Detailed Description
Some example implementations of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While example implementations of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be implemented in various forms and should not be limited by the implementations set forth herein. Rather, these implementations are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
The term "include" and variations thereof as used herein is meant to be inclusive in an open-ended manner, i.e., "including but not limited to". Unless specifically stated otherwise, the term "or" means "and/or". The term "based on" means "based at least in part on". The terms "one example embodiment" and "one embodiment" mean "at least one example embodiment". The term "some embodiments" means "at least some embodiments". The terms "first," "second," and the like may refer to different or the same object. Other explicit and implicit definitions are also possible below.
Conventionally, after the user selects a starting point and an ending point in a taxi taking page of a taxi taking application or other applications, available vehicle types are presented in a bubbling mode when confirming calling a network to order the taxi for the user to select and/or confirm. In the confirmation call page, corresponding projected costs for one or more vehicle models are presented, the projected costs typically being calculated only for the service mileage and service time of the trip. However, in some scenarios, the itinerary may incur a special fee (such as a high-speed fee) or be charged in a special charging arrangement (such as a subscription charging arrangement), where the user is required to pay a special fee or more than usual. Conventional techniques do not inform the user of special fees or special billing methods when the user is provided with the expected cost of the trip, which may result in the user not knowing other fees that will be incurred in advance or needing to pay more fees, thereby creating confusion, understandings, or even disapproval of the trip cost after the end of the trip, increasing the cognitive burden on the user and reducing the user's experience of using the vehicle.
Therefore, the embodiment of the disclosure provides a presentation scheme of special charging description, which can inform the user of a special charging mode in advance through a charge communication component, and the charge communication component appears in some scenes so as to prompt the user for charges and communicate the charges in advance. Through a great deal of research, the inventor of the present application finds that the additional fee or special charge unknown in advance by the user is likely to cause dissatisfaction and/or complaint of the user, and therefore, the embodiment of the present disclosure may present the special charging description to the user in advance through the fee communication component when the additional fee or special charge is generated.
Therefore, if the journey selected by the user is to adopt a special charging mode different from the conventional charging mode during the period that the user confirms the calling network appointment, the embodiment of the disclosure informs the user in advance that the journey may generate additional fees or the journey needs special charging. Therefore, according to the embodiment of the disclosure, by informing the user of the special charging mode of the journey in advance, the confusion or incomprehension of the user to the fee after the journey is finished can be reduced, the cognitive burden of the user is reduced, and the vehicle using experience of the user is improved. Some example embodiments of the present disclosure will be described below with reference to fig. 1-8.
Fig. 1 illustrates an example environment 100 for a network vehicle in accordance with an embodiment of the disclosure. In the example environment 100, the user device 110 communicates with the server 130 of the taxi taking application via the network 120, and a terminal device in the networked appointment 140 or the networked appointment 140 itself may also communicate with the server 130 via the network 120, where the network 120 may be any wireless network, wired network, or a combination of wireless and wired networks, such as the internet, etc.
User device 110 may be any electronic device capable of connecting to a network and having a screen, including but not limited to a smartphone, tablet, desktop computer, notebook computer, smart wearable device (such as a smart watch, smart glasses), navigation device, and so forth. In some embodiments, user equipment 110 has a satellite positioning module therein. The user device 110 may have a taxi taking application installed thereon, and the user may issue a taxi taking request through the taxi taking application. Alternatively, the user may also issue the car use request through another application installed on the user device 110 (such as an instant messaging application), and may also issue the car use request through a browser on the user device 110. The user first selects the start and end of the car, and the car-in application then presents a confirmation call page. In accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure, in addition to displaying the projected cost of a conventional trip, special billing instructions are displayed in the confirmation call page, such as special instructions 115 displayed on the display of user device 110. With the aid of this special statement 115, the user can be made aware of the journey when confirming a call to the network for a car appointment, possibly resulting in further charges or a higher than usual charge, thus avoiding confusion or an incomprehension of the user about the journey charge after the end of the journey.
