The second water pump 50 pressurizes the ozone-containing water in the first pressure tank 20 and then transfers the pressurized ozone-containing water to the second pressure tank 70, and part of the pressurized ozone-containing water by the second water pump 50 is returned to the gas-liquid pressure splitter 25 to be output-balanced, so that the ozone in the ozone-containing water reacts in the second pressure tank 70 to generate oxygen molecules, and the generated oxygen molecules are dissolved in water in the second pressure tank 70 to generate oxygen-containing water. The second pressure tank 70 may be connected to a sprayer 80, such as a shower head for shower, whereby water with dissolved ozone and oxygen may be sprayed by the sprayer 80. A second valve body is provided between the second pressure tank 70 and the sprinkler 80, and when the second valve body is opened, the oxygen-containing water of the second pressure tank 70 is sprayed from the second pressure tank 70 to the outside through the sprinkler 80.
Referring to fig. 1A and 4, the ozone bio-oxidation high-density water bath apparatus 100 of the present invention further includes a control module 90, wherein the control module 90 includes a controller 91, a first switch device 92, a second switch device 93, a third switch device 94, a start device 95, an emergency stop device 96, and a power switch 97.
The first switch element 92 is connected to the first water pump 10 and a power source, the second switch element 93 is connected to the second water pump 50 and the power source, the third switch element 94 is connected to the air pump 60 and the power source, the controller 91 is electrically connected to the first switch element 92, the second switch element 93 and the third switch element 94, and the controller 91 can control the first switch element 92, the second switch element 93 and the third switch element 94 to be turned on or off, so that the power source is turned on or off with the first water pump 10, the second water pump 50 and the air pump 60 or with the first water pump 10, the second water pump 50 and the air pump 60.
The starting element 95 and the emergency stopping element 96 are electrically connected to the controller 91, and when the starting element 95 or the emergency stopping element 96 is triggered, the control signal or the stopping signal can be sent to the controller 91, so that the controller 91 controls the first switch element 92, the second switch element 93 and the third switch element 94 to be turned on or off, respectively, to start or stop the first water pump 10, the second water pump 50 and the air pump 60. The activation element 95 and the emergency stop element 96 may be trigger elements such as triggers. The controller 91, the first switching element 92, the second switching element 93, and the third switching element 94 are connected in parallel with each other and to the power supply via a power switch 97. Thus, when the power switch 97 is turned on by the user, the power is conducted to the controller 91, then the user triggers the starting element 95, the starting element 95 transmits the control signal to the controller 91, and the controller 91 triggers the first switch element 92, the second switch element 93 and the third switch element 94 to conduct the power to the first water pump 10, the second water pump 50 and the air pump 60, so that the first water pump 10, the second water pump 50 and the air pump 60 operate.
In this embodiment, the control module 90 further includes a timer 98, the timer 98 can set a time value, and when the time counted by the timer 98 reaches the set time value, the controller 91 turns off the first switch element 92, the second switch element 93 and the third switch element 94 to stop the operation of the first water pump 10, the second water pump 50 and the air pump 60, for example, the timer 98 can be set for 35 minutes, and when the time is started for 35 minutes, the operation is stopped. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and a pressure sensor or an ozone concentration sensor may be installed in the first pressure tank 20 or the second pressure tank 70, and the controller 91 may shut off the first switching element 92, the second switching element 93, and the third switching element 94 to stop the operation of the first water pump 10, the second water pump 50, and the air pump 60 when the pressure in the first pressure tank 20 or the second pressure tank 70 reaches a set value or when the ozone concentration value in the first pressure tank 20 or the second pressure tank 70 reaches a set value.
When an emergency situation occurs and an emergency stop operation is required, the emergency stop element 96 may be triggered, and the emergency stop element 96 transmits a stop signal to the controller 91. In this embodiment, the controller 91 may be a programmable logic controller, and the first switch element 92, the second switch element 93 and the third switch element 94 may be switch elements such as relays.
Referring back to fig. 1A, fig. 1B and fig. 1C, the ozone bio-oxidation high density water bath apparatus 100 of the present invention further includes a housing 110, the housing 110 includes a first layer 111 and a second layer 112, the first layer 111 and the second layer 112 are separated by a partition plate S, the first layer 111 is located above the second layer 112, the first layer 111 above which the ozone generator 30, the air pump 60 and the control module 90 are disposed, the pipeline of the ozone generator 30 can extend to the second layer 112 through the partition plate S, the first water pump 10, the first pressure tank 20, the second pressure tank 70 and the related pipeline are disposed on the second layer 112, an operation panel P is disposed outside the housing 110 corresponding to the front of the first layer 111, an air inlet AI is disposed corresponding to the rear of the first layer 111, an air outlet is disposed corresponding to the front of the second