All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The method, the device and the electronic system for detecting the power grid event can be applied to the electric energy meter detection equipment to reduce the test coverage rate, the accuracy rate and the leak detection rate of the electric energy meter, so that the product quality problem of the electric energy meter is avoided.
For the sake of understanding the present embodiment, first, a method for detecting a grid event disclosed in the present embodiment is described in detail.
Embodiment one:
the embodiment of the invention provides a detection method of a power grid event, which is applied to detection equipment; the detection equipment is connected with the electric energy meter; as shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
step S102, receiving an adjustment instruction; the adjustment instruction comprises a specified output value of the target grid event;
the adjustment command may be a power adjustment command; the target power grid event comprises voltage loss, undervoltage, overvoltage, current loss, overcurrent, unbalanced voltage and current and the like, and the target power grid event can comprise a plurality of types and at least comprises one of the power grid events; the specified output value can comprise various output values such as a voltage value, a current value, a phase value and the like; the specific specified output value is set by the type of the target grid event.
In actual implementation, the adjustment instruction may be sent to the detection device through a terminal device in communication with the detection device, where the adjustment instruction is typically sent by a user clicking an option in a user interface provided by the terminal device; the user can select a target power grid event to be simulated by the detection equipment in a user interface provided by the terminal equipment, and after the selection is completed, the adjustment instruction comprises a designated output value of the target power grid event; for example, the target grid event includes a voltage loss event, and the specified output value of the target grid event included in the corresponding adjustment instruction is a specified voltage value, a specified current value and a specified phase value.
In addition, the adjustment mode of the adjustment instruction comprises source lowering adjustment and source non-lowering adjustment; the adjustment mode can be selected in the terminal equipment by a user, and two adjustment modes are generally provided in an application program of the terminal equipment, including source-lowering adjustment and source-non-lowering adjustment, so that the user can select the adjustment mode according to actual needs.
Step S104, if the current output value does not meet the specified output value, adjusting the current output value according to a preset adjustment rule; the preset regulation rules comprise regulation rules without source reduction;
the current output value is an output value of a power supply of the detection device, such as a power supply voltage value, a power supply current value, a power supply phase value, and the like; the preset adjustment rule corresponds to the adjustment mode of the adjustment instruction, and when the adjustment mode is the adjustment without source lowering, the preset adjustment rule is the adjustment rule without source lowering; when the adjustment mode is source reduction adjustment, the preset adjustment rule is source reduction adjustment rule.
Specifically, after receiving the adjustment instruction, the detection device first determines that the current output value of the power supply of the detection device is inconsistent with the specified output value, for example, if the current output value is greater than the specified output value, the current output value is adjusted according to an adjustment mode corresponding to the adjustment instruction, so that the adjusted output value is identical to the specified output value. The condition that the output values are different in gear can be avoided in a mode of adjusting without reducing the source, so that the current output value can be quickly adjusted based on the gear of the current output value or adjusted based on preset adjustment parameters; in general, there may be an error between the current output value after gear adjustment and the designated output value, so the current output value after gear adjustment may be corrected so that the adjusted output value is the same as the designated output value. The mode of adjusting without lowering the source can effectively avoid the end of the power grid event caused by the adjustment of the power supply, realizes the simultaneous simulation of multiple types of power grid events, and triggers and ends the step-guiding of the multiple types of power grid events.
And S106, outputting the adjusted output value to the electric energy meter so that the electric energy meter can detect the target grid event of the adjusted output value.
The electric energy meter can detect the sending of the grid event generally, after the detection equipment simulates the output of the target grid event, the electric energy meter can judge the size of the input adjusted output value, and when the triggering condition of the target grid event is met, namely the electric energy meter detects the occurrence of the target grid event. After the electric energy meter detects the adjusted output value, the electric energy meter can continuously detect the adjusted output value within a certain delay time, so that the occurrence of the target power grid event can be determined.