The server 130 may be a centralized server, a distributed server, a cloud, or the like. The server 130 may store therein data of the user, such as a user profile, user behavior data, and the like. In some embodiments, the user profile may include that the user registers personal information, such as gender, age, city, occupation, etc., in the application and/or website. The user behavior may be data of related actions performed by the user in the application and/or website, such as a taxi taking history of the user in the taxi taking application, a comment behavior of the user on a driver, a click behavior of the user in the taxi taking application, and so on. The server 130 may assign the network appointment 140 to service the order based on the vehicle order confirmed by the user, or may send the order information to a plurality of network appointments for each network appointment to respond to the order.
The net appointment vehicle 140 is a vehicle of a driver providing services to users (e.g., passengers), wherein the driver can receive a user order through an application on a terminal device, thereby providing the net appointment service to the corresponding user. After the user and the driver are paired, the driver can see the contact way or the virtual contact way of the user, and further can directly carry out telephone communication or network message communication with the user. Alternatively, the net appointment vehicle 140 may be an unmanned vehicle, even if there may be no person in the net appointment vehicle 140, and the net appointment vehicle 140 communicates with the user through its chat system and provides driving services to the user through the unmanned system. It should be understood that although only 1 user device and 1 network appointment are shown in fig. 1, more user devices and more network appointments may be present in environment 100.
In one example, the user of the user device 110 selects a start point and an end point for a car use, generates a car use request for a trip, and sends the request to the server 130 via the network 120. Server 130 returns the estimated cost for each vehicle type to user device 110 and/or server 130 may determine whether special billing instructions need to be presented based on information in the trip (e.g., starting point, route, etc.). Upon determining that the special account statement needs to be presented, user device 110 presents a confirmation call page including special statement 115 for prompting the user for the special account mode. After the user confirms the call network car reservation, the server 130 transmits the user's order to the network car reservation 140 to provide the user with a car usage service. The embodiment of the disclosure informs the user of the possible additional fee or special charging mode of the journey in advance through the fee communication component, so that the cognitive burden of the user on the fee can be reduced.
Fig. 2 illustrates a flow diagram of an information presentation method 200 according to an embodiment of the disclosure, the method 200 may be performed by the user device 110 illustrated in fig. 1. Alternatively, the method 300 may also be performed in part by the user equipment 110 and in part by the server 130.
At block 202, a car use request for a trip is received. For example, when the user selects the start and end of the car in the taxi taking application of the user device 110, the user is said to have made a user request for a trip.
At block 204, it is determined whether the trip is to employ a special billing mode, wherein the special billing mode takes into account at least one factor in the billing other than mileage and time of service. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the special charging mode is a charging mode different from the conventional charging mode, which is intentionally determined according to the information of the trip. The special billing mode uses special billing methods, possibly charging additional fees (e.g., third party fees), or charging higher than usual or having minimal consumption (e.g., reserved car). Thus, the special billing mode may take into account one or more of factors such as third party costs, minimum consumption, elevated charging criteria, etc., in addition to mileage and time when calculating the final cost of the trip. In some embodiments, whether the travel will use the special charging mode may be determined by the user equipment 110, or the server 130 may determine whether the special charging mode will be used, and then send the determination result to the user equipment 110, and the user equipment 110 may determine whether the travel will use the special charging mode according to the determination result.
If it is determined at block 204 that a special billing mode is to be employed, at block 206, the projected cost of the trip is presented along with special billing instructions, which may exist as a separate component to advance the user of any surcharges that may be incurred or special billing approaches. When the user's journey hits a special scene, through informing the special charging mode of user's journey in advance, can reduce the user to the puzzlement or not understand of expense after the journey finishes, reduced user's cognitive burden and improved user's experience of using a car.
Alternatively, if it is determined at block 204 that the special billing mode is not to be employed, then the projected cost of the trip is presented at block 208 as is conventional, without presenting special billing instructions. In this way, in scenarios without special charging, the presentation of special charging descriptions is hidden, thereby avoiding unnecessary interference to the user.
