Description

Smell releasing device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of diagnosis and treatment of dysosmia, in particular to an odor releasing device.
Background
Olfaction is one of five senses of a person, and is essential for human life activities. Besides identifying odor signals, smell plays an important role in increasing appetite, early warning danger, participating in memory, regulating emotion, immunity and the like. If the olfactory disorder occurs, the health and the quality of life of the patient are seriously affected.
Olfactory disorders are common symptoms of the otorhinolaryngology family, including hyposmia, loss of sense of smell, olfactory allergies, mispronounced sense of smell, and illusion of smell. There are many causes of dysolfaction including upper respiratory tract infections, nasal and sinus diseases, trauma, congenital and genetic factors, noxious gases, radiation damage, etc.
Currently, both the diagnostic phase (e.g., olfactory detection) and the therapeutic phase (e.g., olfactory training) of an olfactory disorder require odor release to a subject or patient. The products commonly used in the market today are solid waxy products and liquid products. Solid waxy products, such as fragrance pellets, which are similar in principle to solid fresheners, release odors through sublimation of solid materials and are reusable, but the amount of odor released cannot be precisely controlled. The liquid product is a smell agent prepared by essence and solvent, and is sealed in a bottle, when the liquid product is used, a certain amount of smell agent is dipped by absorbent cotton and then released, the liquid product can be repeatedly used, however, the smell release amount can not be accurately controlled, the concentration of the residual smell agent in the bottle can be reduced due to repeated bottle opening, and the consistency of the concentration released by the smell can not be ensured in later use.

Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further described by the following specific embodiments. It should be apparent to those skilled in the art that the detailed description is merely provided to aid in understanding the invention and should not be taken as limiting the invention in any way.
Referring to fig. 1, 4, 6, 7 and 9, the present invention provides an odor releasing device, which includes a liquid storage member 1, a blocking assembly 2 and a driving assembly 3. The liquid storage piece 1 is provided with a front end 11 and a rear end 12 which are oppositely arranged, and a liquid storage cavity 13 is formed in the liquid storage piece 1. The liquid storage cavity 13 is used for storing the smelling agent prepared by essence, solvent and the like. The front end 11 is provided with a liquid outlet hole 14 communicated with the liquid storage cavity 13, the blocking assembly 2 is arranged at the liquid outlet hole 14, and the blocking assembly 2 comprises a blocking piece 21 for opening or closing the liquid outlet hole 14 and an elastic piece 22 elastically abutted against the blocking piece 21. The drive assembly 3 is arranged at the rear end 12, and the drive assembly 3 can be moved from the rear end 12 towards the front end 11 under the influence of an external force.
In an olfactory detection or olfactory training, the driving component 3 moves from the rear end 12 towards the front end 11 under the action of an external force, compresses the liquid storage cavity 13, so that the pressure in the liquid storage cavity 13 increases, and drives the sniffing agent to prop against the blocking piece 21 to open the liquid outlet 14, the sniffing agent is discharged through the liquid outlet 14 and can be adsorbed by a liquid absorbing piece (for example, liquid absorbing cotton, liquid absorbing paper or liquid absorbing sponge, not shown in the figure), after a sufficient amount of sniffing agent is adsorbed, the external force is removed, the driving component 3 stops moving, and the blocking piece 21 closes the liquid outlet 14 again under the action of the elastic force of the elastic piece 22. The smelling agent on the liquid absorbing piece can volatilize to generate smell, and a subject or a patient can smell the smell to perform olfactory detection or olfactory training. The liquid absorbing piece is disposable, and can be discarded after the olfactory detection or olfactory training is finished. The liquid absorbent member may be sold in combination with the scent release apparatus or may be sold separately, without limitation. The liquid outlet hole 14 is opened only in the process of discharging the smell agent, and the liquid outlet hole 14 is in a closed state in the rest time, so that the smell agent is not easy to volatilize and deteriorate, and the consistency of the concentration released by each time can be ensured.
The front end 11 of the liquid storage member 1 is a closed structure, and an installation part 15 is convexly arranged on the end face (not shown) of the front end 11 towards the rear end 12 for installing the plugging assembly 2, and the liquid outlet hole 14 is formed in the center of the installation part 15 and penetrates through the installation part 15 and the end face of the front end 11 so as to be communicated with the outside. The rear end 12 of the liquid storage member 1 is of an opening structure, and the driving assembly 3 extends into the liquid storage cavity 13 through an opening (not shown) of the rear end 12.
