In the above embodiment, the method further includes: displaying a modified route point identifier and/or a modified end point identifier; and acquiring information of the modified passing point and/or the modified end point, and sending the information of the modified passing point and/or the modified end point. In the embodiment, the position of the passing point and/or the position of the end point are supported and modified, and the position can be adjusted in real time in the process of travel according to the requirement of a passenger, so that the passenger can go out conveniently. Wherein, the modification can comprise changing, deleting and adding.
In any of the above embodiments, further comprising: displaying information to be confirmed, wherein the information to be confirmed comprises one or a combination of the following: route distance, order price, travel time, and transit point position dwell time. In this embodiment, the information to be confirmed is displayed for the passenger to confirm, ensuring that the passenger knows the information about the cost, time, etc. associated with the order.
In any of the above embodiments, further comprising: acquiring determination information of information to be confirmed, and sending the determination information, wherein the determination information comprises one or a combination of the following: a confirmation instruction of the information to be confirmed, a vehicle type selection, an order type and a payment mode. a route planning module 304 for planning a driving route according to the order information;
a vehicle dispatch module 306 for dispatching vehicles for the order according to the information of the driving route;
a sending module 308, configured to send the order information and the information of the driving route to a driver terminal and/or a passenger terminal of the vehicle.
The order processing device provided by the invention obtains order information sent by the passenger terminal, plans a driving route for a passenger according to a starting point position, at least one passing point position and a terminal point position in the order information, dispatches a vehicle for the order, and sends the order information and the information of the driving route to the passenger terminal and/or a driver terminal of the vehicle. According to the embodiment of the invention, the taxi taking requirement of the passenger is met through the function of setting the passing point, repeated communication and temporary change between a driver and the passenger are not needed in the taxi taking process, diversified and flexible taxi taking scenes are realized, and the travel certainty is ensured; the operation of drivers in the trip is reduced, and the trip safety is guaranteed.
It should be noted that the driver terminal of the vehicle may be a mobile phone of the driver or an intelligent terminal disposed in the vehicle.
In an embodiment of the fourth aspect of the present invention, an information processing apparatus is provided, which is suitable for a passenger terminal, and fig. 4 shows a schematic block diagram of an information processing apparatus 400 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The information processing apparatus 400 includes:
a display module 402, configured to display the location addition identifier;
a sending module 404, configured to obtain location information added at the location adding identifier, and send the location information, where the location information includes a start location, at least one via point location, and an end location.
The information processing device provided by the invention is provided with a function of adding the position of the passing point in the application program of the passenger terminal, and the passenger can add the information of the starting point, the terminal point and the passing point at the position adding mark displayed in the application program so as to plan the driving route with the passing point. In the specific embodiment of the invention, the technical scheme with the passing point function is provided, and the passing point function can relate to a passenger terminal, a taxi taking platform and a driver terminal. The technical scheme comprises the following stages:
1. a hair order stage: when a passenger inputs a destination, the passenger inputs a plurality of destinations including a route point and a destination.
2. And (3) a pre-estimation stage: carrying out route planning according to a plurality of destination information input by the passenger, predicting order route information, distance, time and required price, returning a result and informing the passenger; the passenger selects the required vehicle type, order type and payment mode to complete the order issuing.
3. A single stage: uploading order information containing the passing points to a taxi taking platform, performing order distribution processing, filtering factors such as a traffic control limit number and a distribution fence, realizing matching, and dispatching the order to a verified driver; and after the order is successfully dispatched, informing the passenger of the information matched with the order, and entering a driving accepting stage.
4. And (3) a driving receiving stage: the driver receives the order of the passing point, supports checking order information and map navigation information containing the passing point, completes the pickup and receives the passenger.
5. A driving sending stage: and (4) performing navigation planning on the travel route containing the passing points, sequentially reaching each destination according to the order sequence, and finishing arrival confirmation.
6. And a modification stage: if the passenger needs to modify the journey in the journey, the route points can be added, modified and deleted, the destination can be modified, the route planning is carried out again after modification, the order route information, the distance, the time and the required price are estimated, and the temporary change appeal of the passenger is met.
7. And (5) finishing: after the passengers arrive at the destination in sequence, the travel demands of the passengers are met, the order is ended, the order information is effectively recorded, and the problems of the driver and the conductor, the liability-making complaint and the complaint are effectively solved.

