3. A locking mechanism according to claim 2, wherein the resilient member is a spring.

A folding mechanism provided with a locking mechanism according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising a folding member and a folding bracket, one end of the folding bracket being hinged to a fixed end and the other end being hinged to the folding member, the set of support rods comprising a first support rod and a second support rod, the set of support rods being connected to the locking mechanism.
5. A folding mechanism according to claim 4, wherein the telescopic rod of the locking mechanism is mounted in the folding member, and the first support bar or the second support bar is provided with an extension end, and the extension end is hinged to the telescopic rod.
6. A folding seat provided with a locking mechanism according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising a bottom frame, a seat frame and a folding bracket, said folding bracket comprising a first support bar and a second support bar, said first support bar and said second support bar being hinged between said bottom frame and said seat frame, said fixing members being 2 in number and mounted at the left and right ends of said seat frame, said locking mechanism being mounted at the lower part of said seat frame and said telescopic rod being mounted between said 2 fixing members.
7. A folding seat according to claim 6, wherein said first or second support bar is provided with an extended end, said extended end being hingedly connected to said telescopic bar.
8. A folding seat according to claim 7, further comprising a seat back, a third support bar and a fourth support bar, wherein said seat back is hinged to said seat frame, said third support bar is hinged at one end to said telescopic bar, said third support bar is hinged at the other end to said fourth support bar, and said fourth support bar is fixedly connected to said seat back.
9. The folding seat according to claim 8, further comprising an elastic damping member mounted between the seat frame and the center rod, the elastic damping member being in tension, the tension of the elastic damping member counteracting the force of gravity when the folding seat is folded.
10. A folding wheelchair provided with a folding seat as claimed in claim 9, further comprising a moving chassis connected to the folding seat.
