The maintenance door lock 21 includes a magnetic lock for unlocking the normal maintenance door and a mechanical lock for unlocking the maintenance door in an emergency. Optionally, if the number of the third traveling mechanisms is zero, the article placed by the first user can be moved from the third bay to the storage chamber through the first traveling mechanism or the second traveling mechanism to be stored in the storage chamber to complete the dispatching, or the carrying tray moves the article to the third bay to be provided to the second user to complete the picking, and a method for specifically executing the dispatching or picking may be the same as that of the foregoing embodiment.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 4, a third embodiment of the present invention provides a dispatch and dispatch method, where the dispatch and dispatch method provided by the third embodiment of the present invention is applied to the multi-gate smart bin provided by the first embodiment of the present invention, and the dispatch and dispatch method includes:
s110, judging whether the first user and/or the second user use the first lattice and the second lattice simultaneously or not.
And S120, if so, acquiring the position information of the storage chamber required by the first user and/or the second user.
And S130, generating a first walking track of the first walking mechanism and a second walking track of the second walking mechanism according to the position information.
And S140, judging whether the first walking track and the second walking track are overlapped or not.
And S150, if so, executing dispatching and/or picking according to the time sequence used by the first user and/or the second user.
In this embodiment, when the multi-cell smart bin is used, as can be seen from the first embodiment of the present invention and the second embodiment of the present invention, the multi-cell smart bin includes a walking scheme with the minimum total walking distance and a scheme in accordance with the use time sequence for performing dispatch and dispatch, but as early as when the walking scheme with the minimum total walking distance is performed, whether a first walking trajectory of the first walking mechanism and a second walking trajectory of the second walking mechanism coincide with each other needs to be considered, if the coincidence exists, a situation of waiting or incapability of performing still exists when the walking scheme with the minimum total walking distance is performed, and therefore when the coincidence exists is determined, the dispatch and/or the dispatch is performed in accordance with the use time sequence of the first user and/or the second user.
Illustratively, when a first user uses a second cell to dispatch a part, a second user uses the first cell to fetch the part, position information of the storage room required by the first user and the second user is obtained, and a first walking track of the first walking mechanism and a second walking track of the second walking mechanism are generated according to the position information. Because the grids selected by the first user and the second user are not the priority grids, the needed storage chambers are far away from the used grids, the first walking track and the second walking track are easy to coincide, and when the coincidence is judged, the piece dispatching of the first user is executed first, and then the piece taking of the second user is executed. The second walking mechanism starts to walk and the second user takes the part as long as the first walking mechanism walks to the condition that the first walking track and the second walking track are not overlapped, namely the first walking mechanism does not influence each other.
Example four
As shown in fig. 5, a dispatch method and a dispatch method provided in a fourth embodiment of the present invention are applied to a multi-gate smart bin provided in a second embodiment of the present invention, and the dispatch method include:
S210, judging whether a first user and/or a second user use the first lattice and the second lattice simultaneously.
And S220, if so, acquiring the position information of the storage chamber required by the first user and/or the second user.
And S230, generating a first walking track of the first walking mechanism and a second walking track of the second walking mechanism according to the position information.
And S240, judging whether the first walking track and the second walking track are overlapped or not.
And S250, if so, controlling the first walking mechanism or the second walking mechanism to carry the tray of the storage room required by the first user and/or the second user to the tray exchange mechanism so as to execute dispatching and/or picking.
In this embodiment, the multi-cell intelligent bin applied by the method includes the tray exchange mechanism, so that even when it is determined that the first walking track of the first walking mechanism coincides with the second walking track of the second walking mechanism, the dispatching and/or picking up of the packages can still be completed through the tray exchange mechanism, the walking scheme with the minimum total walking distance is executed, and the maximum efficiency of dispatching and picking up the packages is achieved.
Illustratively, when a first user uses a first cell to send a piece, the first user also uses a second cell to send the piece, position information of storage rooms required by two first users is obtained, and a first walking track of a first walking mechanism and a second walking track of a second walking mechanism are generated according to the position information. Because of two first users all need to send the piece, need empty tray, it has the coincidence to take place first walking orbit and second walking orbit very easily, when judging to have the coincidence, if the storing room that empty tray place all is located first check mouth department, then first running gear walks to the storing room and gets two empty trays, second running gear walks to tray exchange mechanism department and waits simultaneously, then first running gear passes through tray exchange mechanism with an empty tray and exchanges for second running gear, then first running gear walks to first check mouth, second running gear walks to second check mouth, accomplish two first users' group piece.
