Abstract
本发明属于表面活性剂技术领域,具体涉及一种高浓度十二烷基苯磺酸钠溶液的制备方法。本发明一种高浓度十二烷基苯磺酸钠溶液的制备方法,通过十二烷基苯磺酸与聚乙二醇按照重量比混合均匀后冷却,用氢氧化钠溶液进行中和反应至混合液pH值为6.5~7,制成十二烷基苯磺酸钠黄色油状溶液。在制备的过程中加入增溶稳定剂聚乙二醇,大幅度提高了整个油状体系的兼容性和稳定性,利于其在农药领域中作为乳化剂和润湿剂使用,提高农药制剂配方的稳定性,且聚乙二醇无毒无害,可用于杀虫杀螨,也降低了农药的毒性。本发明制备工艺简单,易于工业化大规模制备,成本低廉、操作简单,整个制备工艺过程环保绿色,无任何废气、废液和废渣产生。

技术领域
本发明属于表面活性剂技术领域,具体涉及一种高浓度十二烷基苯磺酸钠溶液的制备方法。
背景技术
十二烷基苯磺酸钠作为一种阴离子表面活性剂,具有良好的表面活性,亲水性较强,有效降低油-水界面的张力,达到乳化作用。因此十二烷基苯磺酸钠在化妆品、食品、印染助剂、农药等乳状液配制中得到较广泛的应用。
但是目前市场上常见的十二烷基苯磺酸钠多以粉状或者含量低于30%的溶液状态存在,而粉状的十二烷基苯磺酸钠容易分层沉淀,导致乳状液容易结块沉淀,很不稳定;含量低于30%的溶液,在乳状液配制中因含量过低不易调制配方和操作加工,按照现有技术当浓度高于30%就变成白色浓膏状或者油膏分层的状态,不利于在实际生产中使用。因此提高十二烷基苯磺酸钠溶液浓度,使其在乳状液配制中达到理想的使用效果,成为迫切需要解决的问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题本发明提供了一种高浓度十二烷基苯磺酸钠溶液的制备方法,解决了背景技术中的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用了下列技术方案:
一种高浓度十二烷基苯磺酸钠溶液的制备方法,十二烷基苯磺酸与聚乙二醇按照重量比为5:0.5~2的比例混合均匀后冷却到50~60℃,用氢氧化钠溶液进行中和反应2~3h至混合液pH值为6.5~7,制成含量为55~65%的十二烷基苯磺酸钠黄色油状溶液。
与现有技术相比本发明具有以下优点:
在农药的配置中,乳化剂和润湿剂的作用是提高农药的稳定性,但是由于现有技术中十二烷基苯磺酸钠溶液浓度较低,影响和限制了其在农药配置中的应用。本发明采用上述技术方案,在制备的过程中加入增溶稳定剂聚乙二醇,大幅度提高了整个油状体系的兼容性和稳定性,利于其在农药领域中作为乳化剂和润湿剂使用,提高农药制剂配方的稳定性,且聚乙二醇无毒无害,可用于杀虫杀螨,也降低了农药的毒性。
本发明制备工艺简单,易于工业化大规模制备,成本低廉、操作简单,整个制备工艺过程环保绿色,无任何废气、废液和废渣产生。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种高浓度十二烷基苯磺酸钠溶液的制备方法,十二烷基苯磺酸与聚乙二醇按照重量比为5:0.5的比例混合均匀后冷却到60℃,用氢氧化钠溶液进行中和反应2h至混合液pH值为6.5,制成含量为55%的十二烷基苯磺酸钠黄色油状溶液。
实施例2
一种高浓度十二烷基苯磺酸钠溶液的制备方法,十二烷基苯磺酸与聚乙二醇按照重量比为5:1.5的比例混合均匀后冷却到58℃,用氢氧化钠溶液进行中和反应2h至混合液pH值为6.8,制成含量为60%的十二烷基苯磺酸钠黄色油状溶液。
实施例3
一种高浓度十二烷基苯磺酸钠溶液的制备方法,十二烷基苯磺酸与聚乙二醇按照重量比为5:2的比例混合均匀后冷却到50℃,用氢氧化钠溶液进行中和反应3h至混合液pH值为7,制成含量为65%的十二烷基苯磺酸钠黄色油状溶液。

1.一种高浓度十二烷基苯磺酸钠溶液的制备方法,其特征在于:十二烷基苯磺酸与聚乙二醇按照重量比为5:0.5~2的比例混合均匀后冷却到50~60℃,用氢氧化钠溶液进行中和反应2~3h至混合液pH值为6.5~7,制成含量为55~65%的十二烷基苯磺酸钠黄色油状溶液。
