一种防火门扇及其制作方法。防火门扇包括门板、边框和角码;本发明效果:采用的门板板材是不燃材料,燃烧等级可以达到A级,可完全满足防火门的要求,而且厚度比钢板厚,隔热效果好。在中间放置无机隔热材料,可进一步提高防火门扇的隔热效果,防火效果更好。在门板板材的可视面采用覆膜装饰处理,装饰效果已经达到家装级的装饰效果,能满足室内各种防火门的要求。防火门的主体结构采用铝合金结构,采用金属结构固定的方式连接门板形成门扇,粘接的胶粘剂层仅仅起到辅助作用,在发生火灾的情况下,胶粘剂层会完全失去作用,但是,金属结构固定的门板仍然能够牢固地固定住门板以阻挡住火焰。

本发明属于建筑装饰技术领域,特别是涉及一种防火门扇及其制作方法。
背景技术
防火门有着广泛的应用需求,近几年,随着相关标准对高层消防的要求越来越高,市场对防火门的要求也越来越高。但是市场上供应的防火门品种十分单一,主要是钢制的防火门和木制防火门。钢制防火门主要用于入户门,兼有防盗门的功能,木制防火门通过普通木材刷防火漆制成。这两种防火门装饰效果都非常差,无法用于室内。市场上需要一种能够用于室内的、装饰效果好的防火门。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供了一种防火门扇及其制作方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供的防火门扇包括门板、边框和角码;其中,所述的边框是由两根沿垂直方向平行设置的长框条和两根沿水平方向设置的短框条利用四个角码依次首尾相连而构成的长方形框架,并且边框的前后端面外侧边缘分别向外突出形成有一圈截面呈倒L形的插接边,中部为空腔;门板的四个侧面中部向内凹陷形成有一圈插接槽,由此在该部位形成一个外凸台和一个内凸台,并且外凸台的高度大于内凸台的高度;两块门板分别固定在边框的前后端面上,并且边框前后端的插接边上的垂直边分别插入在两块门板上相应的插接槽内。
所述的门板与边框的接触部位设有胶粘剂层。
所述的门板采用硅酸钙板、玻镁板、水泥纤维板和无机板材中的任一种作为门板板材,外表面粘贴有门板装饰层。
所述的防火门扇还包括粘贴在边框外侧面上的装饰条,装饰条的可视面上设有边框装饰层,并且边框装饰层与门板装饰层采用相同的材料。
所述的防火门扇还包括多根横隔条,横隔条间隔设置在由两块门板和边框围成的空间内,采用金属材料制成,形状为截面呈方形或矩形的中空管状,每根横隔条的两端分别插接在一个连接件上,连接件与边框螺接在一起,并且横隔条与门板的接触部位设有胶粘剂层。
所述的防火门扇还包括填充在横隔条之间、横隔条与边框之间的无机隔热材料,无机隔热材料采用岩棉或玻璃棉。
本发明提供的防火门扇的制作方法包括按顺序进行的下列步骤:
1)在门板板材的背面涂上一层油漆或胶粘剂,以封闭住表面;然后在正面先进行油漆渗透处理,使油漆渗透到门板板材内部并固化,之后在渗透漆层表面施涂一层油漆并固化,使油漆层表面平整光滑适合覆膜;
2)在门板板材的四个侧面上加工出插接槽,由此形成外凸台和内凸台;
3)使用渗透油漆在外凸台、内凸台上补漆,并使油漆部分渗透到门板板材内部并固化;
4)在带有油漆层的门板板材正面覆膜并包覆到位于两侧的外凸台的外表面上,然后手工包覆上下端面,使膜包覆到位于两端的外凸台的外表面上,由此形成门板装饰层,最终制成门板;
5)在两块门板及一根长框条中部铣出门锁安装孔,并在两根长框条的内侧间隔距离用螺丝对称固定多个连接件;
6)将四个角码插到两根长框条和两根短框条相邻端的空腔中,依次在两个相对应的连接件上插入一根横隔条,初步组装好边框和横隔条;
7)将一块门板背面朝上放到工作台上,在上述已初步组装好的边框和横隔条的背面与门板相接触的部位涂上胶粘剂并放到门板上,使边框后端的插接边上的垂直边与该门板上的插接槽对齐,然后将无机隔热材料填充在横隔条之间、横隔条与边框之间,之后在边框和横隔条的正面与另一块门板相接触的部位涂上胶粘剂,再将另一块门板的背面朝下放到边框和横隔条上,使边框前端的插接边上的垂直边与此门板上的插接槽对齐,用橡皮锤敲击并向内挤紧边框上的四根框条,使边框前后端面的插接边上的垂直边分别插入到两块门板上的插接槽内,使四个角码的拼接部位没有间隙,之后用角码机将四个角码固定死;
8)最后在边框的四周用胶粘剂粘上装饰条,待胶粘剂完全固化后安装铰链及门锁,由此制成所述的防火门扇。
本发明提供的防火门扇及其制作方法具有如下有益效果:

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
如图1-图5所示,本发明提供的防火门扇包括门板1、边框2和角码3;其中,所述的边框2是由两根沿垂直方向平行设置的长框条和两根沿水平方向设置的短框条利用四个角码3依次首尾相连而构成的长方形框架,并且边框2的前后端面外侧边缘分别向外突出形成有一圈截面呈倒L形的插接边4,中部为空腔9,用来插接角码3、安装门锁;门板1的四个侧面中部向内凹陷形成有一圈插接槽5,由此在该部位形成一个外凸台7和一个内凸台8,并且外凸台7的高度大于内凸台8的高度;两块门板1分别固定在边框2的前后端面上,并且边框2前后端的插接边4上的垂直边分别插入在两块门板1上相应的插接槽5内。
所述的门板1与边框2的接触部位设有胶粘剂层,用于加强两者间的连接。

