Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a building construction apparatus, in particular to a support structure for a formwork.
Background
Formwork support frames, also known as formwork supports, are support structures used in building construction for fixing and supporting various formworks. When pouring cement concrete, the formwork support frame plays a role in fixing and preventing the formwork from moving. In fact, the formwork support frame is very important for pouring construction of cement concrete, if the support frame is poor in quality and not firm in construction, the formwork can be run to cause the size of a poured building to deform, so that the building quality is influenced, and even collapse accidents can be caused.
The existing formwork support frame can be divided into wooden and iron support frames according to the material quality, and generally comprises supporting upright rods, main ribs, auxiliary ribs and other structural members. In the concrete pouring process, the formwork support frame is integrally built, the formwork is assembled, and then pouring construction is carried out on the formwork. When an area of a floor or a house is poured, firstly, a support frame is built in the area from bottom to top, and after the support frame in the area is built, vertical rods or cross rods of formwork support frames in the whole area are connected into a whole in a staggered mode; the template support frame forms an integral support plane; secondly, the templates and the accessories are conveyed to a supporting plane from the ground, workers lay and assemble the templates on the supporting plane, and the templates are assembled into a whole from local parts gradually during assembly; and finally, concrete pouring is carried out. The template support frame building and subsequent template assembling processes are very complicated and low in efficiency; the template support frame and the template after pouring are also very inconvenient to disassemble. Before and after pouring, building workers need to run around the upper portion and the lower portion of the supporting frame and the upper portion and the lower portion of the scaffold, and time and labor are wasted. Therefore, it is necessary to provide an umbrella type support frame with an independent support unit. In addition, the bracket on the support frame of each independent support unit can only be locally contacted with the template supported by the bracket, and how to set the structure of the bracket enables the bracket to reasonably support the proper position of the template, so that the stress of the bracket is homogenized, and the effect that the largest template and concrete poured on the template are supported by the least bracket material is achieved.
In addition, the method has an important problem that the pouring period is long, and the cement concrete is usually required to be solidified to reach the qualified hardness after being poured into the template for 8-10 days, so that the template can be generally dismantled after the time. But the occupation time of the pair of templates and their supporting means is particularly large. Under the traditional condition, construction units need to prepare a plurality of templates and template supporting frames, and the pouring cost is greatly increased. In fact, the solidification of the cement concrete is carried out step by step, so that part of the formwork and the supporting device can be removed in the early stage as long as the formwork and the supporting structure are reasonably designed, and therefore, how to realize the early removal of the formwork is a problem which needs to be mainly solved.

Further, the end part of the base rod is provided with a base rod mounting hole in the axial direction; the end part of the first branch supporting rod is provided with a branch supporting rod mounting opening which is axially arranged; the end parts of the transverse rod part and the vertical rod part of the second branch supporting rod are also provided with branch supporting rod mounting openings which are axially arranged.
Further, the length of the base rod is smaller than the axial length of the template carried by the base rod.
Further, the length of the base rod is 30-80 cm.
Furthermore, the supporting rod through holes are at least distributed at the center of the bracket base body, the position near the end part of the first supporting rod and the intersection of two rod parts of the second supporting rod.
Further, the bracket further comprises a connecting rod; when the two brackets are axially connected by the first sub-cradling piece, the connecting rods are connected between 2 corresponding second sub-cradling pieces.
Furthermore, the connecting rod and the branch supporting rod are connected in the side direction of the branch supporting rod.
Furthermore, the connecting rod is formed by axially connecting 2 first branch supporting rods.
Furthermore, the umbrella type support frame also comprises a support column and a base, wherein the support column is connected below the bracket, and the base is connected below the support column; the support column at least comprises a telescopic connecting structure; the telescopic connection structure comprises a first sleeve and a second sleeve which are connected in a nested manner, and is characterized in that a plurality of mounting openings which vertically penetrate through the axial direction are formed in the lower end of the first sleeve and the upper end of the second sleeve.
Further, umbrella formula support frame still includes the layer board, and the layer board setting is in the bracket bottom, and the bracket is connected with the support column via the layer board.
