[ first embodiment ] A method for manufacturing a semiconductor device
As shown in fig. 1, a configuration file loading method according to a first embodiment of the present invention is suitable for being applied to a configuration file loading of a display control card, such as a receiving card. The display control card is used for an on-board display lamp panel such as an LED lamp panel. Specifically, the configuration file loading method provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes, for example, the steps of:
s11: acquiring an identification mark associated with a display control card to be loaded;
s13: inquiring a relation mapping table of the identification identifier and the configuration file information on the target equipment based on the identification identifier to obtain the configuration file information corresponding to the identification identifier;
s15: acquiring a target configuration file from the target equipment according to the configuration file information; and
s17: and sending the target configuration file to the display control card to be loaded.
Generally, the user can complete the loading of the configuration file of the display control card through the configuration screen software installed on the upper computer such as a PC. Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a hardware architecture for implementing the configuration file loading method according to the embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, the input end of the display control card is connected with an upper computer through a sending card, the output end of the display control card is connected with a display lamp panel to be carried by the display control card, and the upper computer is connected with target equipment. The target device here may be, for example, a cloud server or a mobile storage device. And when the target equipment is a cloud server, the cloud server is connected with the upper computer through a network. When the target device is a mobile storage device such as a U disk, the U disk is connected with the upper computer through the USB interface. Of course, the configuration file loading method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may also be implemented by other hardware architectures, and the present invention is not limited thereto. In order to facilitate understanding of the present invention, each step of the configuration file loading method of the present embodiment will be described in detail below.
Firstly, the screen configuration software acquires an identification mark associated with a display control card to be loaded. Specifically, the screen configuration software can respond to a user operation instruction or automatically acquire an identification mark associated with the display control card to be loaded. For example, after the display control card is connected with the upper computer, the screen configuration software provides a corresponding input interface for a user to input the identification mark associated with the display control card to be loaded. And after the user inputs the identification mark and confirms, the screen configuration software responds to the user operation to acquire the identification mark input by the user. For another example, after the display control card and the display lamp panel are connected to the upper computer, the screen configuration software automatically reads information of the display control card to be loaded or the display lamp panel carried by the display control card to be loaded so as to obtain the identification mark. Therefore, the automation can be further realized, the operation process of a user is reduced, and meanwhile, errors caused by human errors can be further avoided. The identification mark can be, for example, a production code of a display lamp panel carried by the display control card. The production code of the display lamp panel carried by the display control card is used as the identification mark, so that a supplier can know the production code and the hardware information of the display screen, the display control card and the display lamp panel very through the identification mark, and the supplier can conveniently and quickly maintain the configuration file. Of course, the identification mark may also be other marks such as a product serial number of the display control card, an MAC address of the display control card, and the like, which is not limited in the present invention.
Secondly, the screen configuration software queries a relation mapping table of the identification identifier and the configuration file information on the target equipment based on the identification identifier so as to obtain the configuration file information corresponding to the identification identifier. Of course, before querying the id-profile information mapping table on the target device, the screen configuration software responds to a user operation instruction, for example, an instruction for triggering [ upload mapping table ] button operation, and selects the manufactured id-profile information mapping table to the target device. Certainly, the identifier and profile information relation mapping table is also uploaded to the target device in other manners, for example, a user logs in a cloud server through a corresponding account, and selects and uploads the identifier and profile information relation mapping table. In addition, the identifier in the identifier-profile information mapping table is, for example, a production code of the display lamp panel carried by the display control card, and the profile information in the identifier-profile information mapping table includes, for example, a model of the display lamp panel, a model of a driver chip of the display lamp panel, and a model of a decoder chip. That is, the display box body with the same model of the display lamp panel, the same model of the drive chip and the same model of the decoding chip corresponds to the same production code.
And then, the screen configuration software automatically acquires a target configuration file from the target equipment according to the configuration file information. Of course, before the target configuration file is acquired, the screen configuration software responds to a user operation instruction, for example, an instruction of triggering [ upload configuration file ] button operation to select the prepared configuration file to the target device. Of course, the configuration file and the id/profile information mapping table may also be uploaded to the target device at the same time, or the uploading manner may refer to the uploading manner of the id/profile information mapping table. Thus, at least one configuration file is stored on the target device. The file name of the configuration file also comprises the model of the display lamp panel, the model of a driving chip of the display lamp panel and the model of a decoding chip. Therefore, the screen configuration software can acquire a corresponding target configuration file on the target equipment according to the configuration file information, and the file name of the target configuration file comprises the model of the display lamp panel, the model of the drive chip of the display lamp panel and the model of the decoding chip.
And finally, the screen configuration software automatically sends the target configuration file to the display control card to be loaded so as to realize the automatic loading process of the configuration file.
Therefore, compared with the prior art in which the configuration file locally stored by the upper computer is manually searched, selected and sent to the display control card to be loaded, the configuration file loading method provided by the embodiment of the invention can ensure that the correct configuration file is searched, selected and automatically sent by automatically searching the table, automatically searching, acquiring and automatically sending the configuration file to the display control card to be loaded, thereby avoiding the problem that the configuration file is searched and selected incorrectly due to human errors, improving the correctness of the configuration file, and meanwhile, realizing the automatic searching and acquiring of the configuration file by using the configuration screen software on the upper computer, shortening the time of the whole process, improving the working efficiency and saving the cost.
In addition, after the target configuration file is obtained, the screen configuration software can also display the obtained target configuration file, so that a user can select the target configuration file according to the actual situation and send the target configuration file to the display control card to be loaded. Therefore, the user can have a larger selection space, and the user experience is improved.
In summary, the embodiment of the present invention automatically queries the identifier and configuration file information mapping table according to the identifier associated with the display control card to be loaded, automatically searches the configuration file, and automatically acquires and sends the configuration file to the display control card to be loaded through the screen configuration software, thereby realizing automatic loading of the configuration file, avoiding the problem of incorrect searching and selecting of the configuration file due to human error, and ensuring the correctness of the configuration file. In addition, when the target device is a cloud server, all the configuration files can be stored and managed on the cloud server in a centralized mode, the problem of chaotic management of the configuration files in the prior art is solved, and the management mode of the configuration files is optimized. In addition, when the target device is a mobile storage device, the user can automatically load the configuration file under the condition of no network, and the user experience is further improved.
