In any of the above embodiments, the cooking appliance includes, but is not limited to, the following: oven, microwave oven, steam box, micro-steaming and baking integrated machine, etc.
In any of the above embodiments, the cooking appliance according to the present invention employs a flow channel type steam generator.

controlling the gravity sensor to detect a second current weight of the steam generator based on the absence of liquid inside the steam generator;
and controlling the prompting device of the cooking utensil to work according to the second current weight and the second preset weight of the steam generator.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the step of controlling the operation of the prompting device of the cooking appliance according to the second current weight and the second preset weight of the steam generator comprises:
calculating a second weight difference between the second current weight and the second preset weight;
controlling the prompting device to send out second prompting information based on the condition that the second weight difference is larger than or equal to a second weight value;
controlling the prompting device to stop working based on the condition that the second weight difference is smaller than a second weight value;
wherein the second preset weight is the weight of the steam generator without liquid and scale, and the second weight value is the preset scale cleaning weight.
9. The method of controlling a cooking appliance according to claim 7, wherein the step of controlling the gravity sensor to detect the second current weight of the steam generator further comprises:
