As another connection mode of the present invention, the connection portion 9 may be provided on the first folded-in surface 44, the second folded-in surface 46 or/and the inner surface of the side portion 2, and when the first folded-out surface 45 is connected to the second folded-out surface 47, the first folded-in surface 44 is connected to the inner side of the side portion 2 through the connection portion 9, or the second folded-in surface 46 is connected to the inner side of the side portion 2 through the connection portion 9, thereby forming a paper pot with an opening composed of the bottom portion 1, the side portion 2 and the folded portion 3.
As still another connection mode of the present invention, the first folded-in surface 44 of a part of the folded portion 3 may be connected to the second folded-in surface 46, the first folded-out surface 45 may be connected to the outside of the side portion 2, or the second folded-out surface 47 may be connected to the outside of the side portion 2; and the first outer folding surface 45 and the second outer folding surface 47 of the other part folding part 3 are connected, the first inner folding surface 44 and the inner side of the side part 2 are connected, or the second inner folding surface 46 and the inner side of the side part 2 are connected, and correspondingly, a part of the combination part 9 is arranged on the first outer folding surface 45, the second outer folding surface 47 or/and the outer side of the side part 2, and the other part of the combination part 9 is arranged on the first inner folding surface 44, the second inner folding surface 46 or/and the inner side of the side part 2. Thus forming a paper pot with an opening consisting of a bottom part 1, side parts 2 and a folded part 3.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the joint 9 is a clip strip disposed on the first folded-in surface 44, the second folded-in surface 46, the first folded-out surface 45 or/and the second folded-out surface 47, and a clip groove disposed on the inner surface or/and the outer surface of the side portion 2, but it is also possible that the clip groove is disposed on the first folded-in surface 44, the second folded-in surface 46, the first folded-out surface 45 or/and the second folded-out surface 47, and the clip strip is disposed on the inner surface or/and the outer surface of the side portion 2. The manufacturing method of the paper pot provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:

Meanwhile, due to the good heat-conducting property of the metal layer, the paper pot can improve the cooking efficiency when being heated and cooked, and is greatly convenient to use.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the embodiment of the present invention provides a paper pot, which comprises a bottom wall 1; and a side wall 2 connected to the bottom wall 1; the side wall 2 may include a side portion 21, a transition portion 22 and a folded portion 23, and an upper edge of the side portion 21, an upper edge of the transition portion 22 and an upper edge of the folded portion 23 are bent in the same direction to form the fixing portion 3.
The paper pot provided by the embodiment of the invention can be approximately in a square structure as a whole, the bottom wall 1 of the paper pot can be square, the number of the side parts 21 of the side wall 2 can be four, the side parts are opposite to each other in pairs, the transition part 22 can be positioned between the two adjacent side parts 21, so that the area of the top end of the side wall 2 can be larger than that of the bottom end of the side wall, the paper pot is convenient to use, meanwhile, the transition part 22 can be in a plane shape, the cross section of the paper pot can be octagonal, the volume of the paper pot is increased, and more food can be contained. In addition, when folding, fold portion 23, can form fixed part 3 through bending the upper edge of lateral part 21, transition portion 22 and folded portion 23 syntropy again after folding for the stable in structure of paper pot, it is convenient to fold.

In an alternative embodiment, see fig. 5 and 6, the side portions 21 and the transition portions 22 may be connected by folding of the fold portions 23. That is, when the paper pot is folded, the folding part 23 is folded to realize the connection between the side part 21 and the transition part 22, so as to form the side wall of the paper pot, thereby facilitating the operation.
In an alternative embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the bottom wall 1, the side portions 21, the transition portion 22 and the fold 23 in the unfolded state are in the same plane. According to the above embodiment, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the side portion 21 and the transition portion 22 may be folded by the first fold line 231a and the second fold line such that the inner surface of the folding wing 231b may be connected with the inner surface of the transition portion 22 and the outer surface of the folding wing 231b may be connected with the outer surface of the side portion 21; of course, the inner surface of the folding wing 231b can be connected with the inner surface of the side portion 21, and the outer surface of the folding wing 231b can be connected with the outer surface of the transition portion 22, so that the connection between the side portion 21 and the transition portion 23 can be realized.
It should be noted that, referring to fig. 6, in order to facilitate the fixing of the paper pot after the folding is completed, in the first folding structure 231 of the two folding portions 23 located at the two sides of the transition portion 23, the inner surfaces of the folding wings 231b may be connected with the inner surface of the transition portion 22, and the outer surfaces of the folding wings 231b are connected with the outer surface of the side portion 21, so that after the folding of each folding portion 23 is completed, the upper edge of the side portion 21, the upper edge of the transition portion 22, and the upper edge of the folding portion 23 are bent in the same direction to form a firmer fixing portion 3, thereby making the structure of the paper pot more stable.
In order to further improve the convenience of the paper pot, referring to fig. 6, in an alternative embodiment, the fixing portion 3 may extend along the upper edge of the side wall 2 to form a handle portion, and the fixing portion 3 may extend and curl outward, so that the fixing portion 3 forms the handle portion of the paper pot, and when the paper pot is used, a user can take the paper pot through the handle portion to avoid being burned, thereby further improving the convenience of the paper pot and improving the user experience.
In an alternative embodiment, see fig. 5 and 6, a raised area 11 may be provided in the middle of the inner surface of the bottom wall 1; the contour of the raised area 11 can be adapted to the contour of the bottom wall 1. In the above embodiment, by providing the third fold 4 and the fourth fold 5 between the bottom wall 1 and the side portion 21 and between the bottom wall 1 and the transition portion 22, the side portion 21 and the transition portion 22 can be folded conveniently by the third fold 4 and the fourth fold 5 even in the state where the bottom wall 1, the side portion 21, the transition portion 22 and the folded portion 23 are all unfolded, so that the folding of the paper pot is more convenient and faster. Specifically, third crease 4 can be the straight line form, and fourth crease 5 is connected and is the arc of evagination with third crease 4 to make two adjacent lateral parts 21 can pass through transition portion 22 rounding off, and then make paper pot lateral wall 2 not have the edges and corners, further improved its convenient to use nature.

A paper pot, comprising: a bottom wall; and a side wall connected to the bottom wall; the side wall comprises a side part, a transition part and a folding part, and the upper edge of the side part, the upper edge of the transition part and the upper edge of the folding part are bent in the same direction to form a fixing part.
9. The paper pan of claim 8, wherein the fold comprises a first fold structure and a second fold structure connected to each other;
the first folding structure comprises a folding wing connected between the transition part and the side part, and a first crease arranged at the connection part of the transition part and the folding wing;
the second folding structure comprises a second fold disposed between the folding wing and the side portion;

11. A manufacturing method of a paper pot is characterized by comprising the following steps,
providing a metal film, a resin layer and a paper layer;
sequentially compounding the resin layer, the metal film and the paper layer to form a composite layer;
cutting the composite layer;
stamping the cut composite layer to form a paper pot;
wherein the metal film is the metal film according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
12. The manufacturing method according to claim 11, wherein the sequentially laminating the resin layer, the metal film and the paper layer to form a laminated layer comprises:
and sequentially pressing or bonding the resin layer, the metal film and the paper layer to form a composite layer.