It is to be noted that the foregoing is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and the technical principles employed. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the particular embodiments described herein, but is capable of various obvious changes, rearrangements and substitutions as will now become apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. Therefore, although the present invention has been described in greater detail by the above embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and may include other equivalent embodiments without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is determined by the scope of the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A multi-cell intelligent warehouse, comprising:
a first cell;
a second cell;
a plurality of storage mechanisms comprising storage compartments and trays;
the first traveling mechanism is used for carrying the tray to move the articles placed by the first user from the first cell to the storage chamber for storage so as to finish delivery, or carrying the tray to move the articles to the first cell so as to provide the articles to the second user so as to finish taking;
and the second walking mechanism is used for carrying the tray to move the articles placed by the first user from the second lattice to the storage chamber for storage so as to finish delivery, or carrying the tray to move the articles to the second lattice so as to provide the articles for the second user to finish taking.
2. The multi-cell smart silo of claim 1, further comprising a tray exchange mechanism, wherein the first and second travel mechanisms are configured to carry the trays to the tray exchange mechanism for exchanging trays.
3. The multi-compartment intelligent warehouse of claim 1, wherein the first compartment is a preferred part compartment, the second compartment is a preferred part compartment, the first walking mechanism is used for carrying the tray to move the articles placed by the first user from the first compartment to the storage room close to the second compartment for storage, and the second walking mechanism is used for moving the tray without articles to the storage room close to the first compartment.
4. The multi-compartment smart bin of claim 1 wherein when the first and second compartments are used simultaneously, dispatching and/or taking is performed in chronological order of the first and second compartments being used.
5. The multi-cell smart silo according to claim 1, wherein when the first and second cells are used simultaneously, the first and second traveling mechanisms determine a traveling plan with the least total traveling distance, and dispatch and/or pickup are performed according to the traveling plan.
6. The multi-cell smart cartridge of claim 1 further comprising:
the number of the third grids is at least one;
and the third travelling mechanism is used for carrying the tray to move the articles placed by the first user from the third cell to the storage chamber for storage so as to finish delivery, or carrying the tray to move the articles to the third cell so as to provide the articles for the second user to finish taking.
7. The multi-cell smart bin of claim 6 further comprising a tray exchange mechanism, the first, second and third travel mechanisms for carrying the trays to the tray exchange mechanism for exchanging trays.
8. The multi-cell smart cartridge of claim 1 further comprising:
the temperature sensor is used for sensing the cabinet temperature inside and outside the multi-grid intelligent bin;
the humidity sensor is used for sensing the cabinet air conditioner humidity inside and outside the multi-grid intelligent bin;
and the adjusting module is used for radiating according to the cabinet temperature or dehumidifying according to the cabinet humidity.
9. A method for dispatching and fetching pieces, applied to the multi-cell smart bin of any one of claims 1-8, comprising:
Judging whether the first user and/or the second user use the first lattice and the second lattice simultaneously or not;
if so, acquiring the position information of the storage chamber required by the first user and/or the second user;
generating a first walking track of the first walking mechanism and a second walking track of the second walking mechanism according to the position information;
judging whether the first walking track and the second walking track are overlapped or not;
and if so, executing dispatching and/or picking according to the time sequence used by the first user and/or the second user.
10. A method for dispatching and fetching pieces, applied to the multi-cell smart bin of any one of claims 2-8, comprising:
judging whether the first user and/or the second user use the first lattice and the second lattice simultaneously or not;
if so, acquiring the position information of the storage chamber required by the first user and/or the second user;
generating a first walking track of the first walking mechanism and a second walking track of the second walking mechanism according to the position information;
judging whether the first walking track and the second walking track are overlapped or not;
If so, controlling the first walking mechanism or the second walking mechanism to carry the tray of the storage room required by the first user and/or the second user to the tray exchange mechanism so as to execute dispatching and/or picking.