The embodiment of the invention provides a power grid event detection method, which is used for receiving an adjustment instruction; the adjustment instruction comprises a specified output value of the target grid event; if the current output value does not meet the specified output value, adjusting the current output value according to a preset adjustment rule; the preset regulation rules comprise regulation rules without source reduction; and outputting the adjusted output value to the electric energy meter so that the electric energy meter can detect the target grid event of the adjusted output value. In the mode, the current output value is adjusted in a mode of not reducing the source, so that stable output of non-adjustment items is ensured, grid events and application scenes can be accurately simulated, the coverage rate, the accuracy and the leak detection rate of the test are improved, and further the quality problem of electric energy meter products is avoided.
Embodiment two:
the embodiment provides another power grid event detection method, which focuses on describing a specific implementation manner of the step of adjusting the current output value according to a preset adjustment rule if the current output value does not meet the specified output value, as shown in fig. 2, and includes the following steps:
step S202, receiving an adjustment instruction;
step S204, judging whether the current voltage value is consistent with the appointed voltage value; if yes, locking the current voltage value to be unchanged; if not, adjusting the current voltage value;
after receiving the adjustment instruction, the detection device can firstly judge whether the current voltage value of the power supply in the detection device is consistent with the appointed voltage value; this determination is typically a relatively coarse determination, e.g., the accuracy of the determination may be in integer bits, which may be negligible for decimal values; if the current voltage value is consistent with the appointed voltage value, the current voltage value can be locked to be unchanged so as to adjust other current output values, and the adjustment mode can ensure stable output of non-adjustment items.
If the current voltage value is inconsistent with the designated voltage value, the wide-range adjustment of 57.7V, 100V and 230V specifications is met through the wide-range design of the detection equipment, and no gear distinction is performed; when the current voltage value is adjusted, the voltage in the detection equipment is not subjected to gear division, and one gear is used for covering, so that the current voltage value can be directly adjusted without switching the voltage gears, the current value of the current and the current value of the phase are kept to be in suspension, the voltage value is directly adjusted based on a standard table in the detection equipment, and the accuracy of the adjusted current voltage value and the specified voltage value is compared, so that the whole current voltage value is identical to the specified voltage value.
Step S206, judging whether the current value is consistent with the appointed current value; if yes, locking the current value to be unchanged; if not, judging whether the current gear of the current value is consistent with the current gear of the appointed current value; if yes, locking the current value to be unchanged; if not, the current gear of the current value is quickly adjusted so that the current gear of the current value is consistent with the current gear of the appointed current value.
If the current value is consistent with the appointed current value, the adjustment mode is the same as the adjustment mode of the current voltage value, the current value can be locked to be unchanged, other current output values can be adjusted, and the adjustment mode can ensure stable output of non-adjustment items.
If the current value is inconsistent with the specified current value, judging whether the current gear of the current value is consistent with the current gear of the specified current value; if the current gear of the current value is consistent with the current gear of the appointed current value, the current value is locked to be unchanged so as to adjust other current output values, and the adjustment mode can ensure stable output of non-adjustment items.
If the current gear of the current value is inconsistent with the current gear of the appointed current value, the situation of avoiding different gears of current and gear switching is designed according to the regulation rule without reducing the source, so that the current gear of the current value can be quickly regulated to zero, and then the current gear of the appointed current value is quickly regulated, and the process is quicker due to the time of regulating the gears, so that the end of a target power grid event caused by gear switching is avoided; the current gear in the detection device may include various gears, such as 100A, 20A, 5A, 1A, 0.2A, 0.02A, and the like. For example, the current value is 1A in the gear, the designated current value is 5A in the gear, the current value can be adjusted to 0A first, and the value 5A is adjusted quickly.
Step S208, judging whether the current phase value is consistent with the specified phase value; if not, according to the preset phase adjustment parameters, the current phase value is adjusted until the adjusted current phase value is consistent with the designated phase value.
The preset phase adjustment parameters can be set according to actual requirements, in this embodiment, 2 ° is taken as an example for explanation, if the current phase value is inconsistent with the specified phase value, the current phase is adjusted without source reduction (voltage and current included angle), the current voltage and current are kept unchanged, switching is performed every 2 ° to avoid abnormal voltage and current data and alarm caused by rapid switching; and judging the current phase value and the appointed phase value once every switching until the adjusted current phase value is consistent with the appointed phase value.
