The invention discloses a quick unlocking device, wherein locking buckles are rotatably installed on a case, at least two locking buckles are arranged on the case, locking blocks which are mutually clamped with a cabinet are arranged on the locking buckles, the locking buckles can rotate relative to the case, when the locking buckles rotate to a specific position, the locking blocks are matched and clamped with the cabinet, the case cannot be separated from the cabinet, and the locking is realized; the unlocking handle is slidably mounted on the case and can transversely move relative to the case, and the rotating shaft direction of the locking buckle is perpendicular to the moving direction of the unlocking handle; when the unlocking handle moves, the unlocking handle can drive the at least two locking buckles to turn over synchronously, the locking between the locking buckles and the cabinet is released, and the case can be taken out separately relative to the cabinet; the unlocking mode adopted by the invention only needs to move the unlocking handle, so that the unlocking handle drives the locking buckle to turn over synchronously, and the fan can be unlocked relative to the cabinet more conveniently and quickly without one-by-one operation.

The invention relates to the technical field of servers, in particular to a quick unlocking device. In addition, the invention also relates to a hot plug fan.
Background
In a high-density server, such as a blade server, heat dissipation is a difficult point in design, and is also a key point, so that a high-performance fan is more selected when selecting a fan, and high air pressure is required to overcome system impedance, for example, a conventional fan 80 (the length and height of the fan are 80mm), and the fan has a large size and high performance. In the framework that the hot plug fan needs to be maintained front and back, the fan is transversely inserted into the front end or the rear end of the chassis.
The fan needs to be fixed with quick-witted case joint to in installation and dismantlement, the installation of traditional way is provided with buckle formula elasticity handle in the both sides of fan case. When the fan frame structure is installed, the thumb and the forefinger are required to simultaneously press the elastic handles on the two sides, and the fan frame structure is pushed towards the inside of the case; when the fan is disassembled, the fan handles on two sides are pressed inwards to loosen the clamping hooks of the fan base, and the fan structure device is taken out after the clamping hooks are loosened.
The elastic handles are realized through the elastic deformation of the stainless steel elastic sheet, but the fan case with the structure needs to press each elastic handle by hands during installation and disassembly, so that the operation is complicated; and after operating certain number of times, the shell fragment buckle warp easily, leads to unable normal dismantlement fan module.

Optionally, the locking device further comprises a fixed handle fixedly arranged on the chassis, and a guide groove for guiding the unlocking handle is arranged on the fixed handle.
Optionally, the fixed handle comprises two fixed plates parallel to each other, and a cross beam is connected between the two fixed plates;

