Abstract
本发明提供了一种具有抗菌防疫功能的香水,是以灵香草、玫瑰、芫荽叶为基础方精油,以艾叶、丁香、沉香、良姜、砂仁、甘草、桂皮、密花香薷、茶叶、白芷、山萘、川芎、樟脑、雄黄中的至少三种为复方精油,再配以酒精和水制备而成。本发明的具有抗菌防疫功能的香水,充分考虑基础方精油和复方精油的组合及各原料相互之间的配比,使各原料在特定的配比下相互协同,共同作用,具有良好的留香性能和抗菌防疫作用,能够代替传统香包和药囊发挥其在预防流行性疾病、瘟疫,人体及空间消毒、防止蚊叮虫咬的功能。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于日用化工技术领域,具体涉及一种具有抗菌防疫功能的香水及其制备方法。
背景技术
香水已成为人们常用的日用品,越来越受到人们的喜爱。但传统的香水功能单一,限制了消费人群的使用。将香水与传统香囊、药囊结合起来,既保留香水的清香功能,又很好的拓展其它用途,使其在抗菌防疫方面发挥很好的功能。通常我们佩戴传统香包、药囊,使用不方便,挥发性成分扩散不均匀,留香时间短,废弃的香包和药囊不环保,容易造成环境二次污染。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种具有抗菌防疫功能的香水及其制备方法,是将传统香囊、药囊进行技术改进制备而成,既能发挥香水清香的功能,又能发挥传统香包、药囊抗菌防疫的功能,使用携带方便,挥发性成分均匀稳定释放,防疫抗菌效果明显。
一、具有抗菌防疫功能的香水及其制备
本发明一种具有抗菌防疫功能的香水,是以灵香草、玫瑰、芫荽叶为基础方精油,以艾叶、丁香、沉香、良姜、砂仁、甘草、桂皮、密花香薷、茶叶、白芷、山萘、川芎、樟脑、雄黄中的至少三种为复方精油,再配以酒精和水制备而成。
上述基础方精油中:灵香草气味芳香,有强烈的防虫蛀作用;玫瑰主要成分香茅醇、橙花醇,散发玫瑰的清香作用;芫荽叶为芫荽的叶,其挥发油含有甘露糖醇、正葵醛、壬醛和芳樟醇,气味郁香,其特殊香味具有显著的发汗清热透疹的功能。上述三种原料共同作用,协同发挥香水的清香功能。
上述复方精油中:艾叶为菊科植物艾的叶,含2-甲基丁醇等挥发性成分,具有抗菌及抗真菌作用;丁香为桃金娘科植物丁香的花蕾,具有驱虫及抑菌作用;沉香为瑞香科植物沉香含有树脂的木材,主要含有挥发油,倍半萜成分,有抗菌作用;良姜含挥发油0.5%~1.5%,挥发油中含有多种天然抗菌抗炎成分,能抑制多种真菌的活性;砂仁为姜科植物阳春砂的干燥成熟果实,主要含挥发油以及黄酮类等,具有消炎抗菌作用;甘草为豆科植物甘草的干燥根,含有甘草苷元、甘草酚以及生物碱等,具有抗病毒及抗炎作用;桂皮为樟科植物天竺桂和川桂的树皮,主要含挥发油等,具有杀菌作用;密花香薷为唇形科一年生草本植物,挥发油主要成分大根香叶烯、D-柠檬烯,具有抗菌作用;茶叶为山茶科山茶属植物,主要含茶多酚等,能提高杀菌力;白芷为伞型科植物白芷的干燥根,主含香豆精及腺苷等,具有抗炎、抗癌、抗辐射作用;山萘为姜科植物山萘的干燥根茎,主含挥发油由萜类、脂类等构成,具有抑菌抗炎之功效;川芎为伞形科植物川芎的干燥根茎,主含川芎嗪、阿魏酸等,具有抗菌作用;樟脑为樟科植物樟的根、干经蒸馏精制而成的颗粒物,具有抑菌、杀虫功效;雄黄为硫化物类矿物族雄黄,具有抗菌作用。上述原料均具有抗菌及抑菌功效,相互协同可增强其抑菌防疫效果。
