Abstract
The invention provides a sterilizing device for ear-nose-throat examination, which comprises a base, a box body and a top cover, wherein a door plate is hinged to the opening part of the front side surface of the box body, and a control switch is arranged on the door plate. The base is internally provided with a driving motor and a battery pack electrically connected with the driving motor, and the control switch is electrically connected with the driving motor. The box body is internally provided with a rotating assembly, a support ring and a rotating disc are arranged on a rotating shaft of the rotating assembly, the driving motor drives the rotating shaft to rotate, and the ear-nose-throat examination tool can be hung on the support ring or placed on the rotating disc. The inner side of the box body is provided with an upper row of ultraviolet lamp tubes and a lower row of ultraviolet lamp tubes, and the ultraviolet lamp tubes are lightened to sterilize the inspection tools. The cleaning device is arranged outside the box body and comprises a clean water tank arranged outside the upper half part of the box body and a water storage tank movably arranged on the base. After the inspection tool is used, the inspection tool can be cleaned by using water in the clean water tank, and waste water can be stored in the water storage tank. The invention has compact and reasonable integral structure and simple and convenient operation and use.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a medical disinfection device, in particular to a disinfection device for ear-nose-throat examination.
Background
The ear-nose-throat diseases need to be carefully examined for lesions or wounds before the diagnosis is confirmed, and the examination tools need to be used after the disinfection treatment. At present, the disinfection mode for the inspection tool is mostly manual disinfection, the inspection tool is wiped by disinfectant, the disinfection time is short, and the disinfection is not thorough enough. The disinfection device for disinfecting the inspection tools and the surgical tools is provided, the inspection tools are disinfected by utilizing the ultraviolet ray disinfection function, the disinfection device is more convenient compared with the traditional manual disinfection, and meanwhile, the disinfection effect is more remarkable. The existing disinfection device adopts a box body structure, an ultraviolet lamp is arranged in a box body, an inspection tool or an operation tool is put into the box body, and the ultraviolet lamp is lightened to finish sterilization and disinfection. In order to thoroughly disinfect inspection tools or operation tools in the box body, ultraviolet lamps need to be installed on the periphery of the side face of the box body, light rays of the ultraviolet lamps can irradiate on the inspection tools or the operation tools from various angles to finish sterilization and disinfection, the number of the ultraviolet lamps is large, the power is large when the ultraviolet lamps are lightened together, and the ultraviolet lamps are relatively power-consuming when being started for a long time. In view of the above problems, we invented a disinfecting device for ear-nose-throat examination.

The invention provides a disinfection device for ear-nose-throat examination, wherein an examination tool for ear-nose-throat is placed in the disinfection device and is driven to rotate by a rotating assembly, and the disinfection device has a remarkable sterilization and disinfection effect on the examination tool.
The technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows: the disinfection device for ear-nose-throat examination comprises a base, a box body arranged on the base and a top cover arranged at the top of the box body; the front side surface of the box body is provided with an opening, a door plate is hinged to the opening of the front side surface of the box body, and a control switch is installed on the door plate; a driving motor and a battery pack electrically connected with the driving motor are installed in the base, and the control switch is electrically connected with the driving motor; a rotating assembly is arranged in the box body, and comprises a rotating shaft vertically penetrating in the box body, a support ring arranged on the upper half part of the rotating shaft and a rotating disc arranged on the lower half part of the rotating shaft; the top of the rotating shaft is hinged to the top cover, and the bottom end of the rotating shaft penetrates through the box body and then is connected with the driving motor; an upper row of ultraviolet lamp tubes and a lower row of ultraviolet lamp tubes are arranged on the inner side of the box body, the two rows of ultraviolet lamp tubes are respectively aligned with the support ring and the rotating disc, and the ultraviolet lamp tubes are electrically connected with the control switch; the cleaning device is installed in the box outside, cleaning device is including installing the clear water tank in the first half outside of box and movable mounting the tank on the base.
Further, an upper row of mounting grooves and a lower row of mounting grooves are formed in the inner side face of the box body, and the ultraviolet lamp tube is fixedly mounted in the mounting grooves.
Further, a connecting arm is arranged in the support ring and connected to the rotating shaft; and a plurality of elastic buckling rings in circular arrays are arranged on the outer wall of the support ring.
Further, a hollow check ring is arranged upwards along the periphery of the rotating disc.
Furthermore, a horizontal partition plate is arranged at the middle position of the box body, the rotating shaft penetrates through the partition plate, and the support ring and the rotating disc are respectively positioned on two sides of the partition plate.
Further, the base is provided with an enclosure, and the water storage tank is movably arranged in the enclosure; the upper half of the box body is provided with a supporting frame outwards, and the clear water tank is arranged in the supporting frame.
Further, a water inlet is formed in the top of the clear water tank, and a plug is mounted on the water inlet; the bottom of the clean water tank is provided with a water outlet, and the water outlet is connected with a switch valve through a water guide pipe; the support frame extends downwards to form a support arm, and the switch valve is installed on the support arm in a penetrating mode.
Further, one side of the door panel is provided with a hinged shaft; the box body is provided with a hinge seat at the opening part of the front side surface, and the hinge shaft is hinged on the hinge seat; and a lock cylinder and a handle are further installed on one side of the door plate.

