A tightening detector 9 is further installed beside the electromagnet 8, wherein the tightening detector 9 can detect a tightening state by adopting one of opening and closing detectors such as a spring type tightening detector, an electromagnetic field change detector, an eddy current detector and the like, the tightening detector 9 is connected with a control system, the information of the tightening and closing states of the closing device 6 is transmitted to the control system, the control system controls the closing device 6 through a preset program, and only after the electromagnet power supply is started, namely the disinfection cabin 2 is closed by the space isolator 4, the ultraviolet lamp can be started to disinfect; only after the uv lamp has been switched off, i.e. after the disinfection process has ended, can the electromagnet power supply be switched on or de-energized to release the space isolator 4.
It should be noted that the control program specifically includes: receiving the detection result of the tightness detector 9, if the space isolator 4 is closed, the ultraviolet lamp can be opened; the space separator 4 can only be opened if the uv lamp is switched off. Specifically, if the door of the disinfection bin 2 is closed, the ultraviolet lamp can be turned on; if the ultraviolet lamp is closed, the door of the disinfection bin 2 can be opened, and the program effectively realizes the aim of safe disinfection.
In addition, the disinfection device can also connect a display, a loudspeaker and other equipment into the control system, when the space isolator 4 is not closed, a user needs to disinfect, or a disinfection light source is not closed when the disinfection process is not finished, and the user needs to open the space isolator 4, the display, the sound, the APP and the like are used for prompting, so that the space isolator 4 is closed when the user operates the ultraviolet lamp; when used to open the space isolator 4, the uv light is turned off, effectively protecting the safety of the user.
Further, the disinfection device provided by the embodiment further comprises an air exhaust device;
the exhaust device comprises an exhaust outlet 5 arranged on the shell and an exhaust fan arranged between the disinfection bin and the shell;
the exhaust fan with control system connects, and the user can be through the switch of control system control exhaust fan to and the rotational speed or the frequency isoparametric of exhaust fan, through the cooperation of exhaust fan and air exit 5, reduce the temperature in the system, get rid of ash layer and filth. In addition, the temperature detector and the smoke sensor are used for preventing fire and protecting the system, if the temperature reaches the maximum or smoke is found in the bin, the ultraviolet light source (or an ozone generator, a heater and the like) can be automatically turned off, and the exhaust system can be turned on to discharge smoke or reduce the temperature through the exhaust fan and the exhaust port; the virus detector can detect whether viruses exist or the amount of the viruses exists in the bin; the peculiar smell detector can detect whether peculiar smell exists in the bin or not, and if the peculiar smell is found, a user can be reminded to clean the bin; the system self-detector can automatically detect parameters such as a system voltage circuit and the like, and sends out a prompt for a user to maintain in time when the system is abnormal; the lamp tube output detector is used for detecting parameters of the ultraviolet light source, and when the emitted ultraviolet light is abnormal, a prompt is given, so that the use safety of the equipment is ensured.
It should be noted that the subsystems and sub-devices commonly used in the sterilization product industry may also be connected to the control system by simple lines for the user to use, and are also encompassed by the present system.
In addition, the disinfection device further comprises a button and a display screen which are arranged on the surface of the shell and connected with the internal control system;
specifically, the system of this patent contains the button system can be traditional button or touch-sensitive screen, sets up on the shell of degassing unit one side, and inside is connected with control system, supplies the user to adjust the parameter in the disinfection process. In practical applications, the disinfection device provided by the embodiments of the present application may also be a foldable portable disinfection device.
Preferably, the shock absorption sheets are arranged around the ultraviolet lamp tubes or the ultraviolet LEDs to protect the ultraviolet light sources, so that the durability of the system is improved, and the portable use feasibility is improved. The disinfection space can be folded along the opposite angle, the disinfection light source is naturally arranged on the two opposite sides of the folding, and the space isolator and the circuit module are respectively arranged on the two opposite sides of the folding. Other embodiments provide an air cushion attachment for the disinfection device to hold small items in the air cushion attachment for space saving purposes, for improved space utilization during outbound trips or other situations. The air cushion can be tightened to prevent the objects from scattering outside the air cushion and damaging the disinfection bin 2, the air cushion can be inflated and deflated, and the air cushion filled with small objects can be tightly contacted with the disinfection bin by blowing or inflating after being arranged in the disinfection bin.

