According to the above, the work flow of the whole device is as follows:
placing the recycled aggregate raw material on the conveyor belt 20, the conveyor belt 20 conveys the recycled aggregate raw material to the top end of the hollow part of the first layer 101 of the fixed platform 1, the recycled aggregate falls onto the grinding barrel 30, the first motor 32 and the second motor 33 drive the grinding barrel 30 to rotate through the transmission rod 31 to break the recycled aggregate raw material, the broken recycled aggregate raw material falls onto the electromagnetic plate, the electromagnetic plate adsorbs metals such as iron, cobalt and nickel contained in the broken recycled aggregate raw material, the broken recycled aggregate raw material enters the first screening barrel 50 through the electromagnetic plate, at the moment, the water starts to enter from the output pipe orifice, the shower head 41 starts to spray uniform water flow to enter the first screening barrel 50, the synchronous third motor 510 drives the first screening barrel 50 through the gear 54 and the tooth groove 53, the second screening barrel 51 and the third screening barrel 52 rotate at a constant speed, the plurality of 40mm screen holes 58 on the first screening barrel 50 and the plurality of 5mm screen holes 59 on the second screening barrel 51 start to rotate through the first screening barrel 50 and the second screening barrel 51 The operation of washing and screening is carried out, after the screening finishes, the regeneration aggregate in first screening bucket 50 gets into first chamber 71 that holds, the regeneration aggregate in second screening bucket 51 gets into the second and holds chamber 72, the regeneration aggregate in third screening bucket 52 gets into the third and holds chamber 73, sewage after the washing gets into simultaneously that first chamber 71, the second holds chamber 72 and the third hold chamber 73, in getting into catch basin 74 through the filter screen, sewage passes through the outlet 76 discharge of catch basin 74.
