fourthly, when the control system detects that the amount of shredded paper scraps in the secondary cylinder (5) reaches the upper limit, the material blocking device (13) is switched from the extending position to the retracting position, and the discharge port (12) is opened;
fifthly, the secondary motor (7) drives the secondary cutter shaft (6) to rotate, and the waste paper scraps are discharged to a waste paper barrel (11); after the material discharging is finished, the material blocking device (13) is reset, and the material discharging opening (12) is closed;
when the control system monitors that the waste paper barrel (11) is full of materials, the control panel reminds through sound and light alarm, a corresponding confirmation key is pressed down, the electromagnetic lock device (10) is opened, the waste paper barrel (11) is pulled out through the drawer (8) to change bags, and a work flow is completed;
seventhly, when the equipment works abnormally or the gear selection is wrong, interrupting the current program through a reset key on the control panel and reentering the next working process; when the water level in the water tank (14-2) is lower than the lower water level, the water level sensor (14-5) feeds back a signal, and the control panel reminds that water is short through sound and light alarm and starts to add water; when the water level in the water tank (14-2) reaches the upper water level, the water level sensor (14-5) feeds back a signal, the control panel reminds a user of filling water through sound and light alarm, and water adding is stopped;
and eighthly, when the device of the invention is in failure or needs maintenance, firstly starting the coded lock device (17) on the rear side plate (16) of the rack, opening the rear side plate (16) of the rack, the upper cover (15) of the rack and other parts of the shell of the rack (4) through code confirmation, and then carrying out related maintenance.