layer 112, an air inlet 11 of the first water pump 10, a first water outlet 22 and a second water outlet 23 of the first pressure tank 20 are disposed corresponding to the rear of the second layer 112, and an air outlet is disposed corresponding to the rear of the second layer 112. The operation panel P may be provided with a power switch 97, a manual start button B1, an emergency stop button B2, a remote control mode button B3, a power on indicator L1, and an operation indicator L2. The manual start button B1 is electrically connected to the start element 95, the emergency stop button B2 is electrically connected to the emergency stop element 96, when the power switch 97 is turned on, the external power is turned on, the power-on indicator L1 is turned on, when the manual start button B1 is pressed, the start element 95 is triggered, the controller 91 turns on the first switch element 92, the second switch element 93 and the third switch element 94, the ozone bio-oxidation high-density water bath apparatus 100 starts to operate, and the indicator L2 for displaying the operation is turned on. When an emergency occurs, the emergency stop button B2 is pressed to trigger the emergency stop element 96, and the controller 91 turns off the first switching element 92, the second switching element 93 and the third switching element 94 to stop the operation of the ozone bio-oxidation high-density water bath apparatus 100. The remote control mode can be activated by pressing the remote control mode button B3, and the ozone bio-oxidation high-density water bath apparatus 100 is operated by the remote controller 120 described later. Air can enter the housing 110 through the air inlet a and is pumped into the ozone generator 30 by the air pump 60, the second layer 112 is provided with a front and a rear air outlet AO, and the pipelines connected to the water bath 40 and the sprinkler 80 can be respectively connected to the suction inlet 11, the first water outlet 22 and the second water outlet 23 behind the second layer 112.
Referring to fig. 3, which shows another embodiment of the ozone bio-oxidation high-density water bath apparatus 100 of the present invention, the structure of the present embodiment is substantially the same as the structure of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, therefore the same reference numerals are given to the same components and the description thereof is omitted, and the difference between the present embodiment and the embodiment shown in fig. 2 is that the present embodiment further includes a third water pump 130, the third water pump 130 is disposed at the water outlet of the second pressure tank 70, and the oxygen-containing water is pressurized and then delivered to the sprayer 80 for spraying or showering, and the oxygen-containing water can also be guided back to the water bath 40, and is flushed out by the flushing ports 43 and 44 after being pressurized by the third water pump 130, so as to form a strong water flow, and achieve the effect of meridian massage. In addition, a medicated bath 140 may be provided between the first output end 252 of the gas-liquid pressure splitter 25 and the water inlet 41 of the water bath 40, a medicated bag may be placed in the medicated bath 140 or a liquid medicine may be directly added, and the ozone-containing water may be mixed with the liquid medicine and then flow into the water bath 40 through the water inlet 41, so that the user may perform both medicated bath therapy and ozone therapy.
In addition, referring to fig. 4, fig. 5 and fig. 6, the ozone biological oxidation high density water bath apparatus 100 of the present invention further comprises a remote controller 120, the control module 90 further comprises a wireless transceiver unit 99, and the remote controller 120 is provided with a start button B1, an emergency stop button B2, a power on indicator L1 and an operation indicator L2. The start button B1 or the emergency stop button B2 is pressed, the remote controller 120 transmits a control signal and receives the control signal via the wireless transceiver 99, and then the first water pump 10, the second water pump 50 and the air pump 60 are started or stopped, and the control module 90 can transmit an indication message to the remote controller 120 via the wireless transceiver 99, so that the power-on indicator light L1 and the operation-displaying indicator light L2 are turned on or off. The remote controller 120 may be a dedicated remote control device (as shown in fig. 4) or a portable intelligent electronic device M (as shown in fig. 5), such as an intelligent mobile phone, which can generate a corresponding operation interface by installing a corresponding APP and connect to the wireless transceiver unit 99 through a network. In addition, as shown in fig. 6, the wireless transceiver 99 can be connected to a cloud database B via a network, and each parameter of each ozone hydrotherapy can be uploaded to the cloud database B via the network for recording, or each parameter of each ozone hydrotherapy in the course of treatment can be input into the cloud database B in advance by medical staff or users, so that each parameter of each ozone hydrotherapy can be directly downloaded from the cloud database B by the user when using the ozone bio-oxidation high-density water bath apparatus 100 of the present invention, and no manual setting is required.
The ozone biological oxidation high density water bath device 100 of the present invention can inject water containing ozone into the water bath 40, or spray water containing ozone and oxygen by the sprayer 80, the user can soak in the water containing ozone or take a shower with the water containing ozone and oxygen, the human body can be exposed in the environment filled with ozone by means of water bath, the ozone can enter the blood by means of the absorption of ozone by subcutaneous microvessels, and then the blood circulates to each organ of the human body to produce a therapeutic effect. Claims (10)

