Further, it should be understood that the number of the second locomotive power supply module 202 and the second battery module 203 is not limited to the one shown in fig. 3, but may be more, as the case may be. And the second battery module 203 may be disposed inside the locomotive main control device 10 or may be disposed outside, as the case may be.
The number of the vehicle foundation brake control modules 205 and the number of the vehicle foundation brake devices 21 can be equal; each vehicle foundation brake control module 205 independently controls only one vehicle foundation brake device 21; that is, each of the vehicle foundation brake devices 21 is controlled independently of each other; wherein, each vehicle foundation braking device 21 may include two vehicle brakes 210, the two vehicle brakes 210 are respectively located at two ends of a vehicle axle, the two vehicle brakes 210 are respectively located at two ends of the vehicle axle, and the two vehicle brakes 210 may be respectively defined as a left-side vehicle brake and a right-side vehicle brake. Since each vehicle foundation brake device 21 is controlled independently, the redundancy of the braking force is extremely high, and the 'axle control' to the 'wheel control' is possible, and the 'axle control' is to be understood as braking on each vehicle axle; "wheel control" is the braking of each vehicle wheel.
Preferably, each vehicle brake 210 of each vehicle foundation brake device 21 is electrically connected to a vehicle cable, and/or each vehicle foundation brake device 21 further comprises a fourth battery module 211 for supplying power to the vehicle brake 210; that is, the vehicle brake 210 may be completely powered by the locomotive cable 3, may also be completely powered by the storage battery, and may also be a mutually redundant power supply mode adopted by both the locomotive cable 3 and the storage battery. Further, the vehicle brake 210 can be a mutual redundant power supply mode adopted by both the locomotive cable 3 and the storage battery, and the vehicle brake 210 can be powered by the storage battery as a standby power supply after the locomotive cable 3 is powered off accidentally, so that the safety and reliability of the brake system are improved.
It should be understood that the number of the vehicle foundation brake control module 205 and the vehicle foundation brake device 21 may be the same as the number of vehicle axles, taking a four-axle vehicle as an example, the vehicle has four axles, therefore, as shown in fig. 3, the vehicle foundation brake device 21 should be provided with four, each vehicle foundation brake device 21 corresponding to one vehicle axle; the vehicle foundation control module corresponds to a vehicle foundation brake device 21; it should be noted that the number of the vehicle foundation brake control module 205 and the vehicle foundation brake device 21 is not limited to 4 shown in fig. 3, and may be more or less, depending on the number of the vehicle axles. And the number of the fourth battery modules 211 in each vehicle foundation brake device 21 is not limited to one shown in fig. 3, and may be more; and the fourth battery module 211 may be located inside or outside the vehicle foundation brake device 21; as the case may be.
Optionally, the plurality of vehicle brakes 210 includes a vehicle active brake and a vehicle passive brake. That is, the vehicle is also provided with a certain number of passive brakes to implement the parking brake function according to the line grade requirement. When a train breaks a hook or emergency braking occurs, the safety circuit between the locomotive and the vehicle is broken, namely: the locomotive passive brake and the vehicle passive brake automatically apply the maximum braking force to ensure the safety of the train. Meanwhile, the locomotive master control device 10 sends an emergency braking instruction, and the whole train applies the maximum emergency braking force.
In an embodiment of the present application, a two-dimensional code may be further added to each locomotive brake 140 and each vehicle brake 210 to facilitate information collection, intelligent maintenance and service management.
In the locomotive braking system 1, the locomotive master control device 10, the display screen 11, the vehicle braking signal transmission device 12, the braking controller 13, and the locomotive foundation braking device 14 all use independent locomotive power supplies or storage batteries for power supply. Note that, in fig. 1 to 3, broken lines for connecting the respective components represent wireless connections, and solid lines represent wired connections.
The embodiment of the application also provides a train which comprises a locomotive, at least one vehicle detachably connected with the locomotive and the brake system described in any one of the above embodiments, wherein the brake system comprises a locomotive brake system 1 for the locomotive and a vehicle brake system 2 for the vehicle.
Other embodiments of the present application will be apparent to those skilled in the art from consideration of the specification and practice of the invention disclosed herein. This application is intended to cover any variations, uses, or adaptations of the invention following, in general, the principles of the application and including such departures from the present disclosure as come within known or customary practice within the art to which the invention pertains. It is intended that the specification and examples be considered as exemplary only, with a true scope and spirit of the application being indicated by the following claims.
