Description

Device for preventing dust accumulation of dust accumulation points of flue and flue
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of combustion equipment, and particularly relates to a device for preventing an ash accumulation point of a flue from accumulating ash and the flue.
Background
The statements herein merely provide background information related to the present disclosure and may not necessarily constitute prior art.
The inventor finds that, based on the requirements of the process or limited by factors such as the field, the part of the flue is inevitably provided with positions easy to deposit dust, such as the rear side of a sharp corner, the lowest point of the flue, the rear part penetrating through a flue upright post and the like, the positions are easy to deposit dust, and in addition, due to adverse factors such as high moisture content in the flue gas or frequent start and stop of the machine, the dust deposition phenomenon is accumulated continuously, the deposited dust is difficult to take away by simply depending on the carrying capacity of the flue gas, the dust is continuously absorbed to form hardening, the hardening is continuously thickened, the flow field distribution is further influenced, the abnormal vibration of the flue is caused, the flue load is increased rapidly, and the normal production is influenced or even.
For example, in the prior published technical literature, a horizontal flue soot-blowing system is disclosed, which comprises a soot-blowing device and a ventilation pipe, wherein the soot-blowing device is laid on the side wall of the horizontal flue accumulated material at the inlet of the circulating fluidized bed desulfurizing tower, and the soot-blowing device is provided with soot-blowing holes for blowing the circulating accumulated material. One end of the vent pipe is connected with the soot blowing device, the other end of the vent pipe is connected with a blower of the circulating fluidized boiler, and air generated by the blower is blown out from the soot blowing holes through the vent pipe so as to sweep materials accumulated in a horizontal flue of the circulating fluidized boiler. The inventor believes that this direct soot blowing through the air holes requires consideration of the gas pressure, which makes it difficult to control the floating direction of the dust during soot blowing.
The sound wave soot blowing method has the defects that the natural frequency difference of soot particles is large, the sound range emitted by a soot blower is small, the sound range is not suitable for the soot deposition characteristic, the soot deposition can not generate coking on a common hearth and a convection heating surface, and an air preheater at a low temperature section and serious soot blockage can not be removed. The gas pulse soot blowing method is limited by allowable metal stress, so that the method cannot be applied to a region with the smoke temperature higher than 700 ℃. The device is mainly used for cleaning the surface ash on the inner wall of the furnace, a coal economizer, a catalyst and the like, is not generally used for cleaning the ash in a flue, and has high cost.

In this embodiment, using a blower as the gas source, the diameter of the main pipe 15 needs to be larger than the diameter of the short pipes in order to ensure that each short pipe can obtain sufficient gas to blow up dust in the pipe.
More specifically, each stub is in vertical communication with the main pipe 15.
In this embodiment, the width of the strip-shaped opening 4 is smaller than the thickness of the flue wall panel 20. The strip-shaped opening 4 formed at the upper part of each short pipe is consistent in height relative to the flue wall plate 20. The length of the strip-shaped opening 4 is less than half of the circumference of the short pipe.
More specifically, in the present embodiment, the shape of the bar-shaped opening 4 projected on the vertical plane is a rectangle, and the width thereof can be defined as the side length of the shorter side thereof, and the length thereof can be defined as the side length of the longer side thereof. The width of the strip-shaped opening 4 is required to be as small as possible, and in the embodiment, the width of the strip-shaped opening 4 is only defined numerically by comparing with the thickness of the flue wall plate 20, and the area of the strip-shaped opening 4 is kept smaller than the cross-sectional area of the short pipe.
In this embodiment, the strip-shaped opening 4 is opened at the top of the short pipe, and the short pipe is specifically located on the lateral wall of the short pipe from the top to one seventh of the bottom. The principle of blowing up dust in this embodiment is the bernoulli principle, that is, in the water flow or the air flow, if the speed is low, the pressure is high, and if the speed is high, the pressure is low; in this embodiment, the cross-sectional area of the strip-shaped opening 4 is suddenly reduced relative to the cross-sectional area of the short pipe for the gas blown out from the strip-shaped opening 4, and the gas flow rate is increased under the condition that the total gas amount is not changed, so that a low-pressure area is formed in the area outside the strip-shaped opening 4 to attract the gas flow of the high-pressure area, and the gas flow of the high-pressure area drives the dust to leave the inner wall of the pipeline.
It can be understood that, in the present embodiment, the strip-shaped opening 4 is used as the air outlet, the strip-shaped opening 4 can be regarded as a strip-shaped hole, after the air flow is blown out from the strip-shaped opening 4, a low-pressure area is formed at the outer side of the strip-shaped opening 4 due to the air flow jetted out from the strip-shaped opening 4, where the pressure is lower than the original pressure in the pipeline, dust will float from the high-pressure area to the low-pressure area, float, and be further disturbed by the air flow blown out from the strip-shaped opening 4, and suspend in the pipeline for a period of time.
In the embodiment, the bernoulli principle is fully utilized, and in order to fully utilize the bernoulli principle, the strip-shaped opening 4 is arranged on the side surface of the short pipe instead of the top end of the short pipe in the embodiment, and when air is blown out from the strip-shaped opening 4 arranged on the side surface of the short pipe, the area of a formed low-pressure area can cover more areas, so that on one hand, fewer short pipes can be arranged, and on the other hand, the situation that the direct soot blowing is not thorough in cleaning can be reduced.
In this embodiment, still include valve 3, camera and controller, the controller is connected with camera and pressure valve respectively, and the controller detects the deposition when the camera, the operating condition of control pressure valve.
More specifically, be equipped with the observation hole on the flue wall in this embodiment, the condition in the direct shooting observation hole of camera can be judged by the manual work or whether there is a large amount of dusts in the picture that the machine judgement camera was shot.
In another embodiment, the observation hole can be used for judgment manually, or routine operation can be carried out when the inspection is timed.
That is, the present embodiment can be automatically started, and in a normal flue, the time is in a working state, that is, there is an airflow from the flue to the outside at all times; after the gas source in this embodiment is activated, the cleaning operation can be completed.
It can be understood that in the present embodiment, the flow speed of the gas blown out from the strip-shaped opening 4 is larger than the flow speed of the flue gas in the flue.
It will also be appreciated that in this embodiment the stub pipe is passed through the flue wall panel 20 and that the seal weld between the stub pipe and the flue wall panel is a seal weld 5 for forming a seal weld located on the outside of the flue wall panel 20.