Further, an elongated needle tube 16 is protruded on the end surface of the front end 11 in a direction away from the rear end 12 corresponding to the liquid outlet 14. The needle tube 16 is communicated with the liquid outlet 14, so that the sniffing agent needs to pass through the liquid outlet 14 and the needle tube 16 in sequence and then be discharged. The needle tube 16 can avoid the contact of the sniffing agent in the liquid storage cavity 13 with the outside in a large area when the liquid outlet hole 14 is opened, thereby reducing or avoiding the volatilization of the sniffing agent and reducing or avoiding the deterioration of the sniffing agent caused by the pollution of the sniffing agent in the liquid storage cavity 13 due to the entry of external pollutants into the liquid storage cavity 13. In the present embodiment, the inner diameter of the needle tube 16 is 0.1 to 1mm, the outer diameter is 0.2 to 1.2mm, and the aperture of the liquid outlet 14 is identical to the inner diameter of the needle tube 16. The needle tube 16 can be detachably connected with the liquid storage piece 1, can be fixedly connected with the liquid storage piece 1, and can be integrally formed with the liquid storage piece 1.
Referring again to fig. 4, 6, 7 and 9, the closure assembly 2 further includes a mounting sleeve 23. The mounting sleeve 23 is a hollow structure with one end open and the other end closed, and in this embodiment, the mounting sleeve 23 is an elongated cylinder. At least one liquid inlet 231 is formed in the side wall (not shown) of the mounting sleeve 23 near the opening end (not shown) of the mounting sleeve 23. The mounting sleeve 23 is sleeved on the mounting portion 15 through an opening end thereof, the blocking member 21 and the elastic member 22 are both disposed in an inner cavity (not shown) of the mounting sleeve 23, and the elastic member 22 is located between the blocking member 21 and a closed end (not shown) of the mounting sleeve 23. After being installed in place, the liquid inlet 231 is communicated with the liquid storage cavity 13 and the inner cavity of the installation sleeve 23. When the drive assembly 3 moves the compressed liquid storage chamber 13 from the rear end 12 towards the front end 11, the sniffing agent enters the inner cavity of the mounting sleeve 23 through the liquid inlet hole 231, and the blocking piece 21 is abutted so that the blocking piece 21 moves towards the rear end 12, thereby opening the liquid outlet hole 14. When the driving assembly 3 stops moving, the blocking piece 21 closes the liquid outlet 14 under the elastic force of the elastic piece 22. In the present embodiment, the elastic member 22 is a spring.
In order to improve the stability of the connection between the mounting sleeve 23 and the mounting portion 15, a slot (not shown) is formed around the mounting portion 15 on the end surface of the front end 11, and the open end of the mounting sleeve 23 is inserted into the slot.
In order to prevent the mounting portion 15 from blocking the liquid inlet 231, in this embodiment, the mounting portion 15 is a conical protrusion that gradually contracts radially inward along the direction from the front end 11 toward the rear end 12, so that a gap between the mounting portion 15 and the mounting sleeve 23 can be ensured, and the sniffing agent can smoothly enter the inner cavity of the mounting sleeve 23 through the liquid inlet 231.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the blocking member 21 may be made of silica gel or ceramic, and the blocking member 21 is a sphere, and for matching with this, an end surface (not shown) of the mounting portion 15 is a spherical arc surface. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments not shown, the end surfaces of the plugging member 21 and the mounting portion 15 may have other shapes, as long as they can be mutually attached to close the liquid outlet 14, for example, the plugging member 21 is a rectangular parallelepiped, and the end surface of the mounting portion 15 is a flat surface.
