Abstract
The invention provides a transparent pressed powder which is composed of silicone oil, oil absorption powder, a silicon elastomer, a preservative, an antioxidant and a pigment. The invention also provides a preparation method of the transparent pressed powder for cosmetics. The invention is used as a foundation before makeup, achieves the functions of controlling oil, softening the focus, hiding fine lines and pores, has an appearance different from that of common powder cakes in the market, and is transparent or semitransparent powder blocks.

(1) weighing the raw materials of the components according to the mass percentage;

(3) adding the pigment into the system in the step (2), and stirring until the pigment is dissolved uniformly;

(5) sequentially adding the preservative and the antioxidant into the system in the step (4), and stirring until the preservative and the antioxidant are uniformly dispersed;
(6) placing the material obtained in the step (5) in a reaction kettle, vacuumizing and defoaming to obtain a transparent material;
(7) and (4) filling the material obtained in the step (6) into an aluminum disc, and pressing and forming by using a powder pressing machine to obtain the transparent pressed powder.
The components used in the invention are characterized as follows:
1. silicone oil
As the main solvent in the transparent pressed powder, and endows the skin with moisture and silky skin feeling.
As the silicone oil in the transparent pressed powder, the following silicone oils are included, but not limited to: polydimethylsiloxanes, cyclopentadimethylsiloxanes, cyclohexasiloxanes, phenyl trimethicones and diphenylsiloxyphenyl trimethicones.
2. Oil-absorbing powder
As a filler in the transparent pressed powder, the oil-controlling powder adsorbs redundant grease on the surface to achieve the effect of controlling oil and generate the function of softening coke and hiding fine lines and pores.
As the oil-absorbing powder in the transparent compact, the following oil-absorbing powders are included but not limited: polymethylsilsesquioxane, silica, HDI/trimethylolhexyllactone crosspolymer, polydimethylsiloxane/vinylpolydimethylsiloxane crosspolymer, and polydimethylsiloxane crosspolymer.
3. Silicon elastomer
The transparent pressed powder is used as an emollient and oil control component, adsorbs redundant oil on the epidermis to achieve the oil control effect, generates the soft-focus effect, and provides silky skin feeling.
As the silicon elastomer in the transparent compact, the following silicon elastomers are included but not limited: a mixture of dimethicone and dimethicone/vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer, a mixture of cyclopentadimethicone and dimethicone/vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer, a mixture of dimethicone and dimethicone crosspolymer, cyclopentadimethicone and dimethicone crosspolymer.
4. Preservative
As a preservative in the transparent pressed powder, a commonly used preservative for cosmetics is used for preventing microbial contamination of products; the amount used is in accordance with the global cosmetic regulations.
As preservatives in the clear compact, the following preservatives are included, but not limited to: ethylhexyl glycerin, caprylyl glycol, phenoxyethanol, and 1, 2-hexanediol
5. Antioxidant agent
As an antioxidant in the transparent pressed powder, the antioxidant can prevent or delay the oxidative rancidity of grease.
As the antioxidant in the transparent compact, the following antioxidants are included, but not limited to: butylated hydroxytoluene, tocopherol, and tocopherol acetate.
6. Pigment
As colorants in the clear compact, the following pigments are included, but not limited to: any one or combination of more than two of CI 61565, CI 60725, CI17200, CI 73360, CI 16255, CI75470, CI 16035, CI 15850, CI 45410, CI 19140, CI42090, CI 77947 and CI 15985 can be colorless without adding pigment.
The oil-absorbing powder is used as a foundation before makeup, achieves the oil control effect by adding the oil-absorbing powder with the hollow structure, achieves the functions of softening focus, invisible fine lines and pores by the light diffusion principle, and lays a foundation for next makeup. The invention has the appearance different from common powder cakes in the market, is transparent or semitransparent powder blocks, has quite uniqueness, and has excellent oil control and soft-focus effects.

(1) weighing the raw materials of the components according to the mass percentage;
(2) mixing the silicone oil and the oil absorption powder in a container, starting a stirrer, and stirring at 1000rpm/min for about 10 minutes until the silicone oil and the oil absorption powder are uniformly dispersed;
(3) if the formula contains pigment, adding the pigment into the system in the step (2), starting a stirrer, and stirring at 1000rpm/min for about 10 minutes until the pigment is uniformly dissolved;
(4) adding the silicon elastomer into the system in the step (3), starting a stirrer, and stirring at the speed of 1000rpm/min for about 10 minutes until the silicon elastomer is uniformly dispersed;
(5) sequentially adding the preservative and the antioxidant into the system in the step (4), starting a stirrer, and stirring at the speed of 200rpm/min for about 5 minutes until the preservative and the antioxidant are uniformly dispersed;
(6) placing the material obtained in the step (5) in a reaction kettle, vacuumizing and defoaming to obtain a transparent material;
(7) and (4) filling the material obtained in the step (6) into an aluminum disc, and pressing and forming by using a powder pressing machine to obtain the material.
Experimental comparison of this product
(1) The experimental method comprises the following steps: 30 female volunteers aged 40-50 years are selected as test subjects, and the formula of the formula materials of example 1 and example 2 is shown in Table 3

The transparent pressed powder of claim 1, wherein: the silicone elastomer is any one or the combination of more than two of a mixture of polydimethylsiloxane and polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer, a mixture of cyclopentadimethylsiloxane and polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer, a mixture of polydimethylsiloxane and polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer, and a mixture of cyclopentadimethylsiloxane and polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer.
5. The transparent pressed powder of claim 1, wherein: the antiseptic is one or more of ethylhexyl glycerol, octyl glycol, phenoxyethanol and 1, 2-hexanediol.

7. The transparent pressed powder of claim 1, wherein: the pigment is any one or combination of more than two of CI 61565, CI 60725, CI17200, CI 73360, CI 16255, CI75470, CI 16035, CI 15850, CI 45410, CI 19140, CI42090, CI 77947 and CI 15985.
8. The method for preparing a transparent pressed powder according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
(1) weighing the raw materials of the components according to the mass percentage;
(2) mixing silicone oil and oil absorption powder in a container, and stirring until the silicone oil and the oil absorption powder are uniformly dispersed;
(3) adding the pigment into the system in the step (2), and stirring until the pigment is dissolved uniformly;