The working principle and the structural characteristics of the invention are as follows: through research and exploration, the applicant finds that the structural design of the bracket of the formwork support frame is convenient to early dismantle, and the bracket part except the bracket base body can be completely dismantled about 2 days after pouring is completed, so that the bracket can be saved, the use times of the bracket are increased, and the occupation period of the bracket is shortened. In addition, the better setting of the position of the supporting rod through hole for installing the template on the bracket and the structural design of the bracket obtain better supporting or bearing capacity or performance of the bracket. Because the installation position of the template on the bracket influences the bearing capacity of the bracket, when the supporting rod of the bracket is just supported at the central position of the template, a better bearing effect can be achieved. Every die-pin evenly distributed of every die-pin of a plurality of brackets can both support on the central line of corresponding template, and then the combination of a plurality of brackets can better prop up the template in the region of supporting and pour the concrete on the template. The formwork supported by the carriage may be a building formwork as in 2019203515614 from the applicant's filed patent application, said formwork being provided with formwork openings extending vertically through the formwork. The invention also provides an umbrella type template support frame adopting the bracket, and the umbrella type support frame supports the template of the unit area like an umbrella; each support frame is a relatively independent unit, and due to the existence of the base, the bearing area of the base is large, and the support frame can bear templates with large weight and poured buildings, so that each support frame can become an independent support unit. The construction operation and construction of the formwork support frame are very convenient, and the formwork support frame can be built while assembling the formwork; particularly convenient is that: the following may also be used: and assembling the templates in a certain area on the ground, then placing the templates on the support frame sheet, lifting the support frame to the height required by the pouring process, and so on, and assembling and connecting the templates in the whole area to be poured into a whole. In order to facilitate the lifting of the bracket at the upper part of the supporting frame and enable the supporting rod of the bracket to be loaded on the supporting column more stably; the umbrella type support frame further comprises a supporting plate, the supporting plate is arranged at the bottom end of the supporting frame, and the supporting frame is connected with the supporting column through the supporting plate. The supporting plate is jacked through the lifting equipment, so that the telescopic motion of the bracket and the connected nested sleeves is realized, the labor intensity of workers can be greatly reduced, and the mechanical operation is realized.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the unique innovation of the bracket and the umbrella type formwork support frame structure ensures that compared with the traditional formwork support frame, the umbrella type formwork support frame adopts completely different construction procedures, simplifies the construction flow and greatly improves the construction efficiency.

The 2 first branch supporting rods 501-6 are arranged on the base rod mounting openings 501-5B of the base rods 501-5A in the vertical position through the branch supporting rod mounting openings 501-3 by adopting connecting devices such as screws and the like. The 2 second branch supporting rods 501-7 are arranged on the base rod mounting openings 501-5B of the base rods 501-5A at the transverse positions through the branch supporting rod mounting openings 501-3 by adopting connecting devices such as screws and the like. And the bracket base body 501-5, the first branch supporting rod 501-6 and the second branch supporting rod 501-7 are provided with supporting rod through holes 501-2 which vertically penetrate through the bracket base body along the axial direction.
In one embodiment, the base shaft 501-5A has a length less than the axial length of the template it carries. The length of the base bar 501-5A is selected to be 30-80cm according to the length of a general plastic template.
Fig. 3-4 show the use of the bracket and the building formwork of the umbrella type support frame of one embodiment. Figure 3 shows a building formwork from patent application 2019203515614 filed by the applicant of this patent, adapted for use with an umbrella support according to an embodiment of the present invention. In fig. 3, the die plate 10 is a square, and a die plate through hole 107 is formed in the center of the die plate. The commercially available forms can be adapted to have a central through hole of similar configuration and attachment holes at the periphery of the form. Using fig. 4 to show a bottom view of an embodiment in which a bracket 501 supports templates 10, nine templates 10 are arranged in three rows to form a squared figure. The template 10 and the template 10 are connected and fixed by a connecting device through connecting holes on the periphery; the lower part of the template 10 is connected with the first branch supporting rod 501-6 and/or the second branch supporting rod 501-7, the template through hole 107 corresponds to the supporting rod through hole 501-2, and the template 10 can be connected and fixed with the first branch supporting rod 501-6 and/or the second branch supporting rod 501-7 through the connecting device.
