Abstract

本发明公开了一种燃烧室清洁养护剂配方及制备方法,包括表面活性剂、芳烃溶剂、缓蚀剂、抗氧剂和溶剂,所述聚丙二醇含量为68.0‑68.5%,所述烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚含量9.0‑9.5%,所述C10芳香烃溶剂19.7‑20.2%,所述C9芳香烃溶剂含量0.7‑0.9%,所述苯并三氮唑含量1.5‑2.0%,所述受阻酚类抗氧剂含量0.05‑0.1%,所述N,N‑二甲基甲酰胺含量0.3‑4.0%。本发明对进气阀沉积物清洗下降率达100%;既具有适宜的高温稳定性和分解性,又能有效清除喷油嘴和进气阀沉积物,又可确保在燃烧室高温中完全分解,还能大幅清除燃烧室沉积物;具有优异的氧化安定性能,具有3年以上的安全贮存期;可以有效破除乳性与防锈性能不足带来的发动机损伤。

技术领域
本发明涉及燃烧室清洁养护剂领域,具体是一种燃烧室清洁养护剂配方及制备方法。
背景技术
燃烧室是燃料或推进剂在其中燃烧生成高温燃气的装置,是一种用耐高温合金材料制作的燃烧设备。活塞到达上止点后其顶部与汽缸盖之间的空间,燃料即在此室燃烧。它是燃气涡轮发动机、冲压发动机、火箭发动机的重要部件。燃烧室内容易有积碳,需要用一些清洁剂进行清洁养护,现有的清洁养护剂清洁效果不佳,贮存时间较短,氧化安定性能较差,防锈性和破乳性不足。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题就是克服以上的技术缺陷,提供一种燃烧室清洁养护剂配方及制备方法。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种燃烧室清洁养护剂配方,包括表面活性剂、芳烃溶剂、缓蚀剂、抗氧剂和溶剂,所述表面活性剂包括聚丙二醇和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,所述芳烃溶剂包括C10芳香烃溶剂和C9芳香烃溶剂,所述缓蚀剂为苯并三氮唑,所述抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂,所述溶剂为N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,所述聚丙二醇含量为68.0-68.5%,所述烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚含量9.0-9.5%,所述C10芳香烃溶剂19.7-20.2%,所述C9芳香烃溶剂含量0.7-0.9%,所述苯并三氮唑含量1.5-2.0%,所述受阻酚类抗氧剂含量0.05-0.1%,所述N,N-二甲基甲酰胺含量0.3-4.0%。
一种燃烧室清洁养护剂配方,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)在常温下现将C10芳香烃溶剂和C9芳香烃溶剂加入搅拌设备,再将N,N-二甲基甲酰胺加入,进行搅拌融合;
(2)再将聚丙二醇和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚加入、搅拌融合10分钟;
(3)再将苯并三氮唑与受阻酚类抗氧剂加入混合搅拌30分钟,搅拌后得到一种清洗汽车燃烧室顽固积碳的产品。
本发明与现有的技术相比的优点在于:对进气阀沉积物清洗下降率达100%;既具有适宜的高温稳定性和分解性,又能有效清除喷油嘴和进气阀沉积物,又可确保在燃烧室高温中完全分解,还能大幅清除燃烧室沉积物;具有优异的氧化安定性能,具有3年以上的安全贮存期;可以有效破除乳性与防锈性能不足带来的发动机损伤。

