The driving mechanism 4 is used for controlling the first massage component 1 and the second massage component 2 to cooperatively act so as to change the distance between the first massage component and the second massage component, thereby realizing a massage mode of keeping the front side of the limb and pressing the upper side of the limb.
The transmission assembly 5 is a gear assembly, and is in transmission connection with a motor 7 and an output shaft 8. The motor 7 and the transmission assembly 5 are fixedly arranged on the base 3. The output shaft 8 extends up and down, the output shaft 8 drives the tilt cam assembly 6 to rotate, and the central shaft of the output shaft 8 is the rotation axis of the tilt cam assembly 6. The motor 7 drives the rotation of the output shaft 8 via the transmission assembly 5, and the output shaft 8 is mounted to the tilt cam assembly 6 eccentrically with respect to the centre of the tilt cam assembly 6, so that the motor 7 can drive the rotation of the tilt cam assembly 6. The tilt cam assembly 6 has a first boss portion S1 and a second boss portion S2 spaced along the rotational axis thereof, and in the present embodiment, the first boss portion S1 and the second boss portion S2 are inclined in the same direction with respect to the rotational axis of the tilt cam assembly 6 (i.e., both are tilt cams) at substantially the same angle (taking into account tolerances), but they may be inclined in different directions or at different angles, as will be described later in other embodiments. The tilt cam assembly 6 of the present embodiment includes the first cam member 6A and the second cam member 6B which are connected to each other by screws, and compared with the tilt cam assembly having an integrated structure, the tilt cam assembly includes the first cam member and the second cam member which are connected to each other, and when any one of the cam members is damaged, only the damaged cam member can be replaced, which is beneficial to saving cost. The first boss portion S1 is located on the first cam member 6A, and the second boss portion S2 is located on the second cam member 6B. In the present embodiment, the second cam member 6B is located between the motor 7 and the first cam member 6A in the axial direction of the output shaft 8.
The first massage piece holding unit 9 is mounted on the first hub S1, and does not rotate with the rotation of the first hub S1 but swings up and down with the rotation of the first hub S1, and the first massage piece 1 is mounted on the first massage piece holding unit 9 and swings with the first massage piece holding unit 9. The second massage retainer assembly 10 is mounted on the second hub S2 and does not rotate with the second hub S2, and the second massage member 2 is pivotally connected to the second massage retainer assembly 10 and is constrained to oscillate up and down relative to the second massage retainer assembly 10.
With reference to fig. 3, the first massage member holding assembly 9 comprises: the bearing comprises a first bearing sleeve seat 9A, a bearing seat bottom cover 9B, a first bearing seat upper plate 9C and a first bearing 9D. The first bearing 9D is sleeved in the first bearing sleeve 9A and sleeved on the first hub portion S1, the bearing base bottom cover 9B is installed at the lower side of the first bearing sleeve 9A, the first bearing base upper plate 9C is fixedly connected to the upper side of the first bearing sleeve 9A, and the upper end of the first massage member 1 is fixedly connected to the first bearing base upper plate 9C.
Referring to fig. 8, the second massage member holding assembly 10 includes: a second bearing socket 10A, a second bearing seat upper plate 10B and a second bearing 10C. The second bearing 10C is sleeved in the second bearing sleeve 10A and sleeved on the second hub portion S2, and the second bearing seat upper plate 10B is fixedly connected to the upper side of the second bearing sleeve 10A. The second massage element 2 is mounted on the pivot base 11 and is pivoted to the second massage element holding assembly 10 through the pivot base 11, the pivot base 11 is ball-hinged to the ball matching base 12 through the ball connecting rod 13, and the ball matching base 12 is fixed on the base 3.
The rotation limiting assembly 14 is mounted between the first massage member retaining assembly 9 and the second massage member retaining assembly 10 and limits rotation of the first massage member retaining assembly 9 with the tilt cam assembly 6 while allowing the first massage member retaining assembly 9 to oscillate relative to the tilt cam assembly 6. The rotation limiting assembly 14 includes a first pivot 14A, a second pivot 14B, a first shaft 14C, and a second shaft 14D. The first pivot 14A and the second pivot 14B are connected by a ball joint. The second massage element 2 is pivotally connected to the second massage element holder 10 by a second pivot 14D, such that the axes of rotation of the first pivot 14A and the second massage element 2 with respect to the second massage element holder 10 coincide. Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the first pivot 14A and the second pivot 14B can be assembled separately.
As described above, in the massage apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention, when the inclined cam member 6 rotates, the first hub portion S1 that is inclined rotates, and the first massage member 1 is driven to swing by the first massage member holding member 9, so that the distance between the first massage member 1 and the second massage member 2 is changed, and thus, a massage mode of pressing the upper side of the limb by holding the front side of the limb can be realized. Since the output shaft 8 is eccentrically installed to the tilt cam assembly 6 with respect to the center of the tilt cam assembly 6, the second massage member pivot is limited by the ball-engaging seat 12 and the ball-connecting rod 13 to be swingable up and down with respect to the second massage member holding assembly 10, and the second massage member 2 is driven to swing up and down by the second massage member holding assembly 10 when the second hub portion S2 is rotated. Since the second hub S2 is also tilted with respect to the output shaft 8 (the rotation axis of the tilting cam assembly 6), and the pivot base 11 is engaged with the ball-joint base 12 via the ball-connecting rod 13, the second massage-holding assembly 10 will drive the second massage unit 2 to swing left and right when the second hub S2 rotates. When the second massage part 2 is inflated and expanded to apply pressure to the limbs of the user, the second massage part can also rotate relative to the second massage part holding component 10, so that the second massage part can be adaptive to the limbs of the users with different sizes.
The massage device of the present application is not limited to the above embodiments, and in another embodiment, the motor may drive the inclined cam assembly to rotate through other transmission methods, such as a gear set or a transmission belt. In another embodiment, the axes of rotation of the first pivoting member 14A and the second massage member 2 relative to the second massage member retaining assembly 10 may be misaligned. In another embodiment, the ball-fitting seat 12 may not be mounted on the same base 3 as the motor 7. In another embodiment, the first hub portion S1 and/or the second hub portion S2 may not be a configuration in which the inclined cam member surface is convex, but rather a configuration in which the inclined cam member surface is concave, so long as it is sufficient to mate with the first massage member holding assembly 9 and the second massage member holding assembly 10. In another embodiment, the first cam member 6A and the second cam member 6B may not be a split structure, and they may be disposed on the output shaft 8 at intervals. In another embodiment, the second massage member may be defined by other structure to oscillate up and down relative to the second massage member holding assembly 10. Referring to fig. 11, in another embodiment, the second hub S2 may not be tilted with respect to the rotation axis of the tilting cam assembly 6 (in this case, the second hub S2 is a flat cam, and the rotation axes of the first pivot 14A and the second pivot 14B are not parallel), and the second hub S2 may still drive the second massage part 2 to swing up and down (the swing amplitude is small) through the second massage part holding assembly 10 while rotating, but cannot drive the second massage part 2 to swing left and right, while other structures of the previous embodiments are retained.
The massage device of the present application can be used to massage the shoulders or hands of a user. The application further provides a massage machine comprising the massage device. The massage machine is, for example, a massage chair, and the massage device is a massage device for massaging shoulders.
The above description is only for the specific embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
