Specifically, the first support 26 is fixedly disposed with respect to the carrier member 21; the second supporting member 27 is fixedly connected with the first turnover member 22; and/or a rod end joint bearing 28 is arranged at the hinged position of the driving end of the first driving device 24 and the first turnover piece 22 and the hinged position of the driving end of the second driving device 25 and the second turnover piece 23.
The second support member 27 has a bar-shaped structure. The packaging mechanism comprises a bracket 29, one end of the bracket 29 is connected with the bearing part 21 to support the bearing part 21, and the other end of the bracket 29 is used for being connected with a supporting base body; the first support 26 is adapted to be connected to a support base.
Specifically, the bearing surface is a rectangular surface; the number of the first turnover parts 22 and the number of the second turnover parts 23 are four, and the four first turnover parts 22 are correspondingly arranged on the positions of four sides of the rectangular surface. Preferably, the bearing surface is square.
The four first turnover pieces 22 are divided into two groups, and each group of first turnover pieces 22 comprises two first turnover pieces 22 which are oppositely arranged; the lengths of two first folding pieces 22 in the first group of first folding pieces 22 are greater than the lengths of the sides of the rectangular surfaces corresponding to the first folding pieces; the length of two first turnover pieces 22 in the second group of first turnover pieces 22 is less than or equal to the length of the corresponding side of the rectangular surface; the length of the first folded piece 22 is the length of the first folded piece 22 along the direction of the corresponding side of the rectangular surface. Thus, when the packaging sheet 10 is turned over, the first group of first turning pieces 22 first acts, the packaging sheet 10 can be turned over more completely because the length of the first group of first turning pieces 22 is longer than that of the corresponding edges of the bearing surface, and then the second group of first turning pieces 22 act again, and because the length of the second group of first turning pieces 22 is not more than that of the corresponding edges of the bearing surface, the first group of first turning pieces 22 can be effectively avoided, so that the second group of first turning pieces 22 can be turned over more smoothly, and because the first group of first turning pieces 22 turn over the packaging sheet 10 once, the size of the packaging sheet 10 corresponding to the length direction of the second group of first turning pieces 22 is effectively reduced, so that the second turning pieces 23 can also achieve a better turning effect without a larger length, and the packaging and forming quality is ensured.
Specifically, the first group of first turned pieces 22 are each composed of a main body portion and edge portions provided on both sides, the length of the main body portion being not greater than the length of the corresponding side of the rectangular face; preferably, the main body portion is detachably connected to the edge portions on both sides.
In order to fix the folded packaging sheet 10, the packaging mechanism includes a labeling device 5, the labeling device 5 has a labeling head 51, the labeling head 51 is disposed above the carrier member 21, and the labeling head 51 is movably disposed in a vertical direction to apply a label to the folded packaging sheet 10 through the labeling head 51 after the packaging sheet 10 is folded by the first folding pieces 22 and the second folding pieces 23 to shape the folded packaging sheet 10.
Preferably, the width of each second turnover part 23 is smaller than half of the side length of the square, so that after each second turnover part 23 is turned over, an opening is formed in the middle of the second turnover parts 23, thereby facilitating the labeling of the labeling device 5 through the opening.
In the embodiment, the meal delivery device is used for delivering meals to hamburgers, and a plurality of packaging sheets 10 are arranged on the conveying mechanism 1 along the conveying direction of the conveying mechanism 1; the meal delivery device comprises a plurality of stacking mechanisms 6, the stacking mechanisms 6 are provided with stacking outlets 61, the stacking outlets 61 are arranged above the conveying mechanism 1, and materials forming hamburgers are stacked on the packaging sheets 10 through the stacking outlets 61 of the stacking mechanisms 6, so that the hamburgers can be made in the conveying process of the conveying mechanism 1.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above-described embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects:
the meal delivery device of the invention comprises: a conveying mechanism 1, the conveying mechanism 1 being configured to convey the packaging sheet 10 and the food 100 placed on the packaging sheet 10 in a transport direction; the packaging mechanism 2 is arranged adjacent to the conveying mechanism 1 along the conveying direction, and the packaging mechanism 2 is used for packaging the food from the conveying mechanism 1 through a packaging sheet; a transfer mechanism 3, the transfer mechanism 3 comprising: a driving seat 31, a first transfer member 32 and a second transfer member 33 which are located on the driving seat 31 and are oppositely arranged, the driving seat 31 reciprocates along the transportation direction so as to switch between a first position located above the packaging mechanism 2 and a second position located at the meal outlet position; the first transfer member 32 and the second transfer member 33 are respectively and correspondingly arranged at two sides close to the second position and the first position, so that in the process that the driving seat 31 moves from the first position to the second position, the first transfer member 32 is contacted with the packaged food 100 at the packaging mechanism 2 to push the food 100 to the meal outlet position; the second transfer member 33 comes into contact with the packaging sheet 10 or the food 100 to be packaged on the conveyor 1 to transfer the packaging sheet 10 and the food 100 placed on the packaging sheet 10 to the packaging mechanism 2. By simultaneously mounting the first transfer member 32 and the second transfer member 33 on the driving seat 31, the driving seat 31 drives the first transfer member 32 and the second transfer member 33 to move synchronously, and in the process of moving the driving seat 31 from the first position to the second position, the packaged food 100 is pushed to the meal delivery position by the first transfer member 32, and the packaging sheet 10 and the food 100 placed on the packaging sheet 10 are transferred to the packaging mechanism 2 by the second transfer member 33 for the next round of packaging. The whole meal delivery device is taken and transferred synchronously, the structure is simple, the action continuity is good, and the problem of low meal delivery efficiency of the meal delivery device in the prior art is solved.

