Abstract

一种能使锚栓抗拉能力提升的新型建筑保温工程锚栓。现有建筑领域填充墙体多采用轻质砌块砌筑,由于轻质砌体上保温锚栓很难达到有效抗拉强度,锚栓失效情况时有发生造成保温体脱落事故。本发明设计思路是在锚栓上设置额外突出锚固装置,在砌体砌筑时砌筑于砌体灰缝中从而使锚栓拉拔强度得到有效提高。

技术领域 本发明应用于砌筑墙体外墙保温工程
背景技术 目前现有外墙保温工程中保温锚栓拉拔强度对于保温工程质量起到决定性作用。现今外墙墙体由于设计结构需要部分外墙由砌筑工程完成,砌体工程多采用轻质砌体材料砌筑而成。保温锚栓作用于轻质砌体上锚栓的抗拉拔强度与混凝土墙体拉拔强度相比要低。很难达到理想的抗拉拔强度。
发明内容 为克服现在建筑保温工程中由于结构设计需要、施工技术人员、材料问题造成的外墙保温锚栓拉拔强度不足,而造成的外墙保温层从墙体脱落的隐患。
本发明的解决这一技术问题采用的技术方案:是在砌体工程砌筑时将本新型锚栓砌筑于灰缝处,形成砌体锚固已增加锚栓抗拉拔强度。本发明通过将特殊锚栓在墙体砌筑时预埋于砌体工程砌缝中已提高其抗拉强度。
本发明的有益效果:本发明将原锚栓上增加锚固附件而起到增加锚固力的作用,通过附加锚固构造将锚固力施加到砌体砂浆上,以增加本装置与砌体结构的锚固强度。使锚栓与砌体形成一个整体施工简单安装方便。

具体实施方式 图1中所述的装置包括:锚栓(1);锚固钉(2);锚固片(3);导杆(4)。锚栓(1)在砌体工程砌筑过程中将本发明的锚栓放置于砌体砂浆中,再施工后层砌体。待砂浆凝固后本锚栓与砂浆锚固于一体。导杆(4)在于进行保温板铺贴时刺透保温材料以便锚固钉(2)安装并旋紧后部的锚固片(3)。锚固钉(2)在于将后部的锚固片(3)与锚固钉 (2)紧密连接与锚栓(1)上。
图2为锚栓(1)主体剖面图。
图3根据建筑高度及保温板要求的锚栓数量放置足够数量的锚栓(1)。完成砌体工程砌筑后待砌体工程。待砌体工程完成后,开始外墙保温工程施工时根据保温层厚度将导杆(4)插于本发明锚栓(1)空腔内,将保温板涂布胶粘剂后粘于墙体上,铺贴使导钉突出保温板,后抽出导杆(4)将套置有锚固片(3)的锚固钉(2)旋转进本新型锚栓(1)内完成本发明的安装。
图4本装置安装完成后在墙体中的各部分位置既相互关系。

1.本发明由锚栓(1),锚固钉(2),锚固片(3),导钉(4)组成,其特征在于锚栓(1)顶部有横向片状结构,锚栓(1)两侧有横向突出结构,锚栓(1)横向突出结构按特定间距布置于锚杆两侧,锚栓(1)中部有防止受力进入墙体的片状结构,锚栓(1)口部为空心内部有阻止锚钉松脱的反向凸起结构,锚栓(1)深部为实心结构,锚栓(1)端部突出锚栓杆体一定长度空管;锚固钉(2)长度与锚栓及保温板厚度相适应;锚固片(3)上部有放射状加固结构,锚固片(3)中心有凸起线条加固结构;导钉(4)两端部呈尖状,导钉(4)中部有一定长度导杆直径大于锚栓(1)口部直径。
