The barbecue oven as claimed in claim 1, wherein the combustion furnace is provided with a positioning structure near the top, the positioning structure comprises a plurality of beak-shaped positioning elements equidistantly arranged on the outer edge of the combustion furnace, the beak-shaped positioning elements are eccentrically and rotatably connected to the outer edge of the combustion furnace through a torsion spring, the beak-shaped positioning elements are provided with a rotation center, a near end close to the rotation center and a far end far away from the rotation center, the inner edge of the bottom of the oven body is provided with a stop block abutting against the far end, after the combustion furnace is inserted into the oven body, the far end of the beak-shaped positioning element abuts against the stop block, the near end of the beak-shaped positioning element abuts against the side wall of the combustion furnace, and the beak.
9. The char-broiler of claim 8, wherein said grill body is provided with an abutment adjacent said beak positioning element for releasing said distal stop.
10. The char-broiler of claim 9, wherein said abutment block is attached to a stop block at one end and to the opening edge of the furnace body into which the burner is inserted.
