2. when a plurality of traditional Chinese medicinal materials are cut at a time, the resistance of each traditional Chinese medicinal material to the blade tends to be consistent due to the fact that the integrity of the outer skin of each traditional Chinese medicinal material is damaged, uneven stress on each part of the blade is avoided during single cutting, the cutting stability of the blade is improved, the cutting section is more neat, the cutting thickness is controllable, and the cutting quality is effectively improved;

4. the cutting piece disclosed by the invention can form a cutting line on the outer skin, can drive the traditional Chinese medicinal materials to rotate by a certain angle at a high probability, increases the length of the cutting line, and clamps the traditional Chinese medicinal materials while cutting, so that the stability of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials when the needle penetrates the outer skin is improved, and the needle penetration effect is improved.

In one or more embodiments, the water tank is used for storing a water body to be soaked and softened with traditional Chinese medicinal materials, the water temperature of the water body is 20-35 ℃, and the water body can be deionized water or a solution with a softening function.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the drainage hole 46 is a stepped hole, and a sealing member 45 is disposed on an outer wall of the needle 41, and the sealing member 45 is engaged with the stepped hole in an uncut state.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, a handle 47 is disposed on two sides of the cutting member 4, a side cutter 48 is hinged to the lower end of the handle 47, the cutting edges of the two side cutters 48 are disposed opposite to each other, the cutting edges are located below the drainage hole 46, and the inner wall of the side cutter 48 is connected to the outer wall of the cutting member 4 through a third spring 49.
During cutting, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the side cutters contact the side surface of the outer skin before the needle head, the distance between the two side cutters is spread by the traditional Chinese medicine materials, the side cutters are turned over towards the direction far away from the cutting piece relative to the cutter handle, and then the side cutters are turned over towards the direction close to the cutting piece under the action of the third spring, so that the cutting line depth is increased while the traditional Chinese medicine materials are clamped. After the cutting is completed, when the connecting plate moves upwards, the side cutter cuts the surface of the outer skin again.

and starting the second driving device, and driving the blade to vertically move downwards by the second driving device so as to cut the position with the piercing holes and/or the cutting lines on the strip-shaped traditional Chinese medicinal materials.
