receiving a speaking right switching instruction which allows the upstream speaking right to be switched from the narrowband die to the broadband die according to the indication sent by the upstream speaking right switching request message and switching the upstream speaking right from the narrowband die to the broadband die according to the speaking right switching instruction; and the speaking right switching instruction is sent after the network side receives the uplink speaking right switching request message and detects that the broadband module meets an uplink speaking right switching condition.
2. The talk burst switching method according to claim 1, wherein the uplink talk burst switching request message is a P _ MAINT message, and a reserved value of a cell in the P _ MAINT message is defined to request switching of the uplink talk burst from the narrowband mode to the wideband mode;
the talk burst switch command is a P _ PROTECT message, and the PK in the P _ PROTECT message is defined to indicate that the uplink talk burst switch is allowed.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the receiving the talk burst switching command from the network side to allow switching the uplink talk burst from the narrowband mode to the wideband mode according to the indication sent by the uplink talk burst switching request message comprises:
and receiving a speaking right switching instruction broadcasted by the network side in the coverage area of the cluster base station TS where the group calling voice is located.
4. The talk burst switch method of claim 1 wherein,
when the dual-mode terminal detects that the reliability of the group calling voice uploaded through the narrow-band mode is lower than a preset threshold value, after an uplink speaking right switching request message for requesting to switch the uplink speaking right from the narrow-band mode to the wide-band mode is sent to the network side, the speaking right switching method further comprises the following steps:

when detecting that the broadband mode meets the uplink speaking right switching condition, sending a speaking right switching instruction indicating that the uplink speaking right is allowed to be switched from the narrowband mode to the broadband mode to the dual-mode terminal according to the uplink speaking right switching request message, so that the dual-mode terminal switches the uplink speaking right from the narrowband mode to the broadband mode according to the speaking right switching instruction.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the uplink floor switch request message is a P _ MAINT message, and the reserved value of the cell in the P _ MAINT message is defined as a request for switching the uplink floor from the narrowband mode to the wideband mode;
the talk burst switch command is a P _ PROTECT message, and the PK in the P _ PROTECT message is defined to indicate that the uplink talk burst switch is allowed.
