump is used to pump the sewage in the sewage tank into the filtering chamber.
Further, the lower surface of the top plate of the settling chamber 32 is connected with a conical pipe 35, and the small diameter section of the conical pipe 35 faces upwards; the straight tube is inserted into the conical tube. Further, the drain pipe 38 is connected to the inlet pipe 21 of the water pump; a bypass line 29 is connected to the outlet line 22 of the water pump, upstream of the check valve, and the outlet end of the bypass line is connected to the sump, and a bypass valve 291 is arranged in the bypass line 29.
The following brief description is made on the working principle: (1) when the valve operates normally, the exhaust valve and the bypass valve are closed; while the check valve and the drain valve are open. Wastewater generated in the steel plate production process is sent to a wastewater tank; the water pump pumps the wastewater in the wastewater pool into the filtering chamber, impurities such as scrap iron and the like carried in the wastewater are blocked by the filter, and the filtered wastewater further enters the taper pipe through the straight pipe at the bottom of the filtering chamber; and enters the settling chamber from the bottom end of the cone. A small amount of impurities such as iron filings and the like which are not filtered in the water are accumulated at the bottom of the settling chamber, the upper part of the settling chamber is clear water without the iron filings, and the clear water enters the clear water tank along with the drain pipe. Namely, the clean water pool is clean water without iron filings. (2) When cleaning the purification device, the exhaust valve and the bypass valve are opened; while the check valve and the drain valve are closed. Taking the filter out of the filter chamber, and cleaning aluminum slag accumulated on the filter; external tap water is introduced into the straight pipe to flush the settling chamber, and a water pump pumps water in the settling chamber into the wastewater tank. Then the water pump is closed, and the filter is put back into the filtering process.
Referring to fig. 3, in another preferred embodiment, a conical baffle ring 36 is fixed on the bottom surface of the straight pipe 34, the edge of the conical baffle ring is fixedly connected with a conical pipe 35, and the lower end of the straight pipe is provided with a first through hole 341 connecting the inner side and the outer side of the straight pipe. The outer diameter of the baffle ring 36 is equal to the inner diameter of the upper end of the taper pipe 35, and the outer diameter of the baffle ring 36 is larger than the outer diameter of the bottom surface of the straight pipe 34. Therefore, water filtered at the bottom of the filter chamber flows from the straight pipe to the conical baffle ring, and flows out of the outer side of the straight pipe from the first through hole 341 and flows down along the outer surface of the conical pipe after being blocked by the conical baffle ring, so that the flow speed of the filtered water is gradually reduced, and the water in the settling chamber cannot be obviously impacted.
Furthermore, a second through hole 361 is formed in the edge of the conical baffle ring and corresponds to the inner surface of the conical pipe, and the second through hole 361 is in a slit shape, so that part of water placed on the conical baffle ring flows down along the inner surface of the conical pipe through the second through hole 361.
Further, the center of the bottom of the conical baffle ring is provided with a thin tube 37, the lower end of the thin tube 37 is arranged at the bottom of the settling chamber, one end of the thin tube, which is close to the conical baffle ring, is provided with a stop valve 371, and the thin tube is preferably a hose. Through the arrangement of the thin tube and the stop valve 371, when the sewage treatment is finished, the stop valve is opened, and the water on the conical baffle ring can be discharged completely; when the first through hole is blocked, a blockage is formed inside the straight pipe, so that the blockage can be discharged from the thin pipe by opening the stop valve.
Through the analysis, the wastewater treatment system provided by the invention mainly has the following advantages: (1) the filter chamber is arranged above the sedimentation tank to form an integrated purification device, so that the traditional filter tank and sedimentation tank are replaced, and the occupied area is small; and the water in the filtering chamber can flow into the settling chamber by gravity, i.e. no additional water pump needs to be arranged between the filtering chamber and the settling chamber. (2) Further, through setting up big end down's taper pipe for water in the straight tube is in the speed reduction state after getting into the taper pipe, can not cause obvious impact to the water in the deposit room, promptly, the water in the deposit room is in steady state all the time.

A sewage treatment system comprises a sewage pool, a clean water pool, a water pump and a purification device, and is characterized in that the purification device comprises a settling chamber and a filter chamber arranged on the settling chamber; a filter is arranged in the filter chamber; a straight pipe is arranged in the middle of the bottom plate of the filtering chamber and inserted into the settling chamber; the upper part of the settling chamber is provided with a drain pipe which is connected to a clean water tank; the lower part of the settling chamber is provided with a row of filter rods; the drain pipe is provided with a drain valve; the exhaust valve is arranged on the exhaust pipe; an inlet pipeline of the water pump is connected to the sewage pool, and an outlet pipeline of the water pump is connected to the filtering chamber; the outlet pipeline of the water pump is provided with a check valve;
the lower surface of the top plate of the settling chamber is connected with a taper pipe, and the small diameter section of the taper pipe is upward; the straight pipe is inserted into the taper pipe; the filter chamber, the settling chamber, the straight pipe and the taper pipe are coaxially arranged; the bottom surface of the straight pipe is fixedly provided with a conical baffle ring, the edge of the conical baffle ring is fixedly connected with the conical pipe, and the lower end of the straight pipe is provided with a first through hole for connecting the inner side and the outer side of the straight pipe.
