The patent data sets are grouped according to the indexing information to obtain patent data groups, and then the same grouping nodes and different grouping nodes among different patent data groups are obtained according to the grouping structure comparison, so that a user can visually see the patent layout condition.

Claims (10)

1. A patent data packet processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring at least two patent data sets, wherein each patent data set comprises at least one patent data, and each patent data has corresponding indexing information;
grouping each patent data set according to a indexing information grouping method to obtain at least two patent data groups, wherein each patent data group corresponds to a grouping structure, and the grouping structure comprises at least one grouping node;
selecting a first patent data set and a second patent data set from the at least two patent data sets;
and comparing the grouping structure of the first patent data group and the second patent data group by taking the first patent data group as a reference to obtain the same grouping node and different grouping nodes of the first patent data group and the second patent data group.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the acquiring at least two patent data sets comprises:
providing an indexing information base;
obtaining at least two retrieval results according to at least two retrieval modes, wherein each retrieval result comprises at least one patent datum;
giving indexing information to each patent data in the at least two retrieval results according to the indexing information base;
and obtaining at least two patent data sets, wherein each patent data set corresponds to a retrieval result, and the patent data in each patent data set has corresponding indexing information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the grouping each patent data set according to the indexing information grouping method to obtain at least two patent data groups comprises:
acquiring indexing information corresponding to the patent data in each patent data set;
grouping the patent data in each patent data set according to the indexing information;
obtaining at least two patent data groups, wherein each patent data group corresponds to a grouping structure, the grouping structure comprises at least one grouping node, the grouping node is a single-layer grouping node or a multi-level structure grouping node, and the multi-level structure grouping node is a homogeneous structure grouping node or a non-homogeneous structure grouping node.
4. The method of any of claims 1-3, wherein the first patent data set comprises one or more patent data sets, the second patent data set comprises one or more patent data sets,
the comparing, with the first patent data set as a reference, a grouping structure with the second patent data set to obtain a same grouping node and a different grouping node of the first patent data set and the second patent data set includes:
comparing with each grouping structure of the second patent data group individually or with all the grouping structures of the second patent data group jointly based on the grouping structure of a specific patent data group in the first patent data group;
acquiring the grouping nodes in the grouping structure of the specific patent data group and each grouping structure of the second patent data group as the same grouping node;
and acquiring the grouping nodes which are different from each other in the grouping structure of the specific patent data group and each grouping structure of the second patent data group as different grouping nodes.
5. The method of any of claims 1-3, wherein the first patent data set comprises one or more patent data sets, the second patent data set comprises one or more patent data sets,
the comparing, with the first patent data set as a reference, a grouping structure with the second patent data set to obtain a same grouping node and a different grouping node of the first patent data set and the second patent data set includes:
comparing the grouping structures of all patent data sets in the first patent data group with the grouping structures of all patent data sets in the second patent data group separately or jointly by taking the grouping structures of all patent data sets in the first patent data group as a reference;
acquiring the grouping nodes in both the grouping structure of the specific patent data set and the grouping structure of the second patent data set as the same grouping node;
and acquiring the grouping nodes which are different from each other in the grouping structure of the specific patent data set and the grouping structure of the second patent data set as different grouping nodes.

The method of claim 3, wherein the second patent data set comprises a first layer structure covering a grouping structure of the first patent data set, wherein the first layer structure comprises a complete classification structure of patent classes, and the complete classification structure is a grouping structure obtained from a preset patent data set or a virtual patent data set, and the method further comprises:
taking the grouping structure of the second patent data group as a reference, and carrying out individual comparison or combined comparison with the grouping structure of the first data set;
and obtaining the same grouping node and different grouping nodes in the grouping structure of the first data set and the grouping structure of the second patent data set.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1-6, further comprising:
and marking the same grouping node and the different grouping nodes with different characteristics, wherein the marks with different characteristics comprise different colors, different symbols or different text formats.
8. The method of any one of claims 7, further comprising:
counting the dimension information of the same grouping node and the different grouping nodes to obtain statistical information;
and visually drawing the statistical information by using a visual chart.
9. A patent data packet processing apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring at least two patent data sets, each patent data set comprises at least one patent data, and each patent data has corresponding indexing information;
the grouping module is used for grouping each patent data set according to the indexing information grouping method to obtain at least two patent data groups, each patent data group corresponds to a grouping structure, and the grouping structure comprises at least one grouping node;
the processing module is used for selecting a first patent data set and a second patent data set from the at least two patent data sets;

10. A computer storage medium characterized by comprising a stored computer program, wherein the computer program executes the patent data packet processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