In some embodiments, special billing instructions may be presented in a different appearance than the expected cost, or highlighted. For example, the special billing instructions may be presented with a different background, a different text color, and/or a different font than the presentation of the expected fee. By the method, the user can better perceive the special charging description, and the notification efficiency is improved. In some embodiments, the special billing instructions may be displayed in an animated or dynamic page. In addition, the special billing instructions can be presented visually and simultaneously prompted by voice.
In some embodiments, it may be determined whether the trip is to be charged in a special mode by determining whether there is a third party charge and/or whether there is a special charging mode. For example, if the user's itinerary includes a third party charging the user's fee (such as a high speed fee, a parking fee, etc.), it is determined that the itinerary will be in a special billing mode. For another example, if the user's itinerary needs to be charged up for a particular situation (e.g., a hit area increases unit price, a reservation ticket has the lowest consumption, etc.), it is also determined that the itinerary will be charged up in a particular billing mode.
In some embodiments, the special billing instructions of the present disclosure may be selected by the user (e.g., the user clicks on) and a special billing instructions page including a specific description of the special billing may be popped up or presented. In the special billing statement page, the corresponding scene or scenes and the special billing statement of the corresponding vehicle type or vehicles can be presented according to the number of the travel hit scenes and the vehicle type selected and called by the user.
3A-3B show schematic diagrams of a graphical user interface for special billing instructions in a single vehicle type single scenario, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The user first selects a starting point a (i.e., an entering point) and an ending point B (an exiting point) by means of input or system recommendation, and then, in the graphical user interface 310 of the user device, a confirmation call page is presented to the user based on the starting point a and the ending point B for the user to select a vehicle type and/or confirm a call to a network appointment. As shown in fig. 3A, the graphic user interface 310 includes a vehicle model selection area 311, a map area 312, a special billing specification area 313, a projected charge area 314, a reservation selection area 315, and a call confirmation button 316. The vehicle type selection area 311 provides selection of different vehicle types, the user can select a calling network appointment type or simultaneously call a plurality of vehicle types, and the map area 312 displays a vehicle starting point and an end point and an optional driving path on the map. The estimated cost area 314 displays the estimated cost of one or more vehicle models of the user's trip, the estimated cost being determined based primarily on mileage and duration, the departure time and vehicle occupants of the trip being selectable in the reservation selection area 315, and the call confirmation button 316 for confirming the call network for a car reservation and placing a car order. Although fig. 3A shows that simultaneous calls are selected in the vehicle type selection area 311, a special billing instruction area 313 for alerting the user is also presented for calls of a single vehicle type under the condition that is satisfied, except that the contents of the expected fee area 314 may be somewhat different. As shown in fig. 3A, the special account specification area 313 may be presented above the expected cost area 314 and next to the expected cost area 314, thereby drawing attention of the user.
As shown in fig. 3A, when it is determined that the trip is to adopt the special charging mode, the embodiment of the present disclosure presents the special charging description area 313 in the form of a pop-up or a bubble through the fee communication component, thereby informing the user in advance that the trip is to adopt the special charging mode different from the conventional charging mode. In the example of fig. 3A, in which a travel route of a trip is determined to be routed through an expressway requiring a toll, based on the start point a and the end point B, since the toll is an additional fee in addition to the expected fee, the embodiment of the present disclosure informs the user of a possible toll in advance through the special account area 313, thereby avoiding the need to pay the toll for the user when the user pays after the trip is completed. High-speed fee, parking fee and the like are common additional fees in the network car booking environment, and by informing the additional fees in advance, the question of the user about the additional fees can be eliminated, so that the communication efficiency is improved, and the user experience is improved. In some embodiments, the display in special account specification area 313 may be generated based on a template and a corresponding amount of charge, for example, a template corresponding to the scene hit by the itinerary.
