Abstract

the battery cell bearing assembly 6 includes a bearing support 61 and a battery cell carrying platform 62 supported by the bearing support 61, a battery cell blanking through groove 622 is formed in the battery cell carrying platform 62, one side wall of the battery cell blanking through groove 622 is slidably connected with a blanking width adjusting frame 63, and the blanking width adjusting frame 63 can slide along the width direction of the battery cell blanking through groove 622 in a reciprocating manner (the direction of arrow D and the direction of arrow E in fig. 3) to adjust the width of the battery cell blanking through groove 622. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the feeding conveyor line 11 is supported by the frame 1.

Referring to fig. 3 again, a cell push-out area 625 located between the cell blanking slot 622 and the feeding conveyor line 11 is formed on the cell carrier 62, and the limiting guide plate 623 extends to the cell push-out area 625. The batteries to be disassembled are periodically conveyed to the battery pushing-out area 625 to wait for the battery pushing-out operation, and when the battery in a corresponding battery is completely pushed out, the empty casing is pushed to the casing conveying line 15 along with the casing guide channel to wait for collection.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a cell transmission line 14 is disposed right below the cell blanking through slot 622. The cell conveying line 14 is used for receiving and conveying the cells falling through the cell blanking through slot 622.
