Description

Mint type slow-release material with bean fragrance, tobacco stick, heating non-combustible tobacco product and preparation and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for slowly releasing mint and bean fragrance components in a heating non-combustible tobacco product and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of novel tobacco product fragrance slow release.
Background
In the field of novel tobacco products, the tobacco products which are not burnt after being heated are in a non-burning state through controlling the temperature of the internal tobacco materials so as to achieve the purpose of low harm, the taste of the tobacco products is closest to that of the traditional cigarettes, the appearance and the consumption mode of the tobacco products are similar to that of the traditional cigarettes, the sensory experience similar to that of the traditional cigarettes can be given to users to a certain extent, the harmfulness of smoking the traditional cigarettes can be greatly reduced, and therefore, the tobacco products which are not burnt after being heated become the hot spots with the most development potential in the industry.
Compared with the traditional cigarette, the heating mode and the smoking mode are changed, the whole tobacco part of the cigarette which is not heated and combusted is always in a heating state in the smoking process, the release of the flavor substances, particularly the release of the additional flavor substances with strong volatility is difficult to keep uniform, and the quality stability and the product taste and style are difficult to ensure. Therefore, the external flavor slow-release technology with strong volatility is one of the key basic technologies for endowing the heated non-burning tobacco products with better sensory quality and stable style characteristics.
The tobacco part of the cigarette which is not combusted by heating inevitably loses part of tobacco endogenous spices in the processing process, and because the heating temperature is low (200-350 ℃), fragrant substances are obviously insufficient during smoking, and the problem of miscellaneous gases such as wood and spicy flavor is caused, and the sensory quality of the tobacco part is improved by adding a certain amount of tobacco extract or exogenous spices. The mint spices such as menthol and menthone can play a role in reducing pungent and miscellaneous gases, improving aftertaste and relieving tongue surface residue in the smoking process; the lactone spices such as dihydrocoumarin and propyl caprolactone have proper burnt sweet bean fragrance, can enrich fragrance, coordinate and reduce miscellaneous gas, reduce irritation, and enhance aftertaste and comfort. However, if the perfume monomers such as menthol and menthone are directly used for perfuming the tobacco part of the non-combustible cigarette, the perfume monomers are extremely volatile and lost in the drying process and the subsequent storage stage, and the problem of non-lasting fragrance exists; and the cigarette is easy to be released completely at the first mouth and the second mouth in the heating process of heating the non-burning cigarette, so that the difference before and after the taste is sucked is large, and uncomfortable sensory experience is caused.

Detailed Description
The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention without further limiting it.
Example 1
3g of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (substrate, food grade) was weighed, and about 30mL of a mixed solvent of ethanol and water was added to completely dissolve the hydroxypropylmethylcellulose. Then adding 2g of the flavoring material I premixed for 30 days, and fully stirring to uniformly disperse the flavoring material I in the base material solution. And (3) coating the liquid on a flat plate, and fully removing the solvent by adopting a room-temperature volatilization method to obtain 5g of round mint type slow-release material (I) with the diameter of 20cm and the thickness of 0.75mm and bean fragrance.
The prepared slow release material is cut into filaments with the length of about 20mm, and the filaments are mixed into tobacco materials of a thin cigarette-shaped heating non-combustion tobacco product according to the proportion of 5 percent, so that the tobacco rod of the heating non-combustion cigarette is prepared.
In order to characterize the release effect of the prepared slow-release material (i) along with the temperature change, thermogravimetric analysis tests are respectively carried out on a pure menthol sample, the premixed flavoring material (i) and the prepared mint type slow-release material (i). As shown in fig. 1, pure menthol starts to vaporize after being heated, and the rate of vaporization is very fast, and menthol is completely vaporized when the temperature reaches around 140 ℃. The premixed perfuming material begins to volatilize from about 110 ℃, the weight loss rate is gradually increased along with the rise of the temperature, and when the temperature reaches about 250 ℃, the perfuming material is completely gasified. The TG curve of the slow release material (i) added with the polymer base material can be obviously seen in the figure, the weight loss is slower between 100 ℃ and 300 ℃, the weight loss rate is obviously smaller than that of the flavoring material (i), the slow release material (i) volatilizes in a continuous, slow, uniform and stable manner in a temperature range below 300 ℃, and the weight loss rate is about 30% at 300 ℃.
We further analyze the TG curve of the sustained-release material under the constant temperature condition of 200 ℃, as shown in figure 2, the temperature is rapidly increased to 200 ℃ within 2min and the sustained-release composite membrane begins to be in the constant temperature state, the sustained-release composite membrane is in the slow and uniform weight loss trend, the weight loss rate is about 22% within 10min, and the time for releasing the fragrance by continuous weight loss reaches more than 30 min. Therefore, the slow release material (I) can be further judged to have good fragrance slow release effect.
Example 2
2.5g of methylcellulose (substrate, food grade) was weighed and about 30mL of a mixed solvent of ethanol and water was added to completely dissolve the methylcellulose. Then 2.5g of the flavoring material (II) premixed for 10 days is added, and the mixture is fully stirred to be uniformly dispersed in the base material solution. Coating the liquid on a flat plate, and fully removing the solvent by adopting a hot air drying method at 40 ℃ to obtain 5g of round mint type slow-release material (II) with the bean fragrance note, the diameter of which is about 20cm and the thickness of which is 0.75 mm.
The prepared slow release material is cut into filaments with the length of about 20mm, and the filaments are mixed into tobacco materials of a thin cigarette-shaped heating non-combustion tobacco product according to the proportion of 3 percent, so that the tobacco rod of the heating non-combustion cigarette is prepared.
Example 3
3.4g of polyvinyl alcohol (pharmaceutical grade, type 1788) was weighed and about 20mL of water was added to completely dissolve the polyvinyl alcohol. Then 2g of the flavoring material (c) premixed for 60 days is added, and the mixture is fully stirred to be uniformly dispersed in the base material solution. Coating the above liquid on a flat plate, and drying with 40 deg.C hot air to remove solvent sufficiently to obtain 5.4g circular herba Menthae type sustained release material with bean fragrance and diameter of 20cm and thickness of 0.8 mm.
Cutting the prepared slow release material into a rectangle with the length of about 10mm and the width of about 5mm, rolling the rectangle into a cylinder shape, and compounding the cylinder shape at the front end of a hollow cooling section of the tobacco rod to obtain the tobacco rod for heating the non-combustible cigarette.
Example 4
Compared with the example 1, the surface of the prepared slow-release material I is coated with the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose solution without flavoring materials, and the solvent is fully removed by adopting a room-temperature volatilization method again to prepare about 7g of the mint type double-layer composite slow-release material with the bean fragrance note, the diameter of which is about 20cm and the thickness of which is 1.2 mm.
The prepared mint type double-layer composite slow-release material is cut into filaments with the length of about 20mm, and the filaments are mixed with tobacco materials of a thin cigarette-shaped heating non-combustion tobacco product according to the proportion of 7 percent, so that the tobacco rod of the heating non-combustion cigarette is prepared.
The smoking test was performed on the heated non-combustible tobacco product prepared in example 4 above, while comparing the non-combustible tobacco product prepared in example 1. The results show that the tobacco product with the double-layer composite structure and the non-combustion heating has better cool feeling persistence and mouth-to-mouth release uniformity.