After the step of adjusting the current output value, the method further includes: correcting the adjusted output value;
because the judgment that the current voltage value is consistent with the appointed voltage value is not accurate enough, the current voltage value is corrected after the judgment is consistent, when the current voltage value is corrected, the current value of the current and the phase is kept to suspend processing, the voltage value is directly adjusted based on a standard table in the detection device, and the accuracy of the adjusted current voltage value and the appointed voltage value is compared, so that the whole current voltage value is identical with the appointed voltage value.
Similarly, because the current value is consistent with the specified current value and the judgment that the current gear of the current value is consistent with the current gear of the specified current value is not accurate enough, the current value is corrected after the judgment is consistent, when the current value is corrected, the current value of the voltage and the phase is maintained to suspend processing, the current value is directly adjusted based on a standard table in the detection equipment, and the accuracy of the adjusted current value and the specified current value is compared, so that the whole current value is identical with the specified current value.
Similarly, because the judgment that the current phase value is consistent with the specified phase value is not accurate enough, the included angle between the current voltage and the current can be directly subjected to small-amplitude fine adjustment; specifically, the current phase value may be slightly corrected based on a standard table in the detection apparatus, and the accuracy of the adjusted current phase value and the specified phase value may be compared, so that the entire current phase value is identical to the specified phase value.
The adjustment mode and the correction mode are all adjustment modes without source dropping, and the ending or the change of the power grid event is not triggered.
For the step of correcting the current output value in the above steps, it should be noted that, referring to the schematic structural diagram of correcting the current output value shown in fig. 3; the correction process of the current output value can be realized by using units such as a standard table, an ARM signal source, a clock, a control board, a voltage power amplifier, a current power amplifier and the like which are arranged in the detection equipment; specifically, the ARM signal source adopts digital frequency modulation, digital amplitude modulation and digital phase shift digital synthesis sine wave technology, a CPU carries out digital dispersion on sine wave fundamental waves according to requirements and stores the sine wave fundamental waves in a RAM, a frequency reference generator inputs sine wave digital quantities stored in the RAM into a D/A converter through a counter, two paths of digital synthesis sine waves with certain phase relations are respectively obtained, and the digital synthesis sine waves are used as signals of voltage and current to be input into a power amplifier. The output voltage, current, phase and frequency have satisfactory setting precision and regulation fineness, and the device is ensured to have higher output stability and lower distortion degree. The standard meter is used for signal acquisition and accuracy comparison of voltage, current, power, phase and the like; the voltage and current power amplifier adopts advanced PWM power amplification technology, and designs perfect voltage short circuit overload, current open circuit overload and rapid current limiting protection measures, so as to ensure the long-term stable and reliable operation of the power amplifier, and the schematic diagram is shown in figure 4. The clock, in order to reduce the high frequency signal easy to be disturbed and the working capacity of the timing counter of the error calculator, needs to distribute the clock reference 10MHz signal, and can select the frequency output divided into two signals of 500KHz or 100KHz, the schematic block diagram is shown in figure 5. I/O output, realizing functions such as communication, error collection, multifunctional output and the like.
Step S210, outputting the adjusted output value to the electric energy meter, and detecting the occurrence of a target power grid event by the electric energy meter when the adjusted output value meets the preset configuration parameters for triggering the electric energy meter; the preset configuration parameters of the electric energy meter are matched with the appointed output value of the target power grid event.
The preset configuration parameters comprise parameters such as a trigger upper limit, a trigger lower limit, delay time and the like; the preset configuration parameters may be set by:
before the terminal equipment sends an adjustment instruction to the detection equipment, the terminal equipment generates preset configuration parameters according to the appointed output value of the target power grid event, sends an encryption instruction to the encryption equipment so that the preset configuration parameters are subjected to encryption processing, and sends the preset configuration parameters after the encryption processing to the electric energy meter so that the electric energy meter configures the preset configuration parameters. For example, if the target power grid time is voltage loss and the designated voltage value is 100V, the triggering lower limit of the preset configuration parameter can be set to be 101V, 100V or the like, and the delay time is 5 seconds.