本发明各原料按以下质量百分比的组分进行配比:基础方精油4-25%,复方精油3-15%,水5-20%,酒精65-88%;优选配比:基础方精油15-20%,复方精油5-10%,水10-15%,酒精70-80%;所述基础方精油中,灵香草、玫瑰、芫荽叶的质量比为1:1:1-3:2:1。
本发明具有抗菌防疫功能的香水的制备方法,是将基础方精油和复方精油混合,加入酒精和水中轻摇后,磁力搅拌15-30分钟,陈化3-4天,每天摇晃两次,冷藏45-50小时,过滤,得到具有抗菌防疫功能的香水。
二、香水的留香性能
下面通过应用试验资料,说明香水的留香时间。所制备的香水的留香性能通过棉布上香味时间的保持来判定留香时间及效果。
实验方法:将制备好的香水装瓶保存,在一个3×3×3m3的相对密闭的空间中,在空间的中心位置悬挂10个装有棉布的采样瓶进行采样,打开样品瓶,采用三种释放方法,即用缓释膜释放、微孔释放、喷雾释放,间隔一定时间对比嗅辨采样瓶中棉布的香气强度,判断香水释放时间;释放完成后每隔一段时间对比嗅辨采样瓶中棉布的香气强度,判断香水留香时间。
实验结果:
表1为不同释放方法下的香水释放实验结果,通过实验表明:不同释放方法下,最长时间8分钟达到释放效果,最短5分钟达到了释放效果。
表2为不同释放方法下的香水留香的实验结果,通过实验表明:不同释放方法下,最长留香保持时间7.5小时,最短留香时间7小时。
通过上述实验结论证实香水的释放方法(缓释膜释放、微孔释放、喷雾释放)对香水的释放时间及留香时间影响不大,香水具有良好的留香性能,留香时间较长。
三、香水的抗菌防疫效果研究
下面通过应用统计资料对本发明香水在空间环境及人体抗菌防疫效果进行说明。
1.实验目的
研究本发明的组合物对空间环境和人体抗菌防疫的效果。
2.实验方法及对象
检测空气中的菌落总数及模型中人体菌落总数。
3、检验依据
3.1《室内空气质量标准》GB/T18883。
3.2 《公共场所空气微生物的检验方法》GB/T18204.2。
4、检测原理
环境中的检测原理:采用撞击式空气微生物采样器采样,通过抽气动力作用,使空气通过狭缝或小孔而产生高速气流,将悬浮在空气中的带菌粒子撞击到营养琼脂平板上,经37度,48小试培养后,计算出每立方米空气中所含细菌菌落数。
5.实验结果
由表3、表4可知:与阴性对照组相比,香水实验组对细菌有明显的作用。
6、实验结论:本发明的香水在空间环境和人体表有显著的抗菌防疫的效果。
综上所述,本发明的技术方案具有如下优点:
1、本发明具有抗菌防疫功能的香水,充分考虑基础方精油和复方精油的组合及各原料相互之间的配比,使各原料在特定的配比下相互协同,共同作用,具有良好的留香性能和抗菌防疫效果,能够代替传统香包和药囊发挥其在预防流行性疾病、瘟疫,人体及空间消毒、防止蚊叮虫咬的功能;
2、本发明香水的制备中,采用磁力搅拌及陈化过滤,制备工艺简单、高效,绿色环保,制备的香水无毒副作用和刺激性,使用安全,可产业化推广和应用。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明香水的原料配比、制备工艺作进一步的说明。
灵香草、玫瑰、芫荽叶为基础方精油,以艾叶、丁香、沉香、良姜、砂仁、甘草、桂皮、密花香薷、茶叶、白芷、山萘、川芎、樟脑、雄黄、酒精均为市售品。
实施例1
原料配比:基础方精油为等量的灵香草、玫瑰、芫荽叶;复方精油选用等量的艾叶、沉香、白芷;基础方精油5%,复方精油6%,水10%,酒精79%。