In some embodiments, the time of the trip may be combined with other factors to determine whether to charge a third party fee. For example, if the time of the trip is on a significant holiday, no special billing statement will pop up even if the travel route passes through a highway because the highway is free at this time. By the method, the reminding mode of the special charging description is more intelligent. In addition, the amount of the high-speed fee can be calculated according to the distance of the passing highway, and the amount of the parking fee is calculated according to the charging standard of the parking lot, so that the estimated special fee is consistent with the actual special fee as much as possible, and the expectation of a user is met. In addition, when the net appointment car does not travel along the route passing through the expressway as predetermined, the toll for high speed may not be charged after the end of the route.
In some embodiments, the user may pull up on special billing instructions area 313, special billing instructions area 313 and projected cost area 314 may move up together to present more content in projected cost area 314 (e.g., projected cost for more vehicle models), but the relative positions of the two may remain fixed. In some cases, the user may need to know more detailed special billing instructions, who may click on special billing instructions area 313 and the user device presents a graphical user interface 350 shown in FIG. 3B, with a special billing instructions page 351 popping up. In the special billing account page 351, the details of the special billing are specified, and a confirmation button 352 for the user to confirm the special billing mode is presented, and the user may return to the graphical user interface 310 of fig. 3A after clicking the confirmation button 352 or the close button, and then confirm the call network appointment by clicking the call confirmation button 316.
In some embodiments, a user's trip may hit multiple scenes simultaneously, and FIGS. 4A-4B show schematic views of a graphical user interface for special billing instructions in a single-vehicle-type multi-scene, according to embodiments of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 4A, the graphic user interface 410 also includes a vehicle model selection area 411, a map area 412, a special billing explanation area 413, a projected charge area 414, a reservation selection area 415, and a call confirmation button 416. Unlike the graphical user interface 310 of fig. 3A, the user selects a reserved vehicle in the reservation selection area 415 of the graphical user interface 410 of fig. 4A, wherein the reserved vehicle usage time in the reserved vehicle usage request is later than the time the vehicle usage request was issued. Since the driver cannot receive the order in a period of time before the driver takes the car for reservation, the lowest consumption exists, and therefore the user needs to be informed of the special billing instruction of the lowest consumption through the special billing instruction area 413. In the example of fig. 4A, since two scenes, a high-speed scene and a reservation scene, are hit at the same time, the special charging description area 413 will display descriptions of two special charging rules.
If the user needs to know more detailed descriptions of the various special billing rules, he may click on special billing instructions area 413 and the user device presents a graphical user interface 450 as shown in FIG. 4B, where a special billing instructions page 451 pops up. In the special charging description page 451, details of special charging for various scenes, such as a scene charging description 461 for a high-speed scene and a scene charging description 462 for a reservation scene, are described in detail, and a confirmation button 452 for the user to confirm the special charging mode is presented. Through the respective description of the special charging modes of a plurality of scenes, the user can be promoted to better know the actual cost of the journey.
In some embodiments, a user's trip may hit multiple scenarios while the user selects multiple vehicle models, and FIGS. 5A-5B show schematic diagrams of a graphical user interface for special billing instructions in a multi-vehicle model and multi-scenario, according to embodiments of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 5A, the graphic user interface 510 also includes a vehicle model selection area 511, a map area 512, a special billing instruction area 513, a projected charge area 514, a reservation selection area 515, and a call confirmation button 516. Unlike graphical user interface 410 in FIG. 4A, in projected cost area 514 in graphical user interface 510 in FIG. 5A, the user has selected multiple vehicle models simultaneously, such as express and special cars simultaneously. In some embodiments, the display content in the special billing instruction region 513 may be related to only the scene, and is not affected by the kind and number of the selected vehicle model.
If the user needs to know more detailed descriptions of various special rules, he may click on special billing description area 513 and the user device presents a graphical user interface 550 shown in FIG. 5B, where a special billing description page 551 pops up. In the special account description page 551, details of special accounting for a variety of scenes, such as the scene account description 561 for the high speed scene and the scene account description 562 for the reserved scene, are described in detail, and a confirmation button 552 for the user to confirm the special accounting mode is presented. Further, in the graphical user interface 550 shown in fig. 5B, the scene charge description 561 of the high speed scene presents a high speed fee common to various vehicle types, and the scene charge description 562 of the reserved scene presents a reserved charge description different from various vehicle types. Through the separate display of the common special charging and the different special charging among different vehicle types, the user can know the charge difference among different vehicle types more quickly, and the selection efficiency of the user is improved.