As shown in FIG. 8, route point 1 may be added when the passenger clicks "+": the science and the technology melt intelligence. The passenger can click "·" displayed after "science and wisdom fusion" to delete the route point 1. As shown in fig. 9, when the passenger clicks "x", the route point content box may be deleted, for example, clicking "x" before the route point 2 may delete the content box of the route point 2, leaving only the content boxes of the start point, the end point, and the route point 1.
As shown in fig. 10, a confirmation notice, a notice of the time that can be held at the passing point, and a notice of the driver's authority to finish the order in advance after the time that can be held is exceeded are displayed after all the addresses are added, or a waiting fee is generated after the time that can be held is exceeded. After the passenger confirms, the navigation route is displayed. As shown in fig. 11, the selection of "express", "taxi", and "special" may be made, and when a certain type does not support the function of adding a passing point, a prompt message is displayed, for example, when a taxi cannot add the function, a "taxi does not support the function of adding a passing point temporarily".
When a car is called and needs to be queued, the interface shown in fig. 12 is displayed.
After the passenger adds the route point, the system judges whether the address of the route point is available, as shown in fig. 13, when the address of the route point is unavailable, the reason of the unavailable address is displayed, for example, the distance between the route point and the starting point is too close, and the page after all the addresses are added is returned.
In the driving process of a driver getting on a passenger to go to a destination, a navigation route, vehicle information and prompt information of a forward next route point or a destination are displayed on a passenger terminal interface, as shown in fig. 14, a 'route point fusing wisdom going to you' is displayed, as shown in fig. 15, a 'destination going to you' is displayed.
After the end of the trip, information such as the fee to be paid and the evaluation information my order for the driver is displayed on the passenger terminal interface as shown in fig. 16 and 17. When clicking on my order details, historical order details are displayed as shown in FIG. 18.
The embodiment also supports the function of modifying the route during the course, and comprises the following four conditions: order types for itineraries that cannot be modified (e.g., anti-cheating, reservation order, city-crossing order, excessive modification times, open platform, cascading dispatch order, high passenger-side version and low driver-side version); the endpoint may be modified but the add-on waypoint may not be modified (e.g., WebApp, Enterprise Payment order, one-bite order, passenger-side version high and driver-side version low); the destination and the transit point may be modified but require driver confirmation (e.g., a list of road orders, a list of special cars, a list of drivers not listening to a long list, a passenger's transit point or destination modification selected a stop or a driver's setting not to go to a stop); the end point and the waypoint can be modified without driver confirmation.
Before modification, it is determined whether modification is allowed, for example, whether the order is in the above four cases is determined, whether a passing point has passed is determined, whether the passing point is too close to an end point is determined, it is determined that an estimated price can be obtained, whether the order has been prepaid, and the like are determined, and when modification is not allowed, a prompt is made (as shown in fig. 19), as shown in fig. 20 and 21, information that a modification trip is temporarily not supported by the current order, a next order is about to be made by a driver, a modification trip is temporarily not supported, and the number of modifications is excessive is prompted, and the prompt information may further include: the route point is not added, the route point can not be modified (as shown in fig. 22, the route point is passed by xinhua-huichong and is not modified, as shown in fig. 23, only the un-passed wensihaihui mansion can be deleted), the current order is not supported for modification by a cross city order, the current order is not supported for modification by a service provided by a third party, the current order is not supported for modification by a reservation order, the enterprise payment is not supported for modification (as shown in fig. 24), the route point is overlapped with the terminal point (as shown in fig. 25), and the like.
After the order is confirmed, a pre-estimated price interface is displayed as shown in FIG. 26.
The driver terminal interface displays the trip details after the order is taken as shown in fig. 27. The contents shown in fig. 28 are displayed on the driver terminal interface during the driving, the contents shown in fig. 29 are displayed on the driver terminal interface when the passenger is received, the contents shown in fig. 30 are displayed on the driver terminal interface when the destination is reached, and voice broadcast is performed when the passing point and the destination are reached.