As described above, the driving assembly 3 can move from the rear end 12 toward the front end 11 under the action of external force, compressing the liquid storage chamber 13. Thus, the drive assembly 3 may be configured like a plunger rod of a syringe (not shown). In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 4 and 9, the driving assembly 3 includes a screw 31, an operation lever 32, a screw bush 33, and a slider 34. The operating lever 32 is disposed outside the rear end 12 of the liquid storage member 1 in the axial direction of the liquid storage member 1. The sliding block 34 is disposed in the liquid storage chamber 13, and an outer peripheral surface (not shown) of the sliding block 34 is attached to a chamber wall (not shown) of the liquid storage chamber 13. In this embodiment, the slider 34 is a rubber plug. The rear end 12 of the liquid storage piece 1 is internally provided with a mounting cavity 17 communicated with the liquid storage cavity 13, and the inner diameter of the mounting cavity 17 is larger than that of the liquid storage cavity 13, so that a first step surface 18 is formed between the mounting cavity 17 and the liquid storage cavity 13, and a thread bush 33 is mounted in the mounting cavity 17 through an opening of the rear end 12 and abuts against the first step surface 18. One end of the screw 31 passes through the thread bush 33 and then extends into the liquid storage cavity 13 and is connected with the sliding block 34, the other end of the screw 31 is connected with the operating rod 32, and the screw 31 is in threaded fit with the thread bush 33. When the screw 31 is rotated by the rotation operation lever 32, the screw 31 is rotated by the screw engagement of the screw 31 and the screw bush 33, and moves from the rear end 12 toward the front end 11, and the slider 34 is also rotated by the screw 31, and moves from the rear end 12 toward the front end 11, thereby compressing the liquid storage chamber 13. Initially, the straight edge 62 is perpendicular to the short axis of the matching groove 324, the clamping spring 6 is in a natural state, and the clamping spring 6 has no elastic action on the groove wall (not shown) of the matching groove 324; the operation rod 32 is rotated, the snap spring 6 starts to deform, the elastic action of the snap spring 6 on the groove wall of the matching groove 324 is gradually increased until the elastic action of the snap spring 6 on the groove wall of the matching groove 324 reaches the maximum when the straight edge 62 is perpendicular to the long axis of the matching groove 324, correspondingly, the external force required for rotating the operation rod 32 is also gradually increased until the external force required for rotating the operation rod 32 reaches the maximum when the straight edge 62 is perpendicular to the long axis of the matching groove 324, and thus, the quarter turn is completed; continuing to rotate the operation rod 32, gradually recovering the deformation of the clamp spring 6, gradually reducing the elastic action of the clamp spring 6 on the groove wall of the matching groove 324, and correspondingly gradually reducing the external force required for rotating the operation rod 32 until the external force required for rotating the operation rod 32 reaches the minimum when the straight edge 62 is perpendicular to the short axis of the matching groove 324, thereby completing one half of rotation; the operation rod 32 is further rotated, and the external force required for rotating the operation rod 32 is changed by gradually increasing and then gradually decreasing the external force, which is described above, so that the operation rod 32 is repeatedly rotated and reciprocated, and the description is omitted. By changing the external force required for rotating the operation lever 32, that is, the user's operation hand feeling can know the number of turns of the operation lever 32, thereby realizing the precise control of the discharge amount of the sniffing agent, and thus realizing the precise control of the odor release amount.
The invention provides an odor releasing device, when a driving component 3 moves from a rear end 12 to a front end 11 under the action of external force, a smell agent abuts against a blocking piece 21 to open a liquid outlet 14, the smell agent is discharged through the liquid outlet 14, and when the driving component 3 stops moving under the action of the elastic force of an elastic piece 22 due to the removal of the external force, the blocking piece 21 closes the liquid outlet 14 again. The liquid outlet hole 14 is opened only in the process of discharging the smell agent, and the liquid outlet hole 14 is in a closed state in the rest time, so that the smell agent is not easy to volatilize and deteriorate, and the consistency of the concentration released by each time can be ensured. In addition, since the distance that the slider 34 moves from the rear end 12 toward the front end 11 is equal for each rotation of the operating lever 32, so that the amount of the smelling agent discharged is also equal, the discharge amount of the smelling agent can be precisely controlled, and thus the amount of the released smell can be precisely controlled. Further, the first housing 41, the snap spring 6 and the operation lever 32 are engaged with each other such that the external force required to rotate the operation lever 32 becomes gradually larger or smaller every time the operation lever 32 rotates one quarter turn, whereby the number of turns of the operation lever 32 can be known by the change of the external force required to rotate the operation lever 32.
The applicant declares that the above is only a specific embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and it should be apparent to those skilled in the art that any changes or substitutions that are easily conceivable within the technical scope of the present invention disclosed by the present invention fall within the scope of the present invention and the disclosure.