Specifically, the electric energy meter may be disposed in the detection device; after the detection equipment outputs the adjusted output value to the electric energy meter, the electric energy meter can compare the adjusted output value with the preset configuration parameter, and when the triggering condition of the preset configuration parameter is met, the electric energy meter detects that a target power grid event occurs; for example, if the target power grid time is voltage loss and the designated voltage value is 100V, the triggering lower limit of the preset configuration parameter can be set to be 101V; when the current voltage value after adjustment is 100V and the voltage of 100V is received, the voltage of 100V is smaller than the triggering lower limit 101V of the preset configuration parameter, and the voltage of 100V continuously received within 5 seconds is determined to meet the preset configuration parameter for triggering the electric energy meter, and the electric energy meter detects the occurrence of a target power grid event, namely the power grid has a voltage loss event.
The method also comprises terminal equipment; the terminal equipment is in communication connection with the detection equipment; the terminal equipment is in communication connection with the electric energy meter; after the step of outputting the adjusted output value to the electric energy meter, the method further includes: and sending a successful adjustment instruction to the terminal equipment so that the terminal equipment records the detection result of the target power grid event.
After the adjusted output value is output to the electric energy meter, the detection equipment also sends an instruction of successful adjustment to the terminal equipment, and after the terminal equipment receives the instruction, the detection result and detection data of the target power grid event are recorded and stored in the file server, the remote database group and the local data, so that the follow-up data query of the test record is facilitated; the detection record stored in the database generally comprises a power grid event type, the size of an output value to be adjusted and a process of establishing connection by sending and receiving instructions; preset configuration parameters of the electric energy meter, etc.; of course, the detection result and the detection data of the electric energy meter are read, and the time of delay reading is also read; the final database stores the whole detection flow example of the statistics of the grid event from the first instruction sending to the last grid event reading, for example, a grid event record detection flow diagram shown in fig. 6 is a record data of the voltage loss event, and of course, the database includes detection records of multiple grid event types, which is not limited to the grid event record data shown in fig. 6.
In addition, after the step of receiving the adjustment instruction, the method further includes: and reading the current register parameter, and if the specified output value is inconsistent with the current register parameter, updating the current register parameter to the specified output value.
The parameters of the current register at least comprise the current output value, if the appointed output value is inconsistent with the current register parameters, the appointed output value is assigned to the current register parameters, and the current register parameters are updated to the appointed output value.
It should be noted that after the detection device outputs the adjusted output value, the adjusted output value is restored to the normal voltage, current and phase value again after the preset time, so as to facilitate the output of the next simulated grid event.
In the mode, when the detection equipment simulates output values of power grid events such as voltage, current, power factor and the like, the output values are adjusted in a non-source-dropping adjustment mode, so that stable output of non-adjustment items is ensured, the power grid events and application scenes are accurately simulated, and the coverage rate, the accuracy rate and the detection rate of BUG of the test are improved; in addition, the mode of no source-dropping adjustment can effectively avoid the end of a power grid event caused by power supply adjustment, realize the simultaneous simulation of multiple types of power grid events, and realize the step-guiding triggering and the end of the multiple types of power grid events. The automatic software test script running by the terminal equipment in communication connection with the detection equipment realizes flexible selection of source reduction and source non-source reduction, improves the execution efficiency of the automatic test script and improves the test efficiency. For the electric network event of the statistical type, accurate data analysis and statistics are realized, the misjudgment probability is reduced, the data accuracy is improved, and further, the product quality problem of the electric energy meter is avoided.
Referring to fig. 7, a schematic structural diagram of a specific detection device includes a terminal device, an encryption device, an electric energy meter, a testing device, and a database; the terminal equipment is respectively connected with the encryption equipment, the electric energy meter, the testing device and the database in a communication way; the electric energy meter is arranged on the testing device and is connected with the testing device; the terminal equipment runs an automatic script program, executes and generates preset configuration parameters, encrypts the preset configuration parameters, sends instructions for setting, starting and receiving parameters of the electric energy meter, controls the testing device to correspondingly output according to logic of the automatic script program, and records a detection result. After the operation of the automatic script program is completed, the corresponding test record and message can be queried. The terminal equipment is used for designing and running an automatic script program; the database is used for storing data such as schemes, records and the like. The testing device is used for simulating the output of the power grid event by adopting a non-source-dropping adjustment mode.