In addition, the scene charging description 562 of the reservation scene presents a menu 571 for express buses and a menu 572 for special buses, and the user can know the reservation basic fees corresponding to various vehicle types by selecting the corresponding menus. For example, if the user clicks the menu 572, the reservation billing description for the special car will be displayed by default in the scene billing description 562 for the reservation scene. In some embodiments, a user's trip may involve more scenes and/or more vehicle types. Furthermore, if there is too much content in the special account statement page 551, a slider may be provided to slide the page, thereby ensuring the integrity of the special account statement content. In some embodiments, the scenes may be ranked and the scene billing descriptions for the scenes may then be displayed sequentially in the ranked order. In this way, the user can be made to see the more important scene billing instructions more quickly.
6A-6B show schematic diagrams of a graphical user interface for special billing instructions in a multi-vehicle model single scenario, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. After the user selects the starting point C and the ending point D, a confirmation call page is presented to the user in the graphical user interface 610 of the user device for the user to select a vehicle type and/or confirm a call network appointment. As shown in fig. 6A, the graphic user interface 610 includes a vehicle model selection area 611, a map area 612, a special billing instructions area 613, a projected charges area 614, a reservation selection area 615, and a call confirmation button 616. Wherein the projected cost area 614 shows that the user has simultaneously selected three vehicle types, such as express, special, and luxury vehicles.
As shown in fig. 6A, the starting point C of the user is located in a special charging area, such as a train station area, where there may be a very serious short supply due to a very large taxi taking requirement, so that the charging unit price in the special charging area may be higher than the charging unit price in a non-special charging area (e.g., the starting price and/or the duration fee is higher), so as to reduce the taxi taking requirement in the special charging area. Therefore, it is necessary to inform the user of the high-rate charging pattern in a special area in advance to avoid the user from being aware of the high-rate charging when paying. In some embodiments, a particular billing area may include a train station, an airport, a large business district, etc., which may be manually marked on a map by way of a fence apex, and thus may also be referred to as a fence area. When the embodiment of the present disclosure determines that the itinerary will adopt the special charging mode, the special charging description area 613 is presented through the fee communication component to inform the user in advance that the itinerary will adopt the special charging mode different from the conventional charging mode. Because the special area is a hot area for using the vehicle, the user can understand the cost conveniently by informing the user of a special charging mode in the special area in advance, the question of the user is eliminated, and the cognitive burden of the user in using the vehicle in the special area is reduced.
If it is desired to understand the specific billing instructions for the various vehicle models in more detail, it may click on the specific billing instructions area 613 and the user device presents a graphical user interface 650 as shown in FIG. 6B, where a special specific billing instructions page 651 pops up. In the special billing explanation page 651, the details of special billing for various vehicle models are explained in detail, and a confirmation button 652 for the user to confirm the special billing mode is presented. The special billing information page 651 presents a menu 661 for express cars, a menu 662 for special cars, and a menu 663 for luxury cars, and the user can learn the corresponding type of special area billing information by selecting the corresponding menu. For example, the special area charging description of express trains is displayed by default in the special charging description page 651, and if the user clicks the menu 662, the special area charging description of special trains is displayed; and if the user clicks on menu 663, a special zone billing statement for the luxury vehicle is displayed. Through the mode, the special charging descriptions of all vehicle types can be displayed more completely, users can compare conveniently, and the traveling efficiency of the users is improved.
Although fig. 3A-3B, 4A-4B, 5A-5B, and 6A-6B divide the vehicle model into different vehicle models such as express, special, luxury vehicles, the vehicle type may be divided based on other criteria or names. In some embodiments, the type division may not be performed on vehicles, i.e., all vehicles on the platform are considered as one vehicle type.