When the passenger modifies, adds or deletes the passing point, if the modification, the addition or the deletion needs the confirmation of the driver, the driving terminal displays the interface as shown in fig. 31, and the interface as shown in fig. 32 is displayed after the confirmation of the driver. After the trip is completed, the driver clicks on "my trip" and the interface shown in fig. 33 and 34 may be displayed.
The embodiment can achieve the following technical effects:
1. the function of supporting passengers to add the passing points before issuing a bill is realized, and the effective processes of distance and price estimation of orders containing the passing points, issuing, order distribution, answering, checking, navigation and other links are supported; reduce the driver operation in the row, guarantee trip safety.
2. The method supports the travel modification in the travel, supports the capability of adding, modifying and deleting passing points and the capability of modifying the end point, makes the travel more flexible and elastic, and re-estimates the order time, distance and price according to the modification result; the synchronous driver end replans the route after the change; effectively recording the change and changing the order information.
3. The order efficiency is improved, the order travel information is effectively recorded, and the driver and passenger disputes are reduced: the management and control capability of the platform is improved, a data base is provided for detour responsibility judgment and expense disagreement, and the manual processing cost and the platform pad payment loss are reduced; safety monitoring ability is promoted, effective management and control is carried out to the action stroke of yawing, reduces the yaw rate.
An embodiment of the fifth aspect of the present invention proposes a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, implements the order processing method according to any of the above embodiments and/or the information processing method according to any of the above embodiments.
The present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, wherein a computer program is executed by a processor to implement the order processing method according to any of the above embodiments and/or the information processing method according to any of the above embodiments, and therefore the computer-readable storage medium includes all the advantages of the order processing method according to any of the above embodiments and/or the information processing method according to any of the above embodiments.

1. An order processing method, comprising:
obtaining order information, wherein the order information comprises a starting point position, at least one passing point position and an end point position;
planning a driving route according to the order information;
and dispatching a vehicle for the order according to the information of the driving route, and sending the order information and the information of the driving route to a driver terminal and/or a passenger terminal of the vehicle.
2. The order processing method according to claim 1, wherein when the at least one route point is plural, the step of planning a driving route according to the order information specifically includes:
and planning a driving route from the starting position to the end position according to the setting sequence of the positions of the plurality of the passing points.
3. The order processing method according to claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring modification information, wherein the modification information comprises position modification information of a passing point and/or position modification information of a destination point;
and replanning the driving route according to the modified information.
4. The order processing method according to claim 3, wherein the step of replanning the travel route according to the modification information specifically comprises:
judging whether the order meets modification conditions or not;
and when the order meets the modification condition, replanning the driving route according to the modification information.
5. The order processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising, before dispatching a vehicle for the order according to the information of the travel route:
generating information to be confirmed according to the driving route;
and sending the information to be confirmed to the passenger terminal, and receiving the determination information of the passenger terminal on the information to be confirmed.
6. The order processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising:
and acquiring order receiving information of the driver terminal, and sending the order receiving information to the passenger terminal.
7. The order processing method according to claim 6, further comprising:
acquiring order completion information sent by the driver terminal and/or the passenger terminal, and storing one or a combination of the order information, the information of the driving route and the order receiving information;
and acquiring complaint information, and performing liability judgment on the complaint information according to one or a combination of the order information, the information of the driving route and the order receiving information.
8. An information processing method applied to a passenger terminal, the information processing method comprising:
adding an identifier to the display position;
acquiring the position information added at the position adding mark and sending the position information,
the position information comprises a starting point position, at least one passing point position and an end point position.
9. The information processing method according to claim 8, further comprising:
displaying a modified route point identifier and/or a modified end point identifier;
and acquiring information of the modified passing point and/or the modified end point, and sending the information of the modified passing point and/or the modified end point.
10. The information processing method according to claim 8, further comprising:
the information to be confirmed is displayed and,
wherein the information to be confirmed comprises one or a combination of the following: route distance, order price, travel time, and transit point position dwell time.
11. The information processing method according to claim 10, further comprising:
acquiring the determination information of the information to be confirmed and sending the determination information,
wherein the determination information comprises one or a combination of the following: and confirming the information to be confirmed, selecting a vehicle type, an order type and a payment mode.
12. The information processing method according to any one of claims 8 to 11, characterized by further comprising:
the guiding information for adding and/or modifying the location information is presented.
