As shown in fig. 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8, the fermentation mechanism 2 includes a fermentation tank 21, a heat insulation sleeve 22 and a heating pipe 23, the heat insulation sleeve 22 is connected to the outside of the fermentation tank 21 by welding, the heating pipe 23 is nested inside the heat insulation sleeve 22, the fermentation tank 21 is used for containing fermentation raw materials, and the heating pipe 23 inside the heat insulation sleeve 22 is used for heating the fermentation tank 21, so as to ensure that the inside of the fermentation tank 21 is at a proper temperature; the sterilization mechanism 3 comprises a sealing cover 31, an ultraviolet lamp tube 32 and a lamp holder 33, wherein the sealing cover 31 is connected to the top of the fermentation tank 21 through a bolt, the lamp holder 33 is connected to the bottom of the sealing cover 31 through welding, the ultraviolet lamp tube 32 is arranged on the lamp holder 33, the ultraviolet lamp tube 32 is fixed through the lamp holder 33, and the sterilization treatment is carried out in the fermentation tank 21 through the ultraviolet lamp tube 32; the stirring mechanism 1 comprises a stirring motor 11, a stirring shaft 12 and stirring blades 13, wherein the stirring motor 11 is connected to the top of a sealing cover 31 through bolts, the upper end of the stirring shaft 12 is connected to the sealing cover 31 through a bearing, the stirring blades 13 are connected to the outer side of the stirring shaft 12 through welding, the stirring shaft 12 is driven to rotate by the rotating part of the stirring motor 11, and the stirring blades 13 are driven to rotate through the stirring shaft 12, so that the fermentation raw materials are stirred; the perspective mechanism 4 comprises a glass plate 41 and a fixed seat 42, the rear end of the fixed seat 42 is connected to the outer side of the fermentation tank 21 through welding, the glass plate 41 is nested in the fixed seat 42, and the fixed seat 42 is installed on the outer side of the fermentation tank 21 to fix the glass plate 41, so that the fermentation condition in the fermentation tank 21 can be observed conveniently; the spraying mechanism 6 comprises a liquid supply pipe 61, a spraying seat 62, a movable ring 63, a spraying pipe 64 and a static ring 65, the spraying pipe 64 is connected to the outer side of the stirring shaft 12 through welding, the movable ring 63 is installed on the outer side of the spraying pipe 64, the static ring 65 is arranged on the outer side of the movable ring 63, the static ring 65 is installed on the inner side of the spraying seat 62, one end of the liquid supply pipe 61 is connected to the spraying seat 62 through welding, the other end of the liquid supply pipe 61 extends out of the fermentation mechanism 2, the joint of the spraying seat 62 and the spraying pipe 64 is sealed through the matching of the movable ring 63 and the static ring 65, meanwhile, cleaning liquid is guided into the spraying seat 62 through the liquid supply pipe 61, and is sprayed out through the spraying pipe 64, so; the inner side of the spray pipe 64 is in a cavity state, the two movable rings 63 are communicated with the cavity of the spray pipe 64 at the outer side of the spray pipe 64, and cleaning liquid is guided to the cavity of the inner side of the spray pipe 64 from the opening of the outer side of the spray pipe 64 between the two movable rings 63, so that the cleaning liquid can be conveniently sprayed out for cleaning; three arc-shaped notches are uniformly formed in the outer side of the fermentation tank 21, and the arc-shaped notches in the outer side of the fermentation tank 21 are used for facilitating observation through the perspective mechanism 4; four spraying openings are formed in the outer side of the spraying pipe 64 and distributed at two side positions, two spraying openings are also formed in the arc surface of the lower end of the spraying pipe 64, and cleaning liquid is sprayed out from the opening in the outer side of the spraying pipe 64 to clean the inner wall of the fermentation tank 21.
The working principle is as follows: when the fermentation tank is used, raw materials to be fermented are led into the bottom of the fermentation tank 21 from the bottom of the manual ball valve 5, when the fermentation raw materials are led into a proper position in the fermentation tank 21, the manual ball valve 5 is closed, the heating pipe 23 is used for heating the fermentation tank 21, so that the fermentation raw materials in the fermentation tank 21 are at a proper temperature, meanwhile, in the fermentation process, the rotating part of the stirring motor 11 is used for driving the stirring shaft 12 to rotate, the stirring blades 13 are driven to rotate through the stirring shaft 12, and the stirring blades 13 are used for stirring the fermentation raw materials; during the fermentation process, the inside of the fermentation tank 21 can be observed through the glass plate 41, so that an operator can conveniently master the fermentation state of the fermentation raw materials in the fermentation tank 21; after the fermentation is finished, the fermented raw materials are guided out by opening the manual ball valve 5 for further processing; when the fermentation tank 21 is cleaned, the cleaning liquid is guided to the inner side of the liquid supply pipe 61, the cleaning liquid is guided to the middle position of the spraying seat 62 through the liquid supply pipe 61, the cleaning liquid is guided to the cavity inside the spraying pipe 64 by utilizing the opening between the two movable rings 63 outside the spraying pipe 64, and the cleaning liquid is sprayed out by utilizing the spraying port outside the spraying pipe 64, so that the inner wall of the fermentation tank 21 is cleaned; meanwhile, the stirring motor 11 rotates the stirring shaft 12, the spraying pipe 64 is driven to rotate by the rotation of the stirring shaft 12, and the space between the spraying seat 62 and the spraying pipe 64 is sealed by the movable ring 63 and the static ring 65, so that cleaning liquid can be introduced to rotate and clean the spraying pipe 64 when the spraying pipe 64 rotates; in the washing process, the inside of the fermentation tank 21 is sterilized by the ultraviolet lamp 32 installed on the sealing cap 31, so that the sterilization operation can be performed in the washing process, thereby shortening the sterilization time.

As shown in fig. 2 and 7, the difference between the embodiment 2 and the embodiment 1 is that the fermentation mechanism 2 includes a fermentation tank 21 and a heat preservation shell 212, the heat preservation shell 212 is installed outside the fermentation tank 21, water supply pipes are respectively opened at the upper end and the lower end of the heat preservation shell 212, a cavity is formed inside the heat preservation shell 212, the fermentation tank 21 is used for containing fermentation raw materials, and meanwhile, heated water is guided into the heat preservation shell 212 to heat the fermentation tank 21, so that the fermentation tank 21 is ensured to be at a proper temperature.
