Abstract

本发明提供了一种适用于未漂化学浆的二元微粒助留体系。该技术方案针对未漂化学浆的物性特点,对微粒助留体系的成分加以改进。具体来看,本发明包括:聚丙烯酰胺20~25份,高岭土12~16份,对苯二甲酸8~10份,硅藻土4~6份,羧甲基纤维素钠2~4份,透明质酸钠2~4份,壳聚糖1~3份,磷酸二氢钙1~3份,顺丁烯二酸1~3份,富马酸二甲酯1~3份。本发明摒弃了阳离子聚合物与无机阴离子胶体的常规配方,以聚丙烯酰胺和高岭土为核心成分,并添加了对苯二甲酸、硅藻土、羧甲基纤维素钠等成分,采用复配方式构建了本发明的微粒助留体系。本发明尤其适用于未漂化学浆,使助留助滤效果得到显著提升,具有突出的技术优势。

技术领域
本发明涉及制浆造纸技术领域,具体涉及一种适用于未漂化学浆的二元微粒助留体系。
背景技术
微粒助留技术出现于二十世纪八十年代初期,应用于造纸湿部后取得了意想不到的效果,在使纸页细小纤维和填料的留着以及纸页的滤水性能得到大幅度提高的同时,纸页的匀度也得到了较大的改善。由此,这项技术逐渐被造纸界所重视和发展。近年来,随着纸机向高速化、大型化、双网化、中性化抄造发展,特别是近几年废纸和脱墨纸浆的大量使用,废纸浆中大量存在的细小纤维使纸料的滤水变得困难,纤维的留着率恶化,纸页的强度降低,质量下降,纸机运转性能变差。因此,造纸湿部的助留助滤技术显得越来越重要。
常规的微粒助留技术是由阳离子聚合物和无机阴离子胶体微粒所组成,典型的微粒子助留体系包括由胶体二氧化硅与阳离子淀粉所组成的;此外,近年来发展产生了蒙脱石类助留体系、氢氧化铝类助留体系等。目前,上述微粒助留体系可用于常规的造纸工艺中,当对于未漂化学浆等特定纸浆,常规微粒助留体系很难达到理想的助留助滤效果。
发明内容
本发明旨在针对现有技术的技术缺陷,提供一种适用于未漂化学浆的二元微粒助留体系,以解决常规微粒助留体系难以适用于未漂化学浆的技术问题。
本发明要解决的另一技术问题是如何进一步改善微粒助留体系的助留助滤效果。
为实现以上技术目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种适用于未漂化学浆的二元微粒助留体系,包括以下重量份的成分:聚丙烯酰胺20~25份,高岭土12~16份,对苯二甲酸8~10份,硅藻土4~6份,羧甲基纤维素钠2~4份,透明质酸钠2~4份,壳聚糖1~3份,磷酸二氢钙1~3份,顺丁烯二酸1~3份,富马酸二甲酯1~3份。
作为优选,还包括1~3重量份的甲醇。
作为优选,还包括1~2重量份的苯甲酸钠。
作为优选,还包括1~2重量份的蒙脱石粉。
作为优选,还包括0.6~0.8重量份的柠檬酸钠。
作为优选,该二元微粒助留体系由以下重量份的成分组成:聚丙烯酰胺23份,高岭土14份,对苯二甲酸9份,硅藻土5份,羧甲基纤维素钠3份,透明质酸钠3份,壳聚糖2份,磷酸二氢钙2份,顺丁烯二酸2份,富马酸二甲酯2份。
作为优选,该二元微粒助留体系由以下重量份的成分组成:聚丙烯酰胺23份,高岭土14份,对苯二甲酸9份,硅藻土5份,羧甲基纤维素钠3份,透明质酸钠3份,壳聚糖2份,磷酸二氢钙2份,顺丁烯二酸2份,富马酸二甲酯2份,甲醇2份,苯甲酸钠1.5份,蒙脱石粉1.5份,柠檬酸钠0.7份。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于未漂化学浆的二元微粒助留体系,其特征在于还包括1~2重量份的苯甲酸钠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于未漂化学浆的二元微粒助留体系,其特征在于还包括1~2重量份的蒙脱石粉。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于未漂化学浆的二元微粒助留体系,其特征在于还包括0.6~0.8重量份的柠檬酸钠。