以下通过具体实施例进一步描述本发明,但本发明不仅仅限于以下实施例。在本发明的范围内或者在不脱离本发明的内容、精神和范围内,对本发明进行的变更、组合或替换,对于本领域的技术人员来说是显而易见的,且包含在本发明的范围之内。
一种燃烧室清洁养护剂配方,包括表面活性剂、芳烃溶剂、缓蚀剂、抗氧剂和溶剂,所述表面活性剂包括聚丙二醇和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,所述芳烃溶剂包括C10芳香烃溶剂和C9芳香烃溶剂,所述缓蚀剂为苯并三氮唑,所述抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂,所述溶剂为N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,所述聚丙二醇含量为68.0-68.5%,所述烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚含量9.0-9.5%,所述C10芳香烃溶剂19.7-20.2%,所述C9芳香烃溶剂含量0.7-0.9%,所述苯并三氮唑含量1.5-2.0%,所述受阻酚类抗氧剂含量0.05-0.1%,所述N,N-二甲基甲酰胺含量0.3-4.0%。
一种燃烧室清洁养护剂配方,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)在常温下现将C10芳香烃溶剂和C9芳香烃溶剂加入搅拌设备,再将N,N-二甲基甲酰胺加入,进行搅拌融合;
(2)再将聚丙二醇和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚加入、搅拌融合10分钟;
(3)再将苯并三氮唑与受阻酚类抗氧剂加入混合搅拌30分钟,搅拌后得到一种清洗汽车燃烧室顽固积碳的产品。
本发明参照CAQI1311-2016《汽油发动机燃油系统免拆清洗液》附录A参照的试验方法,改变实验条件,设定沉降物收集器温度为175℃、沉积物质量18毫克,汽油加剂量0.5%(体积)、喷射时间10分钟,模拟进气阀沉积物清洗下降率高达100%。试验数据显示,具有优良的清洗功能性。
清洁养护剂降低燃烧室总沉积物的数据,经国家环境科学院M111台架试验所证实。对于缸内直喷发动机,更具有完美性能体现,可清除95%以上燃烧室沉积物。
清洁养护剂按在汽油中以0.5%(体积)的规定添加量调合后,其防锈性(锈蚀率)为0%。破乳性方面,界面为1b,相分离为≤2,均符合GB 19592《车用汽油清净剂》的质量要求,可有效消除破乳性与防锈性能不足带来的发动机损伤。
本发明的理化指标如表1所示:

与汽油的调合添加量为5000ppm(即按0.5%体积比),建议单瓶分装量为250-350ml,可掺兑容量50-70L的一箱燃油使用,采用200Kg铁桶(或塑料桶)包装。
本发明与汽油混合后技术指标(按汽油0.5%体积比添加量时),其数据如表2所示:

实施例一
测试条件:福特新蒙迪欧2014款
发动机型号/类型:CAF488WQ3(2.0L/149.3KW、直列四缸、涡
轮增压/缸内直喷)
行驶里程:35094.6公里
样品添加量:0.5%(体积)
1.按0.5%(体积)的添加量,将310ml的F9322样品加注至燃油箱(油箱容积为62L)中,将车辆注满92#汽油至跳枪;
2.试验路况为无拥堵高速公路,行车路线为北京-天津武清-河北唐山-北京;
3.全程按80-110km/h匀速行驶,直至燃油报警(仪表显示余油仅可行驶20km),测试总行程628km;
4.再次给车辆加油,起动发动机,使车辆保持4000-5000rpm空转5-6min。
其清洗效果对比如表3所示:

当需要重复试验时,建议使用LYFJ-31汽油发动机进气系统模拟清洗试验仪,将具更优模拟特性和平行性。本次试验考虑到L-2仪器应用较为普及,为便于用户试验比较,因此仍采用该仪器进行模拟测试。

1.一种燃烧室清洁养护剂配方,其特征在于:包括表面活性剂、芳烃溶剂、缓蚀剂、抗氧剂和溶剂,所述表面活性剂包括聚丙二醇和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,所述芳烃溶剂包括C10芳香烃溶剂和C9芳香烃溶剂,所述缓蚀剂为苯并三氮唑,所述抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂,所述溶剂为N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,所述聚丙二醇含量为68.0-68.5%,所述烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚含量9.0-9.5%,所述C10芳香烃溶剂19.7-20.2%,所述C9芳香烃溶剂含量0.7-0.9%,所述苯并三氮唑含量1.5-2.0%,所述受阻酚类抗氧剂含量0.05-0.1%,所述N,N-二甲基甲酰胺含量0.3-4.0%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种燃烧室清洁养护剂配方,其特征在于,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)在常温下现将C10芳香烃溶剂和C9芳香烃溶剂加入搅拌设备,再将N,N-二甲基甲酰胺加入,进行搅拌融合;
(2)再将聚丙二醇和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚加入、搅拌融合10分钟;
(3)再将苯并三氮唑与受阻酚类抗氧剂加入混合搅拌30分钟,搅拌后得到一种清洗汽车燃烧室顽固积碳的产品。