a first water pump connected to a water source by a pipeline;
the first pressure tank is connected with the first water pump through a pipeline, and the first water pump pumps the water from the water source into the first pressure tank;
an ozone generator for combining with oxygen molecules to generate ozone and connected to the first pressure tank by a pipeline;
the second water pump is coupled to the first pressure tank;
the second pressure tank is connected with the second water pump;
a sprayer connected to the second pressure tank, the oxygen-containing water generated from the second pressure tank being sprayed to the outside through the sprayer;
a second valve body, which is arranged between the second pressure groove and the sprayer, when the second valve body is opened, the oxygenated water generated by the second pressure groove is sprayed to the outside by the second pressure groove and the sprayer; and
the ozone-containing water generated by the first pressure tank is conveyed to the input end, and flows out through the first output end and the second output end respectively;
wherein the ozone and water are mixed in the first pressure tank to form ozone-containing water, which is discharged from the first pressure tank;
wherein the second water pump pumps the ozone-containing water in the first pressure tank into the second pressure tank, and in the second pressure tank, ozone in the ozone-containing water reacts to generate oxygen, and the ozone-containing water is mixed with the oxygen to form oxygen-containing water.

The ozone bio-oxidation high-density water bath device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the water source comprises a water bath, the water bath stores water to a preset height and is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet, the preset height is larger than the height of the water outlet, the first water pump is connected to the water outlet, and the ozone-containing water flows into the water bath through the water inlet.
3. The ozone bio-oxidation high-density water bath device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the ozone generator is connected with the first pressure tank through a pipeline, and the air pump pumps air into the ozone generator to generate ozone and pumps the ozone into the first pressure tank.

The ozone bio-oxidation high-density water bath device as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the first valve body is arranged between the first pressure tank and the water inlet, and when the first valve body is opened, the ozone-containing water in the first pressure tank flows into the water bath from the first pressure tank through the water inlet.

The ozone bio-oxidation high-density water bath device as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the air pump system further comprises a control module, wherein the control module is connected to the first water pump, the second water pump and the air pump and controls the first water pump, the second water pump and the air pump to be started and closed.

The ozone bio-oxidation high-density water bath device as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the air pump further comprises a power switch, wherein the power switch is electrically connected with the control module and an external power supply, and the external power supply supplies power to the first water pump, the second water pump and the air pump through the control module.

The ozone bio-oxidation high-density water bath device as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the control module comprises a controller, a first switch element, a second switch element and a third switch element, wherein the first switch element is connected with the first water pump and an external power supply, the second switch element is connected with the second water pump and the external power supply, the third switch element is connected with the air pump and the external power supply, and the controller drives the first switch element, the second switch element and the third switch element respectively to start or stop the first water pump, the second water pump and the air pump.