Detailed Description
The core of the invention is to provide a quick unlocking device which can conveniently and quickly unlock relative to a cabinet.
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solution of the present invention, the quick release device and the hot swap fan of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1A and fig. 1B, which are respectively an exploded view and an assembled view of each component of the quick unlocking device provided by the present invention, a in the drawings shows a chassis; the quick unlocking device comprises an unlocking handle 1, a locking buckle 2 and other structures, wherein the unlocking handle 1 and the locking buckle 2 are both arranged on a case of equipment such as a fan, and the fan is further arranged in a corresponding cabinet.
The unlocking handle 1 is slidably mounted on the chassis and can move laterally relative to the chassis. When unlocking is needed, the hand holds the unlocking handle 1 to drive the unlocking handle 1 to transversely move along the unlocking direction, and the unlocking direction moves towards the left lower side as shown in fig. 2; the unlocking handle 1 can drive the two locking buckles 2 to turn over synchronously, and the locking blocks 21 of the locking buckles 2 are separated from the cabinet, so that the unlocking process is completed.
The quick unlocking device provided by the invention simultaneously drives all the locking buckles 2 to synchronously turn over by utilizing one unlocking handle 1 to realize unlocking, the unlocking process is in place in one step, each locking buckle 2 does not need to be operated, and the fan is unlocked relative to the cabinet more conveniently and quickly.
On the basis of the scheme, the locking buckle 2 is provided with the unlocking block 22, the unlocking block 22 and the locking block 21 are positioned on two opposite sides of the locking buckle 2 and on two sides of the rotating shaft, and the locking block 21 is turned over by applying acting force to the unlocking block 22; the unlocking handle 1 is provided with the opening 11 which is used for being matched with the unlocking block 22 to drive, the unlocking block 22 can be inserted into the opening 11 in the unlocking handle 1, acting force is applied to the unlocking block 22 when the unlocking handle 11 moves transversely, and the unlocking block 2 further drives the locking buckle 2 to overturn around the rotating shaft to complete unlocking.
It should be noted that the structure of providing the opening 11 on the unlocking handle 1 and the protruding unlocking block 22 on the locking buckle 2 is only a preferred solution of the present application, and any form that can achieve the mutual cooperation of the unlocking handle 1 and the locking buckle 2 to transmit the acting force should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Specifically, the locking block 21 in the present invention faces outward, the unlocking block 22 faces inward, that is, the locking blocks 21 in the two locking buckles 2 are located on the sides away from each other, the unlocking block 22 is located on the side where the locking buckles 2 are close to each other, and the locking blocks 21 protrude toward both sides and are in mutual clamping fit with the clamping grooves at the corresponding positions on the cabinet.
Preferably, according to the invention, the torsion spring 23 is sleeved on the rotating shaft of the locking buckle 2, one pin of the torsion spring 23 is matched with the cabinet, the other pin of the torsion spring 23 is matched with the locking buckle 2, the torsion spring 23 applies a torsion acting force to the locking buckle 2 to keep the locking buckle 2 locked with the cabinet, and the locking buckle 2 is always kept in a locking state under the action of no other external force, so that the accidental unlocking condition is prevented.
Instead of using a torsion spring, the spring plate may also be used to apply a torsional force to the locking buckle 2 in the form of an elastic element.
Furthermore, the locking block 21 in the invention is trapezoidal, the side edge which contacts the cabinet firstly during insertion is an oblique edge, the width of the side of the locking block 21 connected with the locking buckle 2 body is larger, and the width of the side far away from the locking buckle 2 body is smaller; when the locking is needed, the case is pushed along the rail, the locking block 21 protrudes to two sides under the action of torsional elasticity, the inclined surface of the locking block 21 is extruded by the cabinet to retract inwards when contacting the cabinet, and when the locking block 21 moves to the corresponding clamping groove on the cabinet, the locking block pops to two sides under the action of the elasticity to complete the locking.
On the basis of any one of the technical schemes and the mutual combination thereof, the invention also comprises a fixed handle 3 fixedly arranged on the case, the fixed handle 3 is provided with a guide groove 31 for guiding the unlocking handle 1, and the fixed handle 3 guides and limits the movement of the unlocking handle 1.
Specifically, the fixed handle 3 of the present invention comprises two fixing plates 32 parallel to each other, a cross beam 33 is connected between the two fixing plates 32, one, two or more cross beams 33 are arranged, and the cross beam 33 is arranged perpendicular to the plate surfaces of the fixing plates 32, so as to connect the two fixing plates 32 into a whole.
The guide grooves 31 are formed in the inner surface of the fixing plate 32, the guide grooves 31 extend transversely, and the two sides of the unlocking handle 1 are limited through the two guide grooves 31; the tail end of the guide groove 31 is correspondingly provided with the cross beam 33, during operation, the hand holds the cross beam 33 corresponding to the tail end of the guide groove 31, the unlocking handle 1 is pulled at the same time, the unlocking handle 1 is close to the cross beam 33, the hand holds the cross beam 33, the whole fan case can be transversely taken out from the cabinet, and the operation process is efficient and convenient.
The invention also provides a hot plug fan, which comprises the quick unlocking device, the hot plug fan can achieve the same technical effect, and the other parts of the hot plug fan are structured with reference to the prior art, which is not repeated herein.

an unlocking block (22) is arranged on the locking buckle (2), and an opening (11) which is matched with the unlocking block (22) for driving is arranged on the unlocking handle (1);
the locking block (21) faces outwards, and the unlocking block (22) faces inwards;
and a rotating shaft of the locking buckle (2) is sleeved with a torsion spring (23), and the torsion spring (23) enables the locking buckle (2) to be locked with the cabinet.