Claims (10)

1. A meal delivery apparatus, comprising:
a conveying mechanism (1), wherein the conveying mechanism (1) is used for conveying the packaging sheet (10) and the food (100) placed on the packaging sheet (10) along the conveying direction;
a packaging mechanism (2), wherein the packaging mechanism (2) is arranged adjacent to the conveying mechanism (1) along the conveying direction, and the packaging mechanism (2) is used for packaging the food from the conveying mechanism (1) through a packaging sheet (10);
a transfer mechanism (3), the transfer mechanism (3) comprising: a driving seat (31), a first transfer part (32) and a second transfer part (33) which are positioned on the driving seat (31) and are oppositely arranged, wherein the driving seat (31) reciprocates along the transportation direction to switch between a first position above the packaging mechanism and a second position at a meal outlet position; the first transfer member (32) and the second transfer member (33) are respectively and correspondingly arranged at two sides close to the second position and the first position, so that the first transfer member (32) is contacted with the packaged food (100) at the packaging mechanism (2) in the process of moving the driving seat (31) from the first position to the second position to push the food (100) to the meal delivery position; the second transfer member (33) is in contact with the packaging sheet (10) or the food (100) to be packaged on the conveying mechanism (1) to transfer the packaging sheet (10) and the food (100) placed on the packaging sheet (10) to the packaging mechanism (2);
wherein the driving seat (31) is movably arranged along the vertical direction; so that it has a lower working position and an upper avoidance position;
a carrier (21), the carrier (21) having a carrying surface for placing the packaging sheet (10) and the food item (100);
a plurality of first folding pieces (22), wherein the plurality of first folding pieces (22) are arranged around the bearing part (21), and each first folding piece (22) is arranged in a manner of being capable of being turned relative to the bearing part (21) so as to fold the packaging sheet (10) through the plurality of first folding pieces (22) to shield the side wall of the food (100);
the second turnover pieces (23) are correspondingly arranged on the first turnover pieces (22), and each second turnover piece (23) is positioned on one side, far away from the bearing part (21), of the corresponding first turnover piece (22); each of said second flaps (23) being arranged reversibly with respect to the corresponding first flap (22) to fold the portion of the packaging sheet (10) folded up by said first flap (22) to conceal the top of the food product (100);
two sides of the second turnover piece (23) are provided with tangent plane structures (231) used for avoiding the adjacent second turnover piece (23), and when the second turnover piece (23) turns over the packaging sheet (10), the adjacent two tangent plane structures (231) on the adjacent two second turnover pieces (23) are mutually attached.
2. The eating device according to claim 1, characterized in that a side of the first transfer member (32) close to the second position is provided with a pushing surface for pushing the packaged food (100) by the pushing surface; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the second transfer member (33) includes a suction cup, and the packaging sheet (10) is sucked by the suction cup and the packaging sheet (10) and the food (100) placed on the packaging sheet (10) are transferred.

The eating device according to claim 1, characterized in that when said driving seat (31) is in said working position, the projection of said first transfer member (32) in a first plane is at least partially coincident with the projection of the food product (100) on the packaging means (2) in said first plane; when the driving seat (31) is at the avoidance position, a gap is formed between the projection of the first transfer component (32) in the first plane and the projection of the packaged food (100) on the packaging mechanism (2) in the first plane; the first surface is a plane perpendicular to the transport direction.

The eating device according to claim 3, characterized in that said transfer mechanism (3) comprises a transverse driving structure for driving said driving seat (31) to move in a horizontal direction and a longitudinal driving structure for driving said driving seat (31) to move in a vertical direction.
5. The eating device according to claim 3, characterized in that said transfer mechanism (3) comprises:
the first screw rod (34), the said first screw rod (34) extends and sets up along the horizontal direction;
a first driving motor (35), wherein an output shaft of the first driving motor (35) is connected with the first screw rod (34) so as to drive the first screw rod (34) to rotate around the axis of the first screw rod;
the sliding seat (36) is provided with a first threaded hole matched with the first screw rod (34), and the first screw rod (34) penetrates through the first threaded hole;
the second screw rod (37), the said second screw rod (37) extends and sets up along the vertical direction;
a second driving motor (38), wherein the second driving motor (38) is installed on the sliding seat (36), and an output shaft of the second driving motor (38) is connected with the second screw rod (37) so as to drive the second screw rod (37) to rotate around the axis of the second screw rod;
and a second threaded hole matched with the second screw rod (37) is formed in the driving seat (31), and the second screw rod (37) penetrates through the second threaded hole.
6. The eating device according to claim 1, characterized in that a slide (4) is provided at the eating position, the slide (4) has a slope (41) for sliding down the packaged food (100), the slope (41) extends to a target position;

wherein the first support element (26) is fixedly arranged relative to the carrier part (21), and the second support element (27) is fixedly connected to the first flap (22).

The eating device according to claim 8, wherein the joint between the driving end of the first driving device (24) and the first turnover member (22) and the joint between the driving end of the second driving device (25) and the second turnover member (23) are provided with rod end joint bearings (28).

The eating device according to claim 1, wherein said packaging mechanism comprises a labeling device (5), said labeling device (5) having a labeling head (51), said labeling head (51) being disposed above said carrier member (21), said labeling head (51) being movably disposed in a vertical direction to apply a label to the folded packaging sheet (10) through said labeling head (51) after the packaging sheet (10) is folded by a plurality of said first folding members (22) and a plurality of said second folding members (23) to shape the folded packaging sheet (10).