5)在两块门板1及一根长框条中部铣出门锁安装孔,并在两根长框条的内侧间隔距离用螺丝对称固定多个连接件14;
6)将四个角码3插到两根长框条和两根短框条相邻端的空腔9中,依次在两个相对应的连接件14上插入一根横隔条13,初步组装好边框2和横隔条13;
7)将一块门板1背面朝上放到工作台上,在上述已初步组装好的边框2和横隔条13的背面与门板1相接触的部位涂上胶粘剂并放到门板1上,使边框2后端的插接边4上的垂直边与该门板1上的插接槽5对齐,然后将无机隔热材料填充在横隔条13之间、横隔条13与边框2之间,之后在边框2和横隔条3的正面与另一块门板1相接触的部位涂上胶粘剂,再将另一块门板1的背面朝下放到边框2和横隔条3上,使边框2前端的插接边4上的垂直边与此门板1上的插接槽5对齐,用橡皮锤敲击并向内挤紧边框2上的四根框条,使边框2前后端面的插接边4上的垂直边分别插入到两块门板1上的插接槽5内,使四个角码3的拼接部位没有间隙,之后用角码机将四个角码3固定死;
8)最后在边框2的四周用胶粘剂粘上装饰条11,待胶粘剂完全固化后安装铰链及门锁,由此制成所述的防火门扇。

1.一种防火门扇,其特征在于:所述的防火门扇包括门板(1)、边框(2)和角码(3);其中,所述的边框(2)是由两根沿垂直方向平行设置的长框条和两根沿水平方向设置的短框条利用四个角码(3)依次首尾相连而构成的长方形框架,并且边框(2)的前后端面外侧边缘分别向外突出形成有一圈截面呈倒L形的插接边(4),中部为空腔(9);门板(1)的四个侧面中部向内凹陷形成有一圈插接槽(5),由此在该部位形成一个外凸台(7)和一个内凸台(8),并且外凸台(7)的高度大于内凸台(8)的高度;两块门板(1)分别固定在边框(2)的前后端面上,并且边框(2)前后端的插接边(4)上的垂直边分别插入在两块门板(1)上相应的插接槽(5)内。

5.根据权利要求1所述的防火门扇,其特征在于:所述的防火门扇还包括多根横隔条(13),横隔条(13)间隔设置在由两块门板(1)和边框(2)围成的空间内,采用金属材料制成,形状为截面呈方形或矩形的中空管状,每根横隔条(13)的两端分别插接在一个连接件(14)上,连接件(14)与边框(2)螺接在一起,并且横隔条(13)与门板(1)的接触部位设有胶粘剂层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防火门扇,其特征在于:所述的防火门扇还包括填充在横隔条(13)之间、横隔条(13)与边框(2)之间的无机隔热材料,无机隔热材料采用岩棉或玻璃棉。
7.一种如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的防火门扇的制作方法,其特征在于:所述的制作方法包括按顺序进行的下列步骤:
1)在门板板材的背面涂上一层油漆或胶粘剂,以封闭住表面;然后在正面先进行油漆渗透处理,使油漆渗透到门板板材内部并固化,之后在渗透漆层表面施涂一层油漆并固化,使油漆层表面平整光滑适合覆膜;
2)在门板板材的四个侧面上加工出插接槽(5),由此形成外凸台(7)和内凸台(8);
3)使用渗透油漆在外凸台(7)、内凸台(8)上补漆,并使油漆部分渗透到门板板材内部并固化;
4)在带有油漆层的门板板材(1)正面覆膜并包覆到位于两侧的外凸台(7)的外表面上,然后手工包覆上下端面,使膜包覆到位于两端的外凸台(7)的外表面上,由此形成门板装饰层(6),最终制成门板(1);
5)在两块门板(1)及一根长框条中部铣出门锁安装孔,并在两根长框条的内侧间隔距离用螺丝对称固定多个连接件(14);
6)将四个角码(3)插到两根长框条和两根短框条相邻端的空腔(9)中,依次在两个相对应的连接件(14)上插入一根横隔条(13),初步组装好边框(2)和横隔条(13);
7)将一块门板(1)背面朝上放到工作台上,在上述已初步组装好的边框(2)和横隔条(13)的背面与门板(1)相接触的部位涂上胶粘剂并放到门板(1)上,使边框(2)后端的插接边(4)上的垂直边与该门板(1)上的插接槽(5)对齐,然后将无机隔热材料填充在横隔条(13)之间、横隔条(13)与边框(2)之间,之后在边框(2)和横隔条(3)的正面与另一块门板(1)相接触的部位涂上胶粘剂,再将另一块门板(1)的背面朝下放到边框(2)和横隔条(3)上,使边框(2)前端的插接边(4)上的垂直边与此门板(1)上的插接槽(5)对齐,用橡皮锤敲击并向内挤紧边框(2)上的四根框条,使边框(2)前后端面的插接边(4)上的垂直边分别插入到两块门板(1)上的插接槽(5)内,使四个角码(3)的拼接部位没有间隙,之后用角码机将四个角码(3)固定死;
8)最后在边框(2)的四周用胶粘剂粘上装饰条(11),待胶粘剂完全固化后安装铰链及门锁,由此制成所述的防火门扇。