Claims (10)

1. A disinfection device is characterized by comprising a shell, a disinfection bin, a control system, a disinfection source and a space isolator;
the control system is fixedly arranged between the shell and the disinfection cabin;
the disinfection source is arranged on the inner wall of the disinfection bin, is connected with the control system, receives a control instruction of the control system and disinfects the articles to be disinfected in the disinfection bin;
the space isolator is arranged at an opening at the top of the disinfection cabin, and one end of the space isolator is rotatably fixed with the disinfection cabin and is used for isolating the disinfection cabin from the external environment;
the space isolator is also connected with the control system, receives the control instruction of the control system and changes the closed state of the top opening of the disinfection cabin.
2. A disinfection device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said disinfection source is one or more of a uv light source, an ozone source or a high temperature source.
3. A disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 1, further comprising hooks provided on an inner wall of said disinfection chamber;
the hook is used for hanging an article to be disinfected;
the hook is divided into a fixed part and a bent part which is rotationally fixed with the fixed part;
the fixed part is fixed on the inner wall of the disinfection bin;
the bent portion may be bent upward for hanging the article to be sterilized.
4. A disinfection device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a closure means arranged between said space separator and said disinfection chamber;
the closing device comprises a metal strip arranged on the space isolator, an electromagnet arranged on the disinfection bin and a closing detector arranged on the disinfection bin;
the electromagnet is connected with the control system;
the control system controls the electrifying state of the electromagnet;
the closing detector is used for detecting the suction state of the metal strip and the electromagnet, determining the opening and closing state of the space isolator and transmitting the information of the opening and closing state to the control system.
5. A disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 1, further comprising air exhaust means;
The exhaust device comprises an exhaust outlet arranged on the shell and an exhaust fan arranged between the disinfection bin and the shell;
the exhaust fan is connected with the control system.
6. A disinfection device as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a multi-function detector arranged between said disinfection chamber and said housing; wherein the multifunctional detector is at least one of a clean detector, a virus detector, a system self-detector, a lamp tube output detector, a smoke detector, a temperature detector and an odor detector;
the multifunctional detector comprises a clean detector;
the clean detector comprises a camera;
the camera is arranged on the inner wall of the disinfection cabin and is used for taking pictures of the interior of the disinfection cabin to acquire picture information of the interior of the disinfection cabin;
the cleaning detector is connected with the control system, transmits the picture information to the control system, and is used for the control system to compare the picture information with a prestored picture, determine whether foreign matters exist in the disinfection bin and send a prompt when the foreign matters exist;
the virus detector is used for detecting whether viruses exist in the disinfection cabin or not;
the system self-detector is used for detecting whether the parameters such as the voltage and the current of the system are normal or not;
The lamp tube output detector is used for detecting whether the ultraviolet light source emits light normally;
the smoke sensor is used for detecting whether smoke exists in the disinfection cabin;

7. A disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein said control system controls the open and closed state of said space separator by means of a preset control program;
the preset program is as follows:
receiving the opening and closing state information of the space isolator detected by the tightening detector, wherein when the disinfection is started, only the space isolator is closed, and the ultraviolet lamp can be started; at the end of the disinfection, the space isolator can only be opened if the uv lamp is switched off.
8. A disinfection device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising an air cushion;
the air cushion is detachably arranged in the disinfection cabin and is used for a user to place articles.
9. A disinfection device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that said disinfection chamber is foldable diagonally.
10. A disinfection device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said disinfection device has a length, width and height of between 195 and 215cm, or between 200 and 210 cm.
