Description

Ground heating structure
Technical Field
The invention relates to a floor heating structure constructed by utilizing a support.
Background
The radiant floor heating (floor heating) occupies a place in an indoor heating mode, and has the advantages of being fast in temperature rise, capable of uniformly distributing warm air indoors with floor heating and the like. Therefore, in modern decoration, especially in home decoration, consumers are more and more interested in replacing traditional heating means (such as radiator fins) with ground heating. However, during the laying of the heating line, it is often necessary to use a cement backfilling process to cover the heating line (referred to as wet construction) before subsequent further finishing work can be performed. This method not only has a long construction period, but also occupies a large space (usually 8-15cm), which results in a reduction in the height of the floor available indoors, making the overall space narrow. In addition, in use, if maintenance is needed, the backfill material must be planed, which is labor-consuming and easy to cause secondary damage to other pipelines located below. Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, dry construction for laying a heating line is introduced. The application is advantageous in one or more respects compared to known floor heating structures.

Detailed Description
Some possible embodiments of the present application are described below with reference to the drawings. It should be noted that the figures are not drawn to scale. Some details may be exaggerated for clarity and some details not necessarily shown may be omitted.
Generally, a heating pipeline is laid by adopting a traditional wet construction method. On the floor 4 of the building there is laid a heating line, which may be arranged in a manner known in the art and/or made using materials known in the art. After the heating lines are laid, the inner space is backfilled with cement, which fills the spaces between the heating lines and between the lines and the vertical walls and completely covers the heating lines, which may be leveled in a manner known in the art in preparation for further installation of the support panels 6 and floor tiles 8.
As shown in fig. 1, according to one embodiment of the present application, dry construction using a bracket assembly 1 may be used instead of wet construction of cement backfill. The stent assembly 1 comprises a stent body 2 and a support 3. The support member 3 is mounted to the stand body 2, and the support member 3 has an adjustable support height.
As shown in fig. 2 to 3, the stent body 2 includes: a vertical rod 22 with an external thread; a base 21 configured to be adapted to be mounted to the floor 4. The base 21 includes a corrugated ridge 23 and a mounting hole 24. The corrugated ridge 23 may be one or more for enhancing the supporting ability of the stent body 2. The mounting holes 24 are distributed around the corrugated ridge 23 for mounting the stand body 2 to the floor 4. The mounting holes 24 may be of different sizes and may be attached to the ground 4 using different sizes of fasteners such as cement nails/expansion bolts/screws.
As shown in fig. 4 to 5, the support 3 includes: a support body 31 having a centrally located vertical aperture; a support sleeve 32 comprising a horizontally extending flat support flange 32a and a vertically extending cylindrical portion 32b, said flat support flange 32a supporting the support body 31, said cylindrical portion 32b being configured to fit into said opening and provided with an internal thread cooperating with an external thread on the upright 22; a rubber sheet 33 attached (such as embedded, bonded) and protruding from the upper surface of the support body 31. After laying the support sheet material 6 on the support 3, said rubber sheet 33 is flattened for fastening the support sheet material 6 to the support 3, thereby forming a cushion to provide a perfect silencing effect.
In this context, the term "support" may be understood as any component that may be used for support. The support member 3 is a plate of wood/metal/resin/other material having a certain thickness and length and width (radial) dimensions, and has a vertical hole formed in the middle. The support 3 may have any shape suitable for supporting building boards, such as support boards 6 or keels and the like. For example, the upper surface of the support 3 may be circular, square, hexagonal, etc. In some embodiments, the support 3 may also have a claw-type or mosaic configuration.
As shown in fig. 6, there is shown an embodiment of laying a floor heating structure using the bracket assembly 1 according to the present invention. First, a heating line 20 is laid on the floor 4 of the building, which may be arranged in a manner known in the art and/or made using materials known in the art. After laying the heating air line 20, the rack assembly 1 is arranged in a suitable manner at a suitable location on the ground 4. In one embodiment of the present application, the bracket body 2 of the bracket assembly 1 may be fastened to the ground 4, for example by screws, through the mounting holes 24, and then, in the case where the support sleeve 32 and the support 3 are separate parts, the internally threaded support sleeve 32 is screwed onto the externally threaded upright 22 and adjusted to a height suitable for the warm air line 20. In one embodiment, the support height is adjusted by one unit per quarter turn (90 degrees) of the support sleeve 32. The one unit is adapted to enable convenient and effective adjustment of the support height. The surface to which the rubber sheet 33 is attached is directed upward and the support 3 is mounted on the support sleeve 32, wherein the flat support flange 32b can abut against the lower surface of the support 3. In one embodiment, screw holes may be formed in the flat support flange 32b for fastening the support flange 32b and the support 31 together with screws through the screw holes (and/or with an adhesive). In another embodiment, the support 31 may be configured such that the flat support flange 32b is directly fitted into the support 3 to be formed as one body. The support 3 may be mounted to the bracket body 2 in the above-described manner. The support sheet 6 may be plywood, which may be supported by the support 3. In another embodiment, the support sheet 6 may be supported on the support 3 at each corner thereof, as shown in fig. 7. The height of the interior space is defined between the lower surface of the support panel 6 and the upper surface of the floor 4. In this way, a plurality of rack assemblies 1 are arranged on the ground, said plurality of rack assemblies 1 may be distributed in a matrix. The support sheet 6, which is typically a composite sheet, is pressed against and flattened against the rubber sheet 33 attached to the support 3 for fastening the support sheet to the support, thereby providing cushioning to provide a perfect silencing effect. The supporting plate 6 can be paved with floor tiles 8. Because the rack assembly 1 has corrugated ridges 23 for enhanced support capability and is secured to the ground 4 by mounting holes 24, the rack assembly 1 can withstand the weight of overlying, for example, support panels 6, tiles 8, etc.