制备工艺:将基础方精油和复方精油混合,小心加入酒精和水中轻轻摇晃,采用电磁搅拌机搅拌15-30分钟,盛入容器中,经三天陈化后,每天摇晃两次,将其放入冰柜冷藏48小时后,过滤,得到香水。
实施例2
原料配比:基础方精油为等量的灵香草、玫瑰、芫荽叶;复方精油选用等量的丁香、密花香薷、山萘;基础方精油10%,复方精油10%,水10%,酒精70%。
制备工艺:将基础方精油和复方精油混合,小心加入酒精和水中轻轻摇晃,采用电磁搅拌机搅拌15-30分钟,盛入容器中,经三天陈化后,每天摇晃两次,将其放入冰柜冷藏48小时后,过滤,得到香水。
实施例3
原料配比:基础方精油为等量的灵香草、玫瑰、芫荽叶;复方精油选用等量的甘草、砂仁、茶叶;基础方精油4%,复方精油3%,水5%,酒精88%。
制备工艺:将基础方精油和复方精油混合,小心加入酒精和水中轻轻摇晃,采用电磁搅拌机搅拌15-30分钟,盛入容器中,经三天陈化后,每天摇晃两次,将其放入冰柜冷藏48小时后,过滤,得到香水。
实施例4
原料配比:基础方精油为等量的灵香草、玫瑰、芫荽叶;复方精油选用等量的白芷、山萘、川芎、樟脑;基础方精油20%,复方精油5%,水10%,酒精65%。
制备工艺:将基础方精油和复方精油混合,小心加入酒精和水中轻轻摇晃,采用电磁搅拌机搅拌15-30分钟,盛入容器中,经三天陈化后,每天摇晃两次,将其放入冰柜冷藏48小时后,过滤,得到香水。

制备工艺:将基础方精油和复方精油混合,小心加入酒精和水中轻轻摇晃,采用电磁搅拌机搅拌15-30分钟,盛入容器中,经三天陈化后,每天摇晃两次,将其放入冰柜冷藏48小时后,过滤,得到香水。
实施例6
原料配比:基础方精油为等量的灵香草、玫瑰、芫荽叶;复方精油选用等量的沉香、良姜、樟脑;基础方精油25%,复方精油3%,水6%,酒精66%。
制备工艺:将基础方精油和复方精油混合,小心加入酒精和水中轻轻摇晃,采用电磁搅拌机搅拌15-30分钟,盛入容器中,经三天陈化后,每天摇晃两次,将其放入冰柜冷藏48小时后,过滤,得到香水。
实施例7
原料配比:基础方精油灵灵香草、玫瑰、芫荽叶用量比为3:2:1;复方精油选用等量的甘草、桂皮、密花香薷;基础方精油15%,复方精油7%,水8%,酒精70%。
制备工艺:将基础方精油和复方精油混合,小心加入酒精和水中轻轻摇晃,采用电磁搅拌机搅拌15-30分钟,盛入容器中,经三天陈化后,每天摇晃两次,将其放入冰柜冷藏48小时后,过滤,得到香水。

1.一种具有抗菌防疫功能的香水,是以灵香草、玫瑰、芫荽叶为基础方精油,以艾叶、丁香、沉香、良姜、砂仁、甘草、桂皮、密花香薷、茶叶、白芷、山萘、川芎、樟脑、雄黄中的至少三种为复方精油,再配以酒精和水制备而成。
2.如权利要求1所述一种具有抗菌防疫功能的香水,其特征在于:所述各原料按以下质量百分比进行配比:基础方精油4-25%,复方精油3-15%,水5-20%,酒精65-88%。
3.如权利要求1所述一种具有抗菌防疫功能的香水,其特征在于:所述各原料按以下质量百分比进行配比:基础方精油15-20%,复方精油5-10%,水10-15%,酒精70-80%。
4.如权利要求1-3所述任何一种具有抗菌防疫功能的香水,其特征在于:所述基础方精油中,灵香草、玫瑰、薰衣草的质量比为1:1:1-3:2:1。
5.如权利要求1所述一种具有抗菌防疫功能的香水的制备方法,是将基础方精油和复方精油混合,加入酒精和水中轻摇后,磁力搅拌15-30分钟,陈化3-4天,每天摇晃两次,冷藏45-50小时,过滤,得到具有抗菌防疫功能的香水。
