Background
Through peripheral central venous catheter (PICC), utilize the pipe to puncture from the vein of peripheral arm, the pipe directly reaches the great vein that is close to the heart, avoids the direct contact of chemotherapy medicine and arm vein, and the blood flow rate of great vein is very fast, can wash the thinning treatment medicine fast, prevents that the medicine from to the stimulation of blood vessel, in recent years gradually obtains wide application in the postoperative clinic.
At present, through peripheral central venous catheter, for infusion and pumpback, the mode of three-way valve is adopted to the mode of commonly using, and the valve is inwards opened during negative pressure, can draw blood, and the valve is outwards opened during positive pressure, can infuse, and the balance is that the valve is closed, has avoided air embolism, the palirrhea or the coagulation risk of blood. US4671769 discloses an intravenous catheter, wherein the catheter wall is cut along the central axis, the two sides of the cut are completely symmetrical, the cut acts as a valve, when blood is drawn, the inner cavity of the catheter forms negative pressure, the two sides of the cut are concave at the same time, when transfusion is carried out, the inner cavity of the catheter forms positive pressure, the cut is convex outwards, and when balanced, the cut is in a natural closed state.
The method adopts the same opening for transfusion and withdrawal through the peripheral central venous catheter, and the problems of poor withdrawal or untight closing, blood seepage and the like are easily caused by aging due to repeated action in different directions for a long time.

Referring to fig. 1, a conventional peripherally inserted central venous catheter comprises a catheter tube 11, a side wall of the tube 11 near the tip end is provided with an opening 12 along the central axis, and the central venous catheter passes through the opening 12 for infusion and withdrawal, so that the repeated action of the same opening in different directions for a long time is likely to cause aging, resulting in poor withdrawal or poor closure, causing blood seepage and other problems.
To solve the above problems, the present invention provides a peripherally inserted central catheter, as shown in fig. 2, comprising a catheter tube 21, wherein the proximal end of the catheter tube 21 is provided with an inlet opening 22 and a withdrawal opening 23; during positive pressure transfusion, the input opening 22 is opened, and the withdrawal opening 23 is closed; when the negative pressure is pumped back, the pumping-back opening 23 is opened, and the input opening 22 is closed; at equilibrium, both the inlet opening 22 and the withdrawal opening 23 are closed.
When the negative pressure in the catheter is lower than-7 mmHg through the peripheral central venous catheter, the withdrawing opening 23 is opened inwards, the input opening 22 is closed, and blood samples can be extracted; the pressure in the catheter is more than 80mmHg, at this time, the input opening 22 is opened, the input opening is opened outwards, the withdrawal opening 23 is closed, and the liquid medicine is allowed to enter the human body; when the pressure range is between-7 mm and 80mm, namely the catheter is not used, the withdrawing opening 23 and the input opening 22 are closed, blood backflow is prevented, and blood coagulation can be prevented from blocking the catheter in the clinical use process.
The peripherally inserted central catheter according to an embodiment of the present invention, further, as shown in fig. 3, includes a catheter body 31, wherein the proximal end of the catheter body 31 is provided with an input opening 32 and a withdrawal opening 33 on the side wall; opening direction line 39,40, the opening direction line 39 of input opening 32 and the opening direction line 40 of drawing back opening 33 form the angle that is less than 90 degrees with pipe axis 38 promptly, the opening both sides are elasticity end 34,36 and stiff end 35,37 respectively, elasticity end 34,36 ratio stiff end 35,37 easily take place elastic deformation, along intraductal direction, input opening's elasticity end covers the stiff end, draw back open-ended stiff end 35,37 and cover elasticity end 34, 36. Through the design, when positive pressure transfusion is carried out, the input opening 32 can be ensured to be opened, and the withdrawal opening 33 is closed; when the negative pressure is pumped back, the pumping-back opening 33 is opened, and the input opening 32 is closed; at equilibrium, both the inlet opening 32 and the withdrawal opening 33 are closed.