The box body 2 is internally provided with a rotating assembly, and the rotating assembly comprises a rotating shaft 8 which is vertically arranged in the box body 2 in a penetrating way, a support ring 9 arranged on the upper half part of the rotating shaft 8 and a rotating disc 10 arranged on the lower half part of the rotating shaft 8. The top of the rotating shaft 8 is hinged on the top cover 3, and the bottom end of the rotating shaft 8 penetrates through the box body 2 and then is connected with the driving motor 6. An upper row of ultraviolet lamp tubes 11 and a lower row of ultraviolet lamp tubes 11 are arranged on the inner side of the box body 2, the two rows of ultraviolet lamp tubes 11 are respectively aligned with the support ring 9 and the rotating disc 10, and the ultraviolet lamp tubes 11 are electrically connected with the control switch 5. The outer side of the box body 2 is provided with a cleaning device which comprises a clean water tank 12 arranged on the outer side of the upper half part of the box body 2 and a water storage tank 13 movably arranged on the base 1.
Two rows of mounting grooves 14 are formed in the inner side surface of the box body 2, and the ultraviolet lamp tube 11 is fixed in the mounting grooves 14. The ultraviolet lamp tube 11 is arranged in the mounting groove 14, the size of the ultraviolet lamp tube 11 extending into the box body 2 is small, and the risk that an inspection tool touches the ultraviolet lamp tube 11 can be reduced.
The support ring 9 of this embodiment is provided with a connecting arm 15, and the connecting arm 15 is connected to the rotating shaft 8. The outer wall of the support ring 9 is provided with a plurality of elastic buckling rings 16 in a circular array. The ear-nose-throat examination tool can be hung on the support ring 9 or the elastic buckle ring 16 outside the support ring 9, so that the instrument is convenient to take.
The rotating disc 10 of the present embodiment is provided with a hollow-out retainer ring 17 along the periphery thereof. The ear, nose and throat inspection tool can be placed on the rotary disk 10, and the retainer ring 17 can prevent the inspection tool from falling off the rotary disk 10.
The case 2 of this embodiment is provided with a horizontal partition 18 along a middle position, the rotation shaft 8 passes through the partition 18, and the support ring 9 and the rotation disk 10 are respectively positioned at both sides of the partition 18. The support ring 9 and the rotary disc 10 are separated by a partition plate 18, so that the inspection tools can be stored and placed in a classified mode.
The base 1 of this embodiment is provided with an enclosure 19, and the water storage tank 13 is movably installed in the enclosure 19. The upper half part of the box body 2 is outwards provided with a supporting frame 20, and the clean water box 12 is arranged in the supporting frame 20. The water storage tank 13 and the clean water tank 12 are exposed outside, and the cleaning and inspection tool is convenient to use.
The top of the clear water tank 12 of this embodiment is provided with a water inlet 21, and the water inlet 21 is provided with a plug 22. The bottom of the clean water tank 12 is provided with a water outlet 23, and the water outlet 23 is connected with a switch valve 25 through a water guide pipe 24. The support frame 20 has a support arm 26 extending downward, and the on-off valve 25 is installed to penetrate the support arm 26. Clean water can be added into the clean water tank 12 from the water inlet 21, and the switch valve 25 is opened to discharge the clean water for cleaning the inspection tool.
The door panel 4 of the present embodiment is provided with a hinge shaft 27 at one side. The box body 2 is provided with a hinge seat 28 at the opening position of the front side surface, and the hinge shaft 27 is hinged on the hinge seat 28. The door panel 4 is also provided with a lock cylinder 29 and a handle 30 on one side. The over-close door panel 4 can be easily opened by holding the handle 30.
The invention discloses a disinfection device for ear-nose-throat examination, wherein an ear-nose-throat examination tool can be hung on a support ring 9 or placed on a rotating disc 10, and an ultraviolet lamp tube 11 is lightened to sterilize and disinfect the examination tool. After use, the inspection tool can be cleaned with water from the clean water tank 12 and waste water can be stored in the reservoir 13. The invention has compact and reasonable integral structure and simple and convenient operation and use.

A disinfection device for ear-nose-throat examination is characterized by comprising a base (1), a box body (2) arranged on the base (1) and a top cover (3) arranged at the top of the box body (2); the front side surface of the box body (2) is provided with an opening, a door plate (4) is hinged to the opening of the front side surface of the box body (2), and a control switch (5) is installed on the door plate (4); a driving motor (6) and a battery pack (7) electrically connected with the driving motor (6) are installed in the base (1), and the control switch (5) is electrically connected with the driving motor (6); a rotating assembly is arranged in the box body (2), and comprises a rotating shaft (8) which is vertically arranged in the box body (2) in a penetrating way, a support ring (9) arranged at the upper half part of the rotating shaft (8) and a rotating disc (10) arranged at the lower half part of the rotating shaft (8); the top of the rotating shaft (8) is hinged to the top cover (3), and the bottom end of the rotating shaft (8) penetrates through the box body (2) and then is connected with the driving motor (6); an upper row of ultraviolet lamp tubes (11) and a lower row of ultraviolet lamp tubes (11) are mounted on the inner side of the box body (2), the two rows of ultraviolet lamp tubes (11) are respectively aligned with the support ring (9) and the rotating disc (10), and the ultraviolet lamp tubes (11) are electrically connected with the control switch (5); cleaning device is installed in box (2) outside, cleaning device is including installing clear water tank (12) and movable mounting reservoir (13) on base (1) in the first outside of box (2).