Furthermore, in one embodiment of the present application, the corners of each support plate 6 may optionally have chamfers, and a filler 7 (as shown in fig. 6) may be filled in the space between the corners, in such a way that the support plates 6 and the filler 7 may constitute a flat surface. Alternatively, the corners of each support panel 6 may not have chamfers (as shown in fig. 8-9), for example, where the support height of the rack assembly is sufficiently low.
In addition to the support assemblies 1 being distributed in a matrix on the ground 4, according to one embodiment of the present application for constructing a floor heating structure, for the support panels 6 adjacent to the wall, the edges (or corners) adjacent to the wall may be supported by support elements (such as support strips) fixed to the wall, and the edges not adjacent to the wall are supported by the supports 3 of the respective support assemblies 1. For the supporting plates 6 not adjacent to the wall, the corners thereof are supported by the supporting members 3 of the bracket assembly 1, respectively. The upper surface of the support strip and the upper surface of each support 3 are level and horizontal. The support strip has a generally rectangular cross-section and the support sheet 6 is supported by the upper surface of the support strip.
The bracket body 2 may be configured such that the height of the interior space is slightly higher than the outer diameter of the heater line 20, which may make the available indoor space larger, raising the temperature of the building interior space faster. The support height of the above-mentioned support 3 can be adjusted. In the present application, the support height of the adjustable support 3 is considered in the present application as the height of the interior space.
In an embodiment of the application, the height of the inner space of the floor heating structure can be less than or equal to 5cm, and compared with wet construction (the cement backfilling mode needs to occupy more than 8cm in height and as high as 15cm), the available indoor space is larger. In one embodiment of the application, the height of the inner space of the floor heating structure may also be less than or equal to 2.5 cm.
In one embodiment of the present application, the floor heating structure further may include a heat insulating reflective film 21. The heat-insulating reflective film 21 advantageously blocks the downward conduction of heat from the heating lines 20, so that most or even all of the heat is conducted upward, and therefore the interior of the room above it can be rapidly warmed.
Also disclosed herein is another embodiment of the floor heating structure of the present application that includes a keel structure and can be used for the laying of wood flooring 12, including simulated wood flooring. As shown in fig. 10, a heating air line 20 is laid on the floor 4 of the building, which may be arranged in a manner known in the art and/or made using materials known in the art. After laying the heating air line 20, the bracket assembly 1 is installed in a suitable manner at a suitable location on the ground 4. The rack assembly 1 includes a rack body 2 and a support 3. The manner of installing the rack assembly 1 can be referred to as the manner of installing the rack assembly 1 when laying the floor tiles 8. The support 3 is intended to support a keel structure in the form of a support strip 11 thereon, said support strip 11 being pressed against said rubber sheet 33 to collapse said rubber sheet 33 for supporting the keel structure on the rubber sheet 33, thereby providing cushioning to create a perfectly silent effect. The manner of construction of the keel structure may be as known in the art. After the keel structure is erected, the wood floor 12, which is generally in the shape of a strip, is laid on the keel structure. The elongated wood flooring 12 extends in a direction perpendicular to the supporting strips 11. The lower surface of the support bar 11 and the upper surface of the floor 4 define the height of the interior space therebetween. Since the bracket assembly 1 has the corrugated ridges 23 for enhancing the supporting ability and is fastened to the floor 4 through the mounting holes 24, the bracket assembly 1 can bear the weight of the overlying support bars 11, wood flooring 12, and the like. The wood flooring 12 includes, but is not limited to, solid wood flooring, multi-layered composite flooring, solid wood composite flooring, and the like. Alternatively, the keel structure may comprise longitudinal support bars and transverse support bars perpendicular thereto to further enhance the robustness of the keel structure.
As can be easily seen from the above description, the ground heating structure for the wood flooring 12 differs from the ground heating structure for the floor tiles 8 at least in that: the supporting plates 6 will cover the whole ground 4 after the laying is completed, there is almost no gap between adjacent supporting plates 6, so the heating pipe line 20 laid thereunder is not visible; however, the supporting bars 11 constituting the keel structure are in the shape of long and thin bars, and a considerable gap (space) exists between the adjacent supporting bars, so that the heating pipe line 20 laid thereunder is visible after the laying is completed. It follows that the floor heating structure claimed in the present application is applicable to both floor tiles 8 (using the support sheet 6) and wood floors 12 (using the keel structure in the form of the support bars 11), although the structure and manner of laying is slightly different.
Herein, the floor tile including the aforementioned floor tiles 8, wood floors 12, and the like may be referred to as a floor sheet.
Of course, in the floor heating structure, other pipelines such as electric lines and the like may be laid in addition to the heating line 20.
Although the present application is described herein with reference to particular embodiments, the scope of the present application is not intended to be limited to the details shown. Various modifications and combinations of these details may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit or scope of the application.
