Referring to fig. 6, a sub-guide groove 384 is opened from one end of the clamp plate 381 away from the sub-wind-up roller 35, and the sub-guide groove 384 is close to the sub-fixing plate 383. The inclined shape of the auxiliary guide groove 384 facilitates the smooth feeding of the fabric by the mounting plate 43 between the auxiliary clamp plate 381 and the auxiliary fixing plate 383.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, a mounting hole 12 penetrating through the side wall of the machine body 1 is formed in the side wall of the machine body 1, the mounting hole 12 is disposed at the top end of the chute 11 and is communicated with the chute 11, and an operator can conveniently mount the secondary winding roller 35 into the machine body 1 through the mounting hole 12.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the outer side wall of the machine body 1 is fixedly provided with a limiting cylinder 5, an output shaft of the limiting cylinder 5 is fixedly provided with a limiting block 6, and the limiting block 6 is arranged in the sliding groove 11 and is abutted against the end of the winding roller 35. When the main winding roller 31 is placed in a state of winding the fabric, the secondary winding roller 35 is placed on one side of the main winding roller 31 and is in an idle state. When the main wind-up roll 31 stops winding the fabric, the operator unloads the main wind-up roll 31 and simultaneously the output shaft of the limiting cylinder 5 contracts to drive the limiting block 6 to move, so that the auxiliary wind-up roll 35 slides to the original position of the main wind-up roll 31 along the sliding grooves 11 on the two sides, and then becomes a new main wind-up roll 31.
Referring to fig. 2 and 6, a cutting mechanism 4 is installed on the side of the machine body 1 facing the secondary clamping roller, and the fabric is placed between the cutting mechanism 4 and the secondary winding roller 35. The cutting mechanism 4 comprises a cutting knife 41 and a cutting cylinder 45, the cutting knife 41 is opposite to the secondary clamping groove 36 and slides on the machine body 1 along the horizontal direction, the cutting cylinder 45 is horizontally fixed inside the machine body 1, and an output shaft of the cutting cylinder 45 is fixedly connected with the cutting knife 41. The operator controls the cutting cylinder 45, and the cutting cylinder 45 drives the cutter 41 to move, so that the fabric is cut. When the fabric on the main winding roller 31 reaches a certain amount, an operator needs to take down the main winding roller 31 and the fabric, the cutting cylinder 45 controls the cutter 41 to move towards the direction of the auxiliary clamping groove 36, the cutter 41 cuts the fabric, and then the main winding roller 31 and the fabric are taken down; the bottom end of the residual fabric is clamped in the secondary winding roller 35 through the secondary clamping assembly 38, the secondary winding roller 35 slides to the original position of the primary winding roller 31 to form a new primary winding roller 31, the fabric is wound, and the roll changing process of the fabric is completed without stopping.
Referring to fig. 2 and 6, a cutting edge 42 is provided at one end of the cutting knife 41 close to the secondary wind-up roll 35, the cutting knife 41 is disposed above the primary wind-up roll 31, an L-shaped mounting plate 43 is fixedly provided at one side of the cutting knife 41 away from the primary wind-up roll 31, an end of the mounting plate 43 faces the secondary clamping assembly 38, and when the cutting edge 42 cuts the fabric, the end of the mounting plate 43 abuts against the fabric and is disposed in the secondary clamping assembly 38.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, a plurality of friction protrusions 44 are fixedly arranged on both sides of one end of the mounting plate 43 away from the cutting knife 41, and the longitudinal section of each friction protrusion 44 is in a V shape. When the mounting plate 43 moves towards the direction close to the secondary clamping assembly 38, the friction force between the friction lug 44 and the fabric is large, so that the phenomenon that the fabric and the mounting plate 43 slide relatively is reduced, and the fabric can be inserted into the secondary clamping assembly 38 smoothly. When the mounting plate 43 moves towards the direction of the conveying force from the clamping assembly 38, the friction force between the friction lug 44 and the fabric is small, so that the fabric and the mounting plate 43 can slide conveniently, the mounting plate 43 can be pulled out smoothly conveniently, and the mounting effect of the fabric in the clamping assembly 38 is further improved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the tensioning mechanism 2 includes four tensioning rollers 23, the tensioning rollers 23 are parallel to the secondary winding roller 35 and the primary winding roller 31, the tensioning rollers 23 are disposed on the machine body 1 and slide along the vertical direction, two tensioning rollers 23 are disposed above, and two tensioning rollers 23 are disposed below. Eight vertical tensioning cylinders 21 are fixedly arranged on the machine body 1, a tensioning block 22 is fixedly arranged on an output shaft of each tensioning cylinder 21, and the tensioning block 22 is rotatably connected with the end part of a tensioning roller 23. The surface fabric is "S" font in proper order and walks around four tensioning rollers 23, through reciprocating between the tensioning roller 23, realizes the tensile adjustable of surface fabric, drives tensioning block 22 through tensioning cylinder 21, and then drives tensioning roller 23 and move along vertical direction, through the distance between the adjustment tensioning roller 23, and then adjusts the tension of surface fabric. When the main winding roller 31 is replaced by an operator, the distance between the tensioning rollers 23 is adjusted, so that the winding allowance of the fabric is improved, and the effect of replacing the roller of the air jet loom without stopping is further improved.
The implementation principle of the air jet loom for the high-temperature-resistant fabric in the embodiment of the application is as follows: when the operator does not need to replace the main winding roller 31, the tensioning mechanism 2 provides tension for the fabric after spinning, the main winding roller 31 is driven to rotate through the driving motor 8, and the fabric is wound. When the main wind-up roll 31 needs to be changed to the operator, the cutter 41 cuts the fabric earlier, through mounting panel 43 and friction lug 44 with the fabric clamp in from clamping component 38 simultaneously, lift off main wind-up roll 31 again, through spacing cylinder 5 shrink simultaneously, will follow wind-up roll 35 and slide to main wind-up roll 31 original position department along spout 11, rethread driving motor 8 drives from wind-up roll 35 and rotate, rolls up the fabric, when accomplishing not shutting down, changes the wind-up roll.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a using method of the air jet loom for the high-temperature-resistant fabric.
S1 yarns are spun into fabric after passing through a spinning mechanism, the fabric sequentially passes through a tensioning mechanism 2 and a winding mechanism 3, the fabric is wound on a main winding roller 31 to be wound, and a cutting mechanism 4 is arranged on one side of a secondary winding roller 35;
s2, when the fabric wound on the main winding roller 31 reaches a certain amount, the cutting mechanism 4 cuts the fabric, the end part of the textile fabric is clamped on the secondary winding roller 35, and meanwhile, the tensioning cylinder 21 drives the tensioning roller 23 to move in the opposite direction, so that the distance between the tensioning rollers 23 is enlarged;
s3, the operator moves the driving motor 8, and after the main winding roller 31 is dismounted, the limiting cylinder 5 moves to enable the secondary winding roller 35 to fall to the position of the main winding roller 31 along the chute 11;
s4 slides driving motor 8 again, and then drives from wind-up roll 35 to rotate through driving motor 8, continues to wind the surface fabric.