From fig. 1-4, it can be seen that the pin through hole 501-2 comprises a plurality of pin through holes, some of which are distributed at the center of the bracket base 501-5, near the end of the first sub-pin 501-6, and at the intersection of two pins of the second sub-pin 501-7; the supporting rod through hole 501-2 at the above position is a more critical position for fixing the template 10, and can exactly correspond to each template 10 distributed in the shape of a squared figure, so that each template 10 can be fixed respectively. As can also be seen in fig. 4, the length of the base shaft 501-5A is less than the axial length of the die plate 10 it carries (i.e., the length of the centerline of the die plate). In the bracket structure, the branch supporting rod and the supporting plate base body can be detached at any time, the branch supporting rod and the template can be detached at any time, and the template can also be detached. Therefore, after concrete pouring is finished and before cement is completely solidified, the branch supporting rods and the templates supported by the branch supporting rods can be completely removed after 2 days generally, and only the templates on the bracket base supported by other parts (such as supporting columns and bracket base) of the umbrella-type supporting frame are reserved, so that the function of supporting the whole pouring plane is achieved until the cement concrete is completely solidified. Therefore, the using amount of the template and the bracket can be greatly reduced, and the turnover period of the template and the bracket is prolonged.
Referring to fig. 5, in order to support the templates at the 4 corners of the nine-palace grid with the 9 templates arranged, a connecting rod 501-4 is further adopted in the bracket 501; when the two brackets 501 are vertically connected through the mounting openings 501-3 of the first branch pins 501-6, the connecting rods 501-4 are connected between 2 second branch pins 501-7 distributed in parallel in the transverse direction. Similarly, when the two brackets 501 are connected in the transverse direction, the connecting rod 501-4 can be connected to the side surface between the 2 vertically parallel branch supporting rods 501-6. Preferably, the connecting rod 501-4 is formed by axially connecting 2 first branch supporting rods 501-6. In the bracket with the structure, the connecting rod 501-4 is also composed of the standardized first branch supporting rod 501-6, so that the specification and style of parts in construction are reduced, the construction of workers is facilitated, and the efficiency is improved. If the linear support rod is adopted, the support rod through hole is required to be formed in the same position for being connected with the template, and the side surface of the support rod is required to be connected with the connecting rod, the connecting device is inconvenient to place, and the mechanical property of the linear support rod is possibly reduced by forming a plurality of connecting holes in the same position. The cross-shaped structure of the second sub-supporting rod perfectly solves the problem, so that the connection of the second sub-supporting rod and the connecting rod is very convenient.
Referring to fig. 6-9, there is shown an umbrella support 50 comprising, from top to bottom, a bracket 501, a retainer plate 506, a bracket threaded tube 505, a first sleeve 502, a second sleeve 503, and a base 504; the supporting plate 506 is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the supporting plate 501 at the bottom end of the supporting plate, the supporting plate threaded pipe 505 is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the supporting plate 506, the first sleeve 502 is in fit connection with the supporting plate threaded pipe 505 through threads, namely the first sleeve 502 is connected to the bottom end of the supporting plate 501 through the supporting plate threaded pipe 505, and the supporting plate threaded pipe 505 is finally connected to the bottom end of the supporting plate 501 through the supporting plate 506. The lower end of the first sleeve 502 is nested with the upper end of the second sleeve 503, and the lower end of the second sleeve 503 is connected to the base 504. The lower end of the first sleeve 502 and the upper end of the second sleeve 503 are provided with a plurality of mounting openings 507' and 507 which penetrate through the first sleeve and the second sleeve perpendicularly to the axial direction. The bracket threaded pipe 505, the first sleeve 502 and the second sleeve 503 together form a support column of the support frame; the first sleeve 502 and the second sleeve 503 form a first telescopic connection structure of the support frame, and the bracket threaded pipe 505 is a second telescopic connection structure of the support frame.
The bracket and the umbrella-type support frame have flexible structure, and all components are convenient to disassemble, the branch supporting rods and the templates supported by the branch supporting rods can be completely disassembled after concrete pouring is finished and before cement is completely solidified, and only the supporting columns and the templates on the bracket base body supported by the bracket base body are reserved, so that the effect of supporting the whole pouring plane is achieved until the cement concrete is completely solidified. Therefore, the using amount of the template and the bracket can be greatly reduced, and the turnover period of the template and the bracket is prolonged. The umbrella type support frame in the embodiment is provided with the independent base, the support and balance are good, corresponding matched mounting holes are formed between the support frames and the template, and the integral connection is very convenient for integral assembly and disassembly; the assembly efficiency and the disassembly efficiency of the template can be greatly improved, and each component is modularized and convenient to manage and transport.
